I live in Melbourne, Australia and ordered a striped jumpsuit online from Milk and Choco (ORDER MC#215846). After waiting over a month, I received the jumpsuit on 7th August. As soon as I took the item out of its packet, I was very disappointed with its fabric. Trying it on reinforced my decision to return it, it did not fit properly and looked appalling and very unflattering! I immediately looked up Milk & Choco's website for ‘refunds' and as instructed on their site, I emailed [protected]@milkandchoco.com. Because I have had neither an acknowledgement nor reply to my request, I've been emailing Milk and Choco daily but they continue to ignore. Their refund policy states refunds will only be issued if requests are made within 14 days from arrival of goods, and am really concerned that the reason they are stalling is on purpose (and this is to avoid refunding me the money). I am leaving for Europe in a couple of weeks and need to have this matter sorted before I leave Australia.
Therefore, I will be very grateful if you can help rectify this matter. Thanking you.

horrible quality dress
I should never of ordered from this company!
I have sent numerous emails trying to return the dress and they won't respond. They have a 14 day return policy . I wrote them as soon as I opened my package and it has now been over 3 weeks and still no response. The dress is horrible fabric, doesn't fit and is nothing like the picture advertised.
I ordered it on June 3rd, I didn't receive it until july 14th.

If I could give zero stars I would. Any 4-5 stars on here are fake reviews - notice the grammar/spelling on each of the 5 star reviews is always off. Shipping took 45 days, the material is crap, see-through and the jumpsuit I ordered looks nothing like the photo, the sizing is WAY off, and they do not respond to emails for returns or refunds even after multiple attempts to contact them. This entire "business" is a scam.

Product was inferior than image. It also did not match sizing specifications on website. An email was sent on the day of delivery of which there is a 14 day returns policy. It is required to contact the company to obtain a return address. Company did not respond to any contact made st all on multiple days within the specified time frame. Consequently item could not be returned in the 14 days and I am still waiting on any response at all. Frankly I want my money back. quality of clothing and returns policy
I order two jumpsuits for $39 each, and paid around $10 in postage. When they arrived over 2 months later the info on the postage label said that the items are worth exactly $3, made in China to say that they were cheap replica of the photo is an understatement. My photos do not do the cheap material justice. Tried to contact the company for weeks, emailing, DM and now blocked me on FB. No reply. No refund.

After waiting two months for my items I was incredibly disappointed... items look nothing like the pictures. The "linen" jumpsuit I ordered is polyester and terrible quality. Completely unwearable.
Absolutely no paperwork comes with the orders and I have been emailing the company for almost two weeks and have yet or receive a reply.
Company is a total scam. Save yourself the headache!
jump suit too small. company does not respond
7/12/2018 I ordered a jump suit. On 7/18/2018 I emailed them asking to cancel the order. No acknowledgement but then an email saying item out for delivery. I again emailed to cancel. No luck. On August 3 the article arrived, it was to be gift so I opened it. It looked too small and I did not like the material so I tried to contact company. No reply. I have tried 3 times since and no reply . Scam artists.

So disappointed! I placed an order seven weeks ago and still have not received it. The only way to contact the company is by email and the replies are just a stock reply with no details. I wish I had thoroughly checked into this company prior to ordering but clearly this seems like I have been scammed. They have a very enticing ad campaign but It is so disheartening to see that Facebook allows any company to advertise on their site. I will never order from them again

Is really small, I can't even close it. It seems like they sent me a size small.
I'm more small-medium but I bought large to ensure that it will fit, and this was the dress I liked the most.
I have sent 3 emails but no reply at all.
So bad! I paid a lot and I will/can't not use any of then, 2 of then are too big (and quality looks crap too) and one is waaaaayyy too small. Large looks like kids size.

I can not get ahold of the company
I placed an order in June and finally received my order in mid July. I tried to cancel the order before they had shipped it after I had read some of the reviews. I heard nothing from the company until I posted a review on trust pilot. They asked me what my order number was and still have not heard anything. I have emailed them multiple times and still have not heard anything.
Not sure what to do next to get my money back. Does anyone know if there is a way to track the email address and get some information about who is behind this and what can be done? I feel like many of us have been scammed

This company is a complete scam! I ordered 2 dresses. They offered free shipping or paid expedited shipping. I chose the paid shipping and my dresses took over a month to arrive. When they arrived, they were horrible quality. They also advertise free returns on shot website. However, I have been trying to return these dresses for weeks and cannot get a response from their customer service. Please shut this business down before more people get scammed!

We order 8 dresses 24 March 2018 and receive nothing. They did not answer any mail. They just have one email address on the website. We also try to track the order but Singapoore post just said they was only the mediator. I must go back to Milk and Chocho they must send in an enquiry, but that helps nothing if they don't answer any of my mail. What a disaster I send 1000 emails and nobody answer me.

I ordered a dress from this place on 12 July 2018 - still has not arrived sent an email to ask for tracking number to be sent got this sent through when you go to track it says its coming from China even though got charged American dollars. Delivery is meant to be within 5-10 working days also after receiving tracking number a few weeks ago still waiting for package so sent another email wanting a refund for false advertising on delivery and were the product is coming from no response and received a message today to say its on its way again...

I have emailed this company for months trying to return clothes. I haven't heard one thing from anyone from Milk and Choco. I am so disappointed and request my money back. I am going to report to the BBB. I received two items that were NOt as advertised and wished to return those items. I am very frustrated with this situation and just want my money back!

I wish I could give this no stars. I also wish I would have done my research online before I placed my order. This dress was suppose to be for my bridal shower and now I'm looking last minute for one because this company took too long and I still have not received a tracking number. I contacted them the first time and they told me I would receive a tracking number soon, now I keep blowing their email up and they won't respond. I just want my order cancelled and my money back. The dresses I ordered were extremely small, nothing like the sizing guides. The materials were horrible and cheap. Per their return policy listed on their website, I have sent several emails to get the address to return the items, with no response. I will never order from this company again. I do not recommend this company. They will not honor their return policy.
poor quality and very misleading from photos of clothes - total rip off
The clothes are nothing like their website/facebook - they are cheap and nasty and come all the way from china and take nearly 4 weeks to come in. They do not have a returns policy and do not return emails.
The website is very misleading the photos of the clothes look good but they do not tell you that there is a 4 week wait for the clothes and when they come they are not to the size chart they have and the quality of the clothes are very cheap and nasty. The clothes being so much smaller than their chart there is no way to return the clothes for a refund and they do not ever reply to your emails when you enquiry about it.

I submitted an order and paid. I was advised I would recieve a tracking number within 2 business days. I have not recieved this. I followed them up with an email and was responded to after 6 days. In which I have again sent several emails not to be answered. I asked for a refund by today which of course I do not have. I want this looked into promptly.

Milk & Choco, an online women's clothing boutique based in China, is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have dealings with. The clothes take months to arrive, are of terrible quality (poor fabric, bad stitching) and they refuse to answer any emails. I have emailed them everyday since (finally) receiving my crap clothing and they have not responded once. An absolute sham. Do not buy from them; they don't deserve to be in business.
