Bate and Switch style at their Used Car sales. The car I came to see, after setting an appointment was "out on test drive" and was apparently a likely to be sold. The person I was to see "Justin" was not around, and saw on their appointment board, that I had been bumped from a 10:00 AM to a 10:15 AM slot. Of the other two cars they offered, one wasn't even on site, and was alleged to be on a different lot.

The customer is always wrong. I bought a vehicle on March 30 and paid cash with a check. The check was cashed the next day, so everything seemed fine. However, I received my sales receipt three days later, and it was in someone else's name. I informed Wenzel about the issue, and they assured me it would be an easy fix. I waited for two weeks, but there was no progress. I tried to contact the salesman, but he didn't respond. Frustrated, I decided to go to the dealership in person. To my dismay, they told me their systems had been down. It's unbelievable how they run their business like this.
I continued to push for the title to be transferred to my name, but they also transferred my plate and registration to the other person. This went on for five weeks, with me being repeatedly told that it was almost done and to be patient. Finally, after five weeks, they called the person the vehicle had been titled to and miraculously, he had the title! It's mind-boggling why they didn't call him first, especially when I had suggested it after four weeks. They kept saying they were working on it and to be patient.
After five weeks, they found the title and started the process of issuing a new one in my name. However, it took a total of nine weeks for me to finally receive the title for the vehicle in my name. Unfortunately, the registration was messed up, and I was told that Wenzel would take care of renewing it since my birthday was approaching. But guess what? They didn't fulfill their promise, and I ended up paying for it myself.
My suggestion to anyone considering buying a vehicle from Todd Wenzel is to make the check out to another dealer. Then, just keep telling them you're working on it, let the check bounce, and blame it on your phone being out of service. And don't forget to repeatedly say, "please be patient" and "it's an easy fix." I'm sure Todd Wenzel will patiently wait for nine weeks for you to make good on the check. It's a shame because I did get a good vehicle at a fair price, but neither I nor anyone I know will ever go to Todd Wenzel, not even for an oil change. Their customer service is nonexistent once they have your money.

I tried to buy a certified pre-owned car from Todd Wenzel ***. Their ads said they would discuss all the details over the phone. But when I arrived with a check and cash for the down payment, they insisted on selling me a warranty and claimed the car wasn't certified. I left and later, about 2 hours later, I checked the truck online. The certified part was gone. Then, another 24 hours later, the ad appeared again and it was certified once more.

On 9/27, I took my truck to Todd Wenzel Chevrolet, Inc. for a windshield repair (Invoice #***). When I got my truck back, I noticed some deep scratches on the hood that were definitely not there before. I went back inside to talk about the new damages. I first spoke to ***, the technician who did the repair. I asked her if she might have accidentally put some tools on my hood while working on it. She said yes, but she claimed it was on the other side of where I showed her the scratches. Then she brought in her manager, ***. He argued that there was no way she could have caused the scratches. After talking some more, she changed her story and said she did put her tools where the damage was, but she put a rag underneath them. *** then admitted to the damage, but he only offered to buff out the scratched areas. Unfortunately, the scratches were too deep to be fixed with just buffing. My hood needs to be repainted to fix the problem, but all *** suggested was to potentially cause more damage to my vehicle.
