Milanoo.com review: customer service 43

I am trying to return a dress that I got because I got 2 of the same kind, I have tried rma but some how I cant get through, I hve tried chat line and I talk to henry twice and still didn't get nowhere, I then tried to email them but I couldn't get through either so im stuck with 2 dresses. can somebody help me with the address? or tell me what next step to take?

They sent me the wrong dress, which I waited almost a month to be delivered. And when I contacted them they asked for a picture of the dress which I sent, then they asked for a picture of the label on the bag in which the dress was delivered in, the picture was sent. The reply was someone is investigating the case and should get back to me in 3 day. I have not heard from them ever since. I keep sending them messages with no reply. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
and as a customer I have every right to get it back.

I wish I had read all these comments before ordering, I ordered 4 dresses in medium but what I've received is skeleton size. I asked to return them but was told "Could you sell the items to someone who can use it or change the item in local to make it fit?". The dresses are in cheap material, smell of moth balls and badly made. I quoted to them the Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 20 Right to reject but they replied back with "we have rules on our website.You may notice that before you order". I know I won't get my money back reading other messages its clear this is a scam company I just wish I knew how to stop companies like these stealing money from innocent people. Very upsetting experience.
