Third brake light on my 2002 Cadillac Escalade was ripped off
I want to Mike’s carwash on Glenway Avenue Cincinnati Ohio today it was the first place I went when I left my house. I stopped and got gas and came straight back home taking out my garbage tonight I noticed that my third brake light was missing. I took a closer look and I can tell that is has been ripped off. It’s very obvious. I did hear a loud noise coming from the rear of my vehicle. Don’t know if it was your machine or if it was my light being ripped off I’m sure it was one or another. I’ve never had any problems out of Mike’s carwash. Always satisfied until today. I’m a loyal customer. I hope this will be resolved. PS I’m sure my brake light is sitting in your bed somewhere or one of your team members found it because I have a camera system at home and it was on the truck when I left to go get my truck washed.

The Mike's Carwash Tri-County location on September 24,2021, I was cleaning my tires in the self-lane. When tire cleaner chemical formula squirted out the top of the hose on to my outfit and hat. Where the formula soaked onto my skin causing a direct irritation to me. I contacted the corporate office and was transfer to customer claim manager name Janeese S. She was very disingenuous to me involving my incident at Mike's Carwash. I want to be compensated for my damaged outfit and hat. This shouldn't never happen to any customer if the company check their equipment properly on the regular.

drove through the car wash and it did damage to the front half of my vehicle there are marks along the top metal edge above the windshield, on both mirrors and on the hood, these marks were not present before entering the carwash. I made contact with Janeese S her title is "claim manager" after about 1 week i received free ticket for a free car wash, I again spoke the the company and expressed my upset that i could not accept such and offer since that is how the damage occured. I was then given the responsibility to contact a shift manager who I have played phone tag with for over a month.

Took vehicle to car wash on 7/1
Took vehicle to car wash on 7/1. Equipment damaged car. Mike's claims department declined claim within hours of filing and sent a form letter. I contested this and spoke to claims manager. She refused to send me a copy of the video she said proved they were not at fault. I asked about their insurance company and she indicated they were "self insured" She then said they were insured with ***, but refused to give me the policy number. I asked to speak to her supervisor and then she then hung up on me. When I called back, she referred me to what I beleive is a non-exisitent supervisor. I am still waiting on that call back.

On June 16th I went to the location on Kyles Station road
On June 16th I went to the location on Kyles Station road. The issue was incompetent staff who didn't know how to use the equipment. I had a digital coupon for an ultimate car wash from their iPhone app. The worker could not get it to scan so i had to use a paper coupon. The digital coupon was also used but I only got one car wash. The digital booklet cost me $80 and does not seem to work. I have reached out to the store and to corporate with no response so I am asking you for assistance. I would like a refund for the $80 digital book that does not work. I prefer to go to another company that cares about customers. At minimum I would like a refund of the $20 wash that they stole from me.

My wife took our car in to get the ultimate car wash. The conveyor belt malfunctioned and sent our car into the washing equipment. This resulted in a ! foot by 1 foot part of the bumper being broken off. The customer service lady Janeesse called and told us that they would not be compensating us for the damage. We ask to talk with her boss and she said that she would have him call us. Derick, the area manager, called and told us that they would not reimburse us for the damage to our car. He said contact the ComplaintsBoard.com ,with a smirk in his voice, or file a small claims suit.
On Monday morning, March 1, I ran my 3 month old *** through the Glenway ave Mike's Carwash
On Monday morning, March 1, I ran my 3 month old *** through the Glenway ave Mike's Carwash. I am very meticulous with my vehicle. There were zero blemishes before the carwash. My wife and I went straight home where we parked in our garage until Tuesday eve at which time I noticed an odd shaped gash on my drivers rear fender. The gash is 3/4" and end to end consistent in depth; as if a machine part pressed into the fender. I am absolutely positive this gash is the result of the carwash. Mike's sent me a letter indicating this could not be their fault (as if there are no moving parts) and to add insult to injury they sent 2 free coupons. I would like Mike's to admit liability as part of good ethical business practices. I am not in the habit of seeking free anything. However, I will hold others to the same standards.

