Order 209521 has not been received. It has been 21 business days since my order apparently "shipped, " and I was told by customer service it would be 5-10 business days maximum. Company has stopped responding to emails and is not looking into the matter. This company is extreneky unprofessional and unreliable. At this point, would like my order to be canceled, or to have some sort of response from the company. Will definitely not be ordering from this site again.

I've been trying to contact for over a week for a return on my item. The size is totally off and does not fit even my best friend who is a size 6. The page falsely advertises free returns and then is not returning my emails trying to return in the 14 day timeframe. I ordered against my better judgement after reading about poor customer service but now I just feel completely cheated. I was patient for the month it took for my Aria dress to come, I tried to look past the poor quality of the item, but to not even respond and work with me on a solution when free returns are advertised has led me to start reviewing publicly. I have heard that's the only way to get a response from the company.

I purchased 2 dresses on July 6- 2018 and the order took almost a month to be delivery to my house. Not only the quality of the clothes is super bad, but they sent me a big black blouse instead of a white dress. The picture they put to bring your attention to buy clothes from them is not the same clothes they sent you, they smell like pure chemicals, like petroleum! These clothes came from China. I have sent these people many emails requesting them to send me instructions to where I should return these horrible clothes to get my money back, but no answer. I really appreciated if someone can send me more info on how I can get my money back from these horrible cheater people.

I also have paid out $99 Australian dollars to this company. When they didnt fit and I thought them very flimsy I have tried with 6 emails and 2 messages through facebook messenger to contact them to no avail..If I return them to address on package would they get to MilkandChoco..

After waiting one month for the dress, I sent a request to cancel the order. they ignored the cancellation and sent it from CHINA 6 days later...
It took 7 weeks and a cheap piece of material (looks like a RAG) finally arrived...
totally unacceptable.
I have sent 2 requests for refund and return - it's been 12 days and no response!
I noticed that their website said Santa Cruz, California - not CHINA! I would never have ordered it from China...the arms are only big enough for a small child! No belt... Also all the reviews are 5 star - obviously all fake!

I am so angry with this FAKE company! Ordered 3 dresses, all 3 are poor quality but am keeping one of them as it does fit & I can deal with the material but the other 2 are just awful! 1 dress doesn't even have an inside lining so all the stitching & scratches & rubs! Mil and Choco did an intensive advertising campaign on both Facebook and Instagram a while ago. All the clothes displayed looked really lovely, so in good faith I ordered a Medium size dress even though I am a UK size 8. It took a long time for the dress to arrive and when I finally received it, I was bitterly disappointed! The dress is ridiculously small and the quality is poor. $39.95 was a complete waste of money! I have been trying to contact them with regards to returning the dress and receiving a refund, but nobody is responding to my emails with regards to my returns request. I'm also wondering where the company is actually based, as the parcel was sent from China but the billing was from Santa Cruz

After being sucked in by the lovely photos on this website that popped up in my facebook scroll, I purchased 3 dresses online, they turned out to be terribly poor quality fabric and did not fit as shown. I have emailed the company multiple times to organise returns but they have not responded at all. There is no other way of contacting them or any details of which country they are from (the parcel arrived from China!) so I cannot lodge an official complaint with International consumer protection without knowing which country they are based in! Also the Paypal link did not work (no surprise there) so I do not have their protection either! Next time I buy online if it's not available on Paypal I'm not buying and I'll also look up reviews of each company before buying.

Similar to many other reviewer‘s, this company should be shut down ! I purchased a dress and once I received it it was worse than T-shirt material. I have tried on several occasions to get a refund or even get a response and no one emails back.
The shipping takes more than two months. The customer service is nonexistent. And my gut says that at some point the company will be shut down. I guess it's a waste of $40, I'm just so glad I only bought one Thing!
breeze boho dress
I purchased this dress for $39.95 .On arrival it looked nothing like advertised the size was ridiculous. I have emailed multiple times to try and exchange or get a refund and have not received a reply back. It is now being offered under another companys name but its exactly the same product and same company . They are scaming thousands of people out of the hard earned money to get a $5 piece of cheap ill fitting material. Will not buy anything on line again .

The size large is much more like a small and I normally take a medium. The striped pattern does not match in the front and is very evident when I tried it on.
there is a tie belt that leaves openings in the middle of the dress. The fabric is very poor and the sewing is faulty - threads missing seams and leaving openings. I don't mind waiting, but this was 6 weeks and the wait was not worth the very poor product. The photos of this product were lovely, but the product is not. I would like a refund and information on how to return this dress. There is no printed receipt in the package and no instructions on how to return it.

2 are the same dresses just different colours supposed to be tge same size, but a completely different fit!
I have tried emailing them 4 times, and am getting no reply, as stated in their returns policy. The have STOLEN my money and I want it back. Will happily return the 3items of rubbish received for a FULL RETURN OF FUNDS!

I completed an order online July 24, 2018 paying extra for Insured priority shipping, with the dress and shipping costing me $49.50. The next day my credit card information was compromised and stolen. A week went by without me having any information on tracking, shipping, anything saying a word about the order that I placed. After doing more research on the company, I saw reviews just like my story. I immediately contacted the support email on the website requesting I have tracking information or any indication that my order was an actual order. After multiple attempts I still have not heard anything from Milk and Choco. I'm disgusted that a company is stealing from people, no customer service found and not to mention having my credit card information stolen. I will write a review anywhere I can but this company needs to be shut down.

I ordered $159 US worth of clothing and I live in Australia and they were such poor quality and tiny sizing. I ordered a short white dress which would be lucky to fit a 10 year old and not look like a t-shirt. Returns are near impossible so I donated my 4 items to st vinnies. Items took nearly 6 weeks to arrive and the packaging clearly says from China, indicating they are complete knock offs. Will NEVER EVER buy from here again.

TERRIBLE. Never processed my return so now I am stuck with a dress that is poor quality and wrong size. I tried to return it as they say it is an easy process. I emailed 5 times and never received a response. They have no other way to contact them. So frustrated and makes me not want to trust other online shopping sites. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
The dress took about a month to arrive (much longer than they said). It is made of this awful, cheap material that smells bad. There are no tags attached. I ordered a size larger than I usually would in order to have a roomy summer dress. It barely fits.
I ordered thinking it would be easy to return if I didn't like it but as stated above, this is not the case. That is $60 I guess I can consider a loss.

Do not order from this website! I ordered a dress on the 24th of July and was told I would receive the dress withing 5-10 business days and I still haven't received the dress or even a tracking number. I emailed them last Friday and they told me I would receive a tracking number in a couple of days and still nothing.
I have emailed them again today asking for a full refund and not to even bother shipping the dress as I need it for Wednesday and I know it will not get to me in time. I have not yet heard a response. I'm going to take this matter further as there website is misleading to consumers about the delivery time schedule.
Stay away from ordering from them and customers read all the reviews before purchasing anything. Majority are all bad.
I dont want the dress and I just want my money back, or will take this matter further.

I ordered a lovely dress on 14th June, using the size guide provided. I ordered the 16/18 as that is my usual size and the size guide said it was UK equivalent. After 5 weeks it arrived and was ridiculously tiny - probably only a size 6 at the most! Very disappointed - emailed the company 3 times asking for a refund and they are not responding! Happy to return dress but it would be good to hear from the company. Will never buy from them again.

And then I ordered dress two size bigger but it was still small...
