I have a bracelet that has been returned many times for repair since 2021 and it continues to break and having Lifetime Diamond Warranty. Michael Hill have now advised they wont repair, replace or do anything about it. I have requested numerous the report from the repairing jeweller of all work completed and still have not received this. The first request was over 12mths ago. I have requested to speak to Management as I believe they have not been advised of the correct.
Please be advised the bracelet is valued at $4299.00. Service is one of the worst I have experienced