I wanted to share my Mike's Carwash experience at the Cincinnati (Oakley) location
I wanted to share my Mike's Carwash experience at the Cincinnati (Oakley) location. I entered the car wash, put my vehicle in neutral, and got the thumbs up that my vehicle was on the belt and everything was good. I sat back and ate an apple and proceeded through the carwash. Halfway through the carwash my vehicle began to shake and then went backward, hitting the car behind me. The manager told me I would hear from the Customer Service Manager in the next few days. She contacted me and told me that my reverse lights were on and there was nothing they could do. I was confident I did not hit reverse and went into the location to see the video. I watched the video and my reverse lights NEVER came on. The manager also watched the video and agreed. A couple of days later I received a voicemail from the Customer Service Manager saying, "The thing that you have to understand is that be belt is moving forward and that your car is still moving backward. That belt is not moving backward but your car is definitely moving backward on its on it's on accord." Mike's Carwash says i'm responsible for taking care of the damage. I'm also pregnant so that made the experience that much more worrisome.

Went there on Dec.28 2020 to get my truck cleaned after the snow weather that morning
Went there on Dec.28 2020 to get my truck cleaned after the snow weather that morning. And as my wife and I got to the end of the wash we felt an small bump. I got out to whip my 2019 *** off as I always do and look it over and seen an small chunk out my tire that wasn't there before the cleaning. I told the head person and I put in to make an damage report. They took an picture and I did as well. When they sent me the letter starting that they make there carwash to where it doesn't damage cars basically. So I called to talk to someone and to get an better understanding of what that was supposed to mean. The lady tells me that as fair as they're carwash goes that they feel that it wasn't they're fault and assumed that it had to happen on the way which was wrong. I told the lady I didn't run over nothing nor did I rub my tire against nothing and no machine is guaranteed to work properly all the time. And I explained to her that it had to be something in the brush. She wasn't trying to understand nor acknowledge my concerns and she triedto say since there was no damageto the front tire that they are not responsible because it was the back one. The carwash is only shy of 3 miles from my home and I rubbed against nothing getting there nor did I make any stops before getting there !

I visited the Mikes carwash in marburg/oakley on the morning of july 4th, which i have done numerous times and numerous other mikes car washes. and upon exiting the bay, the wheel bright/tire shine brushes/equipment damaged both my right side wheels on my vech. my vech has 17'' aftermarket wheels that are factory spec and factory size for a 2007 *** i filed a claim with the manager kameron who told me a janeese would be in touch with me. within 5 days.. i was never contacted until i arrived home from work sat evening 7/11 and had a letter from mikes car wash stating they were not responsible for my wheels due to not being factory. and inside was 2 free ultimate washes.. after reading other reviews this appears to be thier normal for not owning up to neglence on their behalf. you pride yourself in customer service? but when damage occurs to peoples vechs. they are finding a polite way to say *** off. ive contact my attorney and plan on fully following thru with a lawsuit to have my wheels repaired or replaced. as i stated in my google review to the particualr location i went too.. my vech is not modified outside of any factory specs.. factory suspension/ride height the car is stock with exception of different wheels. which are a factory o.e.m *** size/tire size.. so rather they were oem wheels or aftermarket. you're company caused damage to my vech and you refuse to own up to fixing or repair ANYONES vech that gets damaged in your facilities...

