I went to Green's to make sure they got a 2023 GR-Supra A91-MT
I went to Green's to make sure they got a 2023 GR-Supra A91-MT. They said they did. They showed me a Toyota Pricing Sheet to confirm it. The base MSRP wasn't listed, but there was a $9,990 "cost" under Total Installed Packages & Accessories. They said it was an extra "fee" that wouldn't give me any services or packages. It's just something Green's adds on to make more money. Green's greed ruined my excitement about getting a new Toyota for retirement fun. If I can't find another A91-MT, I'll buy the 2023 GR Supra 3.0 Premium MT from a different dealership when it's available.

I took my Rav4 in for repair in good faith. I was given two specific price estimates for repair and a third option, ordering an ECU, for which there was no price estimate given. The service advisor said they wouldn't have price until they could get it ordered. I chose that option, presuming I would have been advised of the price before continuing. Not only was the ECU extremely over-priced at $954.80, it didn't fix the issue. The assistant service manager returned my call to say that everything was explained to me by the service advisor and that Toyota doesn't take back electronic items and there was nothing further they could do. My response was that the advisor was quick to point out $6,000 and $2,000 repairs but no price for the ECU. He was very apologetic but again said there was nothing they could do. I disagree. I would like a refund of the $954.80 for an ECU that I wasn't advised on, didn't agree to and that didn't fix the issue. Please. Please. Be Extremely Wary of Dealing With the Service Department at Green's Toyota. Please get a written estimate up front.

We put a refundable deposit on a car but changed our minds. They haven't returned our calls or messages. The salesperson said it was refundable. I went to check out cars for my husband. I found one that seemed good and without him seeing it, we were asked to put down $500 as a refundable deposit. They said we'd get it back if we didn't buy the car. We discussed all the options over the weekend and decided it wouldn't work. But now, the sales manager won't answer our calls and we can't reach the finance department. This is a sneaky sales tactic that I don't like.

I took my 2017 Corolla to Green's Toyota of Lexington for a recall fix on Wednesday, June 17th. I got my car back the same day around 5pm, but I immediately noticed that there were two broken plastic pieces in the shift area and a missing cap. I asked the representative to check it before I left, and when I got out of the car, I saw a scratch/bump on the hood, like someone dropped a tool on it. The next day, Thursday morning, the service manager admitted they needed to replace the broken parts. However, when I asked about the scratch, he checked his videos and after 2 hours, he decided to "fix" it too. He scheduled a service appointment for Tuesday, June 23rd to address the issue.
On Tuesday, I went back to the dealership at 7:30 am. They made me wait until 10 am for a rental car, and when I complained about the timing, they said they couldn't control the rental company's service. They even suggested that if I was in a rush, I could take my car back and bring it another day. After complaining a lot to the service manager, I finally left for work around 11 am. Later that day, I received a call saying that my car was ready. I picked it up around 7 pm, and while they had replaced the plastic parts, I was surprised to see that they had done a poor job. They basically used a brush to cover the scratch with paint. It was a clear lack of professionalism and service quality.
I complained again, and on Wednesday, June 24th, I had to go back to the dealership to get the job done properly. Once again, the manager came to inspect his work and said, "This is goodwill work we are doing, since the scratch was not made here." So, they expected me to accept this shoddy paint job because they assumed the scratch wasn't their fault? If they were careless enough to break a plastic piece and not report it, how can I trust that the scratch wasn't caused by them? I know my car, and on Sunday, June 14th, I waxed it and there were no scratches or dents on the hood. I complained again, and they decided to "fix" the issue once more. However, the result is far from professional, and I personally feel scammed and humiliated because I have to accept whatever they decide to do with my car.
I do not and will not accept their "fix" for the damage they caused to my car, and I refuse to consider it a resolution to the problem. I am attaching pictures to show the scratch damage and how they "professionally" fixed it. Just to be clear, I am tired of complaining and not getting any response. I have already spent 9 hours at the dealership trying to resolve this issue, which you guys have failed to do.
