wrong dress order / return & refund
Milk & Choco Order #213827 I placed on July 3 or 4th, for a "Breeze - Boho" dress. It was the wrong style & pattern than the dress I ordered & didn't fit well, either! I complained when the shipping was over 2 weeks, but it finally came in August! I tried to contact your customer service by email: [protected]@milkandchoco.com, but haven't received a reply! So, I finally returned the dress to the address on the package, requesting a REFUND over 2 months ago! I have not heard anything from a customer service representative. PLEASE contact me immediately & refund my money. Thank you, Linda Petty

I ordered end of July, they didn't ship it until I emailed them asking to ship my dress. it arrived 2 months after i ordered it (not the 10-15 days they advertise). I have email over 4 times to ask for a refund now as the inner lining of the dress (the part thats' not see-threw) doesn't even cover my buttock and the upper part of the dress is see through and you can see my nipples in t. It 100% doesn't fit. Plus the material is very cheap and doesn't hold a shape. I haven't heard anything from them despite the previous email (when they replied about sending my product) saying to contact them if there are any other concerns. This company, in my opinion is fraudulent. I can't even find a phone number for this company to call them. I would NEVER recommend someone buying from them.

items not received and they don't answer emails
I bought the product on may 19 (2018), i give them 2 month for delivery so i start sending some mails in july 12, they say everything was fine and shipped, but i didnt get anything so on august 19 i ask one more time, and they say "we really sorry, i will help you" on august 20, i send two more emails and no one helps. I want Refund or send me what i order. Order MC#127570

I ordered two dresses in June and they did not arrive until September. They were sent to the wrong PO box which I could not access. The items were the returned to the sender, and I have yet to receive a refund or any reply to emails. Hoping they will acknowledge their fraudulent conduct and issue refunds before they get heavily punished by the law.

I ordered a dress which ended up being too small in the shoulders and too big in the body. I emailed to ask how to return it and got no response. I emailed a second and third time and still got no response. The specified 14 Day return date well and truly expired. I have now emailed a fourth time. The dress was meant to be for a wedding overseas, which I had to buy another dress for. I've been away three weeks and am now due Home and still nothing. Absolutely shameful customer service and a breach of the returns policy. I will be seeking legal advice if I still get no response.

Its been 75 days now after I placed an online order and no delivery has been made yet. Also no reply om the several emails I have sent. Cant even ask for a money back as one dont get any reply from them. They advertise vonstantly om FB and I whish to make future clients aware that there has been several complaints anout this company. I also complained on their live chat on tbeir website but even that got me no where
clothes purchased online
purchased one dress from Milk and Choco in June or July. .
First the shipment took nearly 2 months.
Second, when the clothes arrived, they were of a terrible quality, too large, and just frankly unwearable. Not really matched the picture on the site.
The site masquerades as an American or European site, but after reviving the package, it is actually based in China. There are no contact details on the website, their Facebook page doesn't allow direct messaging and they remove any negative comments on their Facebook posts. They have an Instagram account but are not active. They are not present on twitter.
I have emailed repeatedly asking how I can return the dresses, but have receive no response. Other buyers say that they only refund once you have mailed all items back to China, which will cost a small fortune. And even then some people are stating they aren't getting refunds.
Shut this company down. It's a total scam.

I've emailed them at least 15 times, they have yet to respond. They do not have a phone number to call, no other way to contact them, so your only option is to email. And they will not get back to you. I've been trying to return my items for months, but have heard no response. Each link to return your items on their website leads you to their "contact page" which only lists the email that they don't check. Do not recommend this company.
women’s clothing-won’t respond
I ordered a dress from a Facebook ad from Milk and Choco based on some positive reviews and it's appearance in the picture. It took 3 weeks to get to me (came from China which I did not know before ordering). When I opened the package the dress smelled like putrid chemicals. The material of the dress was awful - thin and cheap. Dress looked nothing like their pictures on their website and in the ad. It also did not fit. I have contacted the company numerous times via email (their only contact info provided) to return and have gotten no response back.