Last week, I visited the Eastgate location to have my 2014 *** washed using my Unlimited Wash pass
Last week, I visited the Eastgate location to have my 2014 *** washed using my Unlimited Wash pass. When I arrived, there were no cars there, the machine was not running, and no employees were outside. As I approached the bay, a gentleman came out and started to spray the front of my car, extremely close, with the sprayer, as the machine was starting up. I noticed what I thought was soap flying in the air but later realized it was paint.I unknowingly continued about my day. Later, as I was walking up to my car, I noticed a very large chunk of paint missing off of the front of my hood. I contacted the corporate office who told me to go to the location and fill out a complaint form, which I did the following morning. Yesterday, I received a letter in the mail from Janeese S, stating that the paint damage was not a result of my visit, but due to "previous damage" such as rock chips, bubbled, or cracked paint. I am happy to provide pictures of the damage, as well as photos of my entire vehicle where you notice that I take impeccable care of it. I am a frequent visitor to this location and have not had any previous issues with paint being torn off of my car. I imagine this is because the employees typically stay a safe distance from the body when spraying. Most vehicles end up with rock chips on the front end of their car so by Mike's Car Wash's reasoning, a person should stop visiting their washes should they have the slightest imperfection to their vehicle.

This is in regards to The Mike's car wash location in Beavercreek where I had an incident on May 7
This is in regards to The Mike's car wash location in Beavercreek where I had an incident on May 7. I complained about the damage to my car during the wash that same day. I would like to see compensation for the rim that got scratched and chipped on my brand new car. The response I received was rather abysmal and I was very surprised that they have an A+ rating on ComplaintsBoard.com's website. I was driving my brand new car through Mike's car wash last week. I was looking at the employee for guidance to make sure the car would hit the tracks properly. She only waived me forward. After putting the car in neutral as told by the employee, the car wash tracks failed to pick up the car and it roled backwards. On the second attempt, the car got picked up but jumped around likely due to being stuck on the track or rail somewhere. This is where damage was caused to the rim of my car with multiple deep scratches and a piece of paint/aluminum chipping off. This was clearly caused by the car wash given what happened. The car was in perfect shape before entering the car wash. I filed a complained. However, the response I received was rather ridiculous. The representative at Mike's car wash claimed that this must have been a preexisting damage because if their car wash damaged cars it would have occurred to other vehicles as well. So the argument is basically that because it did not happen to a few cars before, it will never ever happen. This argument is flawed on so many levels. But what it also suggests is that the company does not value their customer's property or their customers. A reputable company would act differently.

I took my newly purchased and recently inspected vehicle to Mike's car wash for an ultimate car wash
I took my newly purchased and recently inspected vehicle to Mike's car wash for an ultimate car wash. My car was closely inspected prior to the car wash. Following the wash, I parked my vehicle on the lot to vacuum the interior. As I walked around my vehicle, I noticed a large deep scratch in the driver's door. This was a new scratch that had appeared to be inflicted by something caught in their machine. The scratch was fresh, with the jagged edges apparent in multiple pictures i took to document the event. I immediately asked to speak to a manager, and the manager filed a claim and said I would be contacted. Unfortunately, I was not contacted in person. Rather, I received a letter in the mail stating that after further review, they do not believe this was caused by their machine. I called and spoke to their claim's person, who was very defensive on the phone and gave me the same answer that she apparently gives to all customers with the similar problem (as is documented in other ComplaintsBoard.com complaints and reviews left on other sites). I demanded to speak to someone else, and I was set up for a meeting with the regional manager the following week. During my meeting, I was immediately told yeah we aren't going to repair that for you, is there something else we can do for you. I immediately told the manager that this was not about me trying to get something else. This was about the principle of going into the car wash with no scratch and with coming out with a fresh scratch, then being told that it was not their fault. I asked to review the security footage, and after spending over an hour doing so, it is very apparent that there is no scratch on the car entering the car wash. Unfortunately, I was told there was no camera angle covering the car's driver's side as it exited the car wash. I was told by the manager that yes, he doesn't see the scratch before entering the wash, but he is still not convinced. So we drove my car up to the wash (without going in, as there is no way I would drive my car through that machine again), and we reviewed the footage from those angles, and the scratch was apparent on that footage. This proves that if the scratch had been there before the car wash, it would have been visible on the door. I have multiple pictures of the scratches, in addition to video footage from their security cameras demonstrating no scratch prior to entering the car wash. I am appalled by their deflection of blame, and I will do whatever is necessary to have them correct their mistake by fixing their scratch, legal action included. I am confident that with the media files I have, my case would be easy to prove.
