I went to Lakewood Happy Motors and they totally ripped me off! They charged me 500 bucks for work they didn't even do, and on top of that, they sold me a car with way more miles than they said it had. I paid 5000 dollars for it and it had almost 100,000 miles when they said it had around 80,000. Don't trust these guys, they're a total scam!

My boy, who just turned 18 and graduated in 2020, got a 2013 *** from Happy Motors in June. Christina said it was a good car, but she was in a hurry to leave when we did the paperwork. Only 6 days later, the car broke down. We called Happy Motors, and they said they could check it out and maybe fix it, but we had to pay. Plus, their mechanics aren't certified. It's so sad that my son's $3000 and graduation money went to a bad car they won't fix. I think they took advantage of him. 2020 was already a bad year for him, and now his first car is gone after just a week.

I bought a Jeep from Happy Motors and financed it for $1500. During the test drive, the car was swaying left and right. The sales rep told me to give it a little gas and the car pulled to the left pretty hard. I made a comment about it, but was told there were no issues outside of the lift kit. The first week I had the car, it went into a death wobble on the freeway and traumatized my 13 year old. I took it to Happy Motors and they changed out two ball joints and did something with the steering. My spouse picked up the car and it was still swaying. I informed Happy Motors and was told to take it to Lakewood Alignment. Happy Motors wanted to end my contract due to the repairs being too much. I battled with them for a month and got a full refund of $2100. Happy Motors shouldn't have sold me a car with so many problems and then refused to put me into another vehicle.

Purchased a pre-owned F 250 from Lakewood Happy Motors on November 25th. Informed the salesperson it was for hauling and we had to return to work the following day. However, on the return trip, the truck underperformed. After refueling and driving for two hours, we heard a loud noise. Stranded, we paid a mechanic $808.82 for repairs due to a spark plug and coil pack issue. The dealership refused to contribute to the repair costs. We're seeking at least a partial refund for the losses incurred.

I purchased a used CRV from Happy Motors on 04/07/2022. I paid $3600 and expected a vehicle history report, which I never received. They assured me the car had no mechanical issues and offered a 3-day return policy. However, the car failed to start the next day. The dealership towed it but refused a refund when requested. They attempted a repair, using substandard parts, risking further damage. After getting the car back, it performed poorly. I incurred $2,279.40 in repairs at my mechanic. The dealership disregarded the 3-day return law, infringing on my consumer rights. I propose two solutions: consider the car fully paid, including the repair costs, or subtract my repair expenses from the remaining balance owed.
