They did not do the job correctly-the crew was terrible! The crew had left the dehumidifier turned off which made the condensation worse and the mold is so worse. The crew told me that they fixed the leaking water-which they did not! It was an obvious leaving water spigot leak-I had to pay a plumber to fix it correctly. The crew laid white membrane on the dirt floor but now up the walls-which are still seeping water through them. There is still a trench dug in an area of the crawl space that was never properly covered with the membrane and now holds standing water. I just had another company come out to check things out and my wood flooring joist are at 17% moisture! Michaelis ripped me off and I’ve called multiple times to try to get them to fix the issues but they want more money! Oh-but at least they assured me that they fired the crew foreman who was a sub-contractor! What an unprofessional company!
Claimed loss: Over $13,000-i would have to look to see how much I paid them
Desired outcome: The crawl spaces need sump pumps installed and dehumidifiers in each and the membrane properly laid-including up the walls and pillars-the vents need sealed as well! I could have just gone to Home Depot and laid a tarp in there myself!