The worst seller ever, I made my order in february 2018, and did not receive it until now. I tried to communicate with them but they did not answer me until I wrote a com[lain in a website in july 2nd 2018, they immediately contacted me asking me to delete my review promising and assuring that they will send the order and make a refund, after many emails I accepted, especially when they confidently told me that I will not lose anything, I can write the review again!. The day I deleted the review they stopped answering my emails, this was 8th of july. Please don't fall for their promise. And until this moment, I have not received my order which was a jumpsuit, or the refund.
false advertising - class action lawsuit?
Same experience as the majority of the complaints posted. Took close to a month for the dress to be delivered, sizing is way off and when I contacted customer service about their free return policy, I received no response. With so many of same complaints, wondering if it's worth looking into a class action lawsuit. I plan to file a complaint with the attorney general. This company needs to be shut down and held accountable for their false advertisement.

It took at least a month for my dress to arrive, the quality is shocking the sizing is wrong, I emailed lied them with my desire to return the dress and asked them to send me return details but no reply I then emailed them 2 more times again no reply. I dont know what to do they also charged me in us dollar (i am in Australia )
Has anyone had any luck with returning goods back to milk and choco please let me know.

lace dress
I ordered this product 2 sizes larger than normal and could not even get it over my shoulders or hips. The product is very poorly made/finished and the material is utter rubbish. The received product is nothing like the "beautiful" picture displayed. I attempted to reach the company for a return - they provide NO telephone contact. You are advised to "simply" submit an email request for return information, -only an email is listed in "contact us" - which is NEVER answered. I submitted 3 requests for a return. I contacted my bank for a refund/cancellation of charges but was also unsuccessful there because the return product info states within 30 days. I also noticed they post a delivery almost a week before you even get the product. The item is shipped from China - and no receipt or invoice included. This company needs to be shut down - I am contacting the BBB next for a review. All for a $40 dress that is total crap. DON'T buy from this company- They are a SHAM.

Ordered a dress, it arrived after 3 weeks despite paying for "express delivery". The dress is absolute and total utter rubbish, made of very cheap material and very poorly made, think what an 8yr old could make and then lower your standards!

I ordered a dress & immediatly regretted it because I googled them. Tried to cancel my order (same day) and it took them 3 weeks to ship it out (no response to my cancel the order emails)
Received the dress, HORRIBLE poorly made dress.
Completely see through, so naturally you can't wear it anywhere! The zipper is broken and won't go down the dress.
Not the correct size nothing was as it seemed. I've tried emailing the company about 50 times and not one response back!

This site needs to be shut down, they are falsely advertising their products. Ordered a dress and when it arrived it was a size that would fit a child, not an adult, I couldn't even get it over my head; I ordered a medium.
When contacting them for a return, I get no response. I threatened legal action and still nothing. I would send a letter from my lawyer to them, but they have no posted address or phone number ANYWHERE.
company didn't respond to or allow refund
I purchased a dress based on the measurements of the website. When I received it I sent them an email the day of receipt saying I would like to return it. They never contacted me back. After 3 emails, I never received one reply.
They took my money and then refused to rectify the situation when I asked for a refund.
I have three separate emails from 8/6/18, 8/8/18 and 8/14/18, all of which have my order number.

I am a victim of this scam just like all of these other reviews; ordered a dress from their website that took a month to arrive and it was nothing like the photos. I have emailed their customer service three times now with no response at all. They advertise free returns and to start the process you have to email them - ghost town. Extremely frustrating.
Once again, they charged my credit card the day of order. Item finally came in mail 2 months later. Terrible! cant even wear dress, see thru and so cheaply made.
Never respond to numerous emails to get a refund.
not answering emails
Do not order from this site. It took over 2 months to get the jumpsuit I ordered. The jumpsuit was super cute on their website (obviously I wouldn't have ordered it if it were ugly) when I FINALLY received the jumpsuit, the material is thin and the fit is terrible. There was no invoice in the package. I immediately emailed the customer service department with no response. I have now emailed them 3 times and still have not heard back. My luck- when/if I ever hear back they'll say it's been too long to return... Lame company.
This company is not worth the time I have spent trying to get in touch with them . I will advise everyone NOT to order from this company.
