This place is a joke
This place is a joke. They either don't know what they're doing or they're trying to rip you off. I've been going here for 2 years to get my car fixed and they've screwed me over multiple times. They charge me for stuff they don't even do and try to sell me parts that won't even fix the problem. And sometimes they don't even do what they're supposed to. The people are nice, but that doesn't make up for the fact that this place is a scam. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 0 out of 5 stars.

DONT BUY FROM METRO TOYOTA! I can't say it enough. We worked with Chris, the salesman, and he's a problem. We wanted a Corolla Hatchback with some extra stuff, and we put down $1000. We knew it would take a while, but we didn't hear from Chris unless we contacted him. Finally, he told us they ordered the wrong color and it was too late to fix it. He didn't apologize and used bad language. He knew for four days and didn't tell us. We tried to find a different car, but Chris disappeared for hours. He hung up on us, and we're getting our money back. The woman who answered the phone was nice, and the sales manager apologized. They need to learn to say sorry and communicate better.

I brung my car to Metro Toyota for service and somehow, during the service, my air suspension in the back got messed up. But when I dropped it off, there was no problem with the suspension. After they had my car for 5 days, the brakes were shot. When they brought my car up, I noticed it was bouncing and the back was sitting on the ground. I talked to the service manager, who was not nice, and he said they weren't going to fix it because it was rusty and 13 years old. They never told me about this problem while they had my car and now they say they're not responsible. If a customer brings their car in one way and gets it back worse, that's not right. All I want is for my car to be fixed and given back to me the way I brought it in.

I buyed a 2013 car from Metro Toyota in April 2022. They said they would replace the weather stripping on the driver's side rear door, but it took five visits to get it done. They ordered the wrong part, couldn't find it, and had a defective part. They also forgot to do it once. On my last visit, they said they didn't have enough time to do it. I also have a mechanical issue that they said would take an hour to an hour and a half to diagnose, but they didn't have time to do it. The car is making a shuddering sound, which I found out is a problem with the torque converter. They knew about this problem because it was in the owner's manual and the VIN showed it was never fixed. They said the warranty expired, even though I only bought the car in April 2022 and it has 77,000 miles on it. I paid $20,000 for this car and I want them to fix the weather stripping and the torque converter for free.
