Bought a dress from this company and it came all the way from China. The quality was awful and they advertise this dress as originally costing $120, but selling for $40. It's not even worth the $40. The fabric was cheap and fraying and had a manufactured smell. I looked up the return policy and the buyer is responsible for return shipping...all the way back to China. The address on the shipping label doesn't even have the company name on it. It seems they only post the 5 star reviews on their website. How do they only have 81 reviews when notifications of people are buying dresses pop up every few seconds? Shady company. Not worth the time or money.
unethical behaviour
The dress I bought was not as advertised. It was not at all like the picture, and was also poorly sized. I have emailed this company twice regarding a refund, but they have not replied at all. On their website, they promised a full refund would be available. I am frustrated as I trusted them with my order and my money, and feel I should be entitled to return the garment for a full refund, as promised.

Still waiting on response. The quality of the two items I have received so far has been shocking and far from the quality I would expect, especially for the price. I suspect that the remainder of my order will not be any better after receiving 2 garments of 8 so far. The item I received today went to the wrong address and she accidentally opened it and described it to me as a dressing gown. This was the Vanessa Autumn Dress that cost $39.95 USD. The Elenora dress has also arrived and is terribly made and what I would expect to buy at a market for $10 AUD.
I want to arrange a refund and want to return items but they will not reply to my emails.

I ordered this dress on 5th July 2018 and paid extra for priority shipping. The order wasn't even despatched until 20th July so it still took 3 weeks to arrive. (ORDER MC#213991)
When it came, it was nothing like it looked in the photos. The material is so thin and cheap. The quality of the dress is awful as you can see in the attached photo.
I've sent 3 emails over the last couple of weeks to them to request a return and refund but they keep ignoring me and I want a full refund.

I ordered two of the Adele white dresses to try for sizes. I checked the refund and return policy first which said they accept returns.
2 months later the dresses still haven't arrived. I have contacted Milk and Choco for a refund as after reading this page I realised they are never going to arrive. No reply from them!

I purchased x2 dresses for a wedding. I contacted Milk & Chocco and received a reply stating they would be here in time - they weren't.
I have emailed them numerous times to get their return address for a refund and still yet to receive a reply back.
I am very disappointed and just want to send the dresses back and get a refund asap.

First The dress took a month to get. It doesn't look nearly as good quality in person as online and even looks slightly different color And had a dirt mark on it. I ordered the size it recommended and it was still waaaayy too small. Should've been a 4-6 and got more like a size 0-2. I've emailed the "support" 5 times to send back and no one has responded. They appear legitimate but it seems this is not the case as shown by your complete lack of response to my attempts to communicate with them.
In addition on the homepage of their website it says free shipping on all products yet I was charged $3.95US ?

I ordered the dress. It took almost 2 months since it came from China. Very poor material. Nothing like it looks on the picture. Very deceptive. I ordered a Large even though I wear medium. Still came very little. Emaied them for an exchange. Emailed again and again and again. Still have not received an answer from them. Please do not buy anything from them. There is not even a customer service phone number to contact them. I am very disappointed.

It took a month to receive the dress I purchased and then when I received it the quality was horrendous! The dress barely covers my back end, I'm only 5'5" so not tall my any means. Took almost a month to receive a dress that is in my opinion an absolute piece of garbage! Unfortunately I should've read all of the negative and poor reviews on this company. Clearly their reputation is questionable. I have written two emails now requesting a refund and to date have not heard back from anyone in the customer service department. The dress is made of a very poor quality material, does not sit or flow the way it does in the ads that I saw on Facebook. Obviously those are made up reviews, because they completely contrast with the reviews that I am reading here on this complaint board. I would like to know how I am going to receive my refund. Unfortunately, this company is based out of the United States of America, so I am sure it's going to be very difficult to track them down in another way. Absolutely disgusting representation of their products and their customer service is terrible.

I received my jumpsuit few days ago and very disappointed. The quality is really bad and poor. I have been trying to email them request a refund and return but no reply. It is a cheating website, please everyone DO NOT buy anything from this website. The product was manufactured from China and I never had such experience, so disappointed and angry. They are very irresponsible and a cheater.

Received the dress 1.5 months after I've ordered. The dress looked amazing in the Facebook page pictures but I was immediately disappointed when I opened the package. The worst is I emailed several times to request a return address but haven't got a reply yet. The quality is extremely poor - the fabric and finishing are very bad, with almost no resemblance to the advertisement picture.

Advertisement photo of item looked amazing, paid 39usd eventually received jumpsuit after waiting for weeks. Jumpsuit has a passing resemblance to advert but material is very poor, so thin and quite see through. And the fit ... Ridiculous I compared it to the sizing chart and its way off, I'd ordered a large but we gather I got must be XS. Contracted company via email to return item numerous times but got no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
ignored requests for refund
I received my 3 items - 2 jumpsuits and a dress on Aug 3 after waiting for around a month for the order to arrive (even though I had paid for 'priority standard mailing') and immediately needed to return the items due to the terrible quality of the fabric and the fact they didn't fit as outlined in their sizing guide.
I emailed them on Aug 4 to ask for the address to return the items to but as I hadn't heard by Aug 6 I re-emailed again. I've been emailing everyday since then as they are not responding to me and their website states we only have 14 days from delivery to return the items so I'm running out of time! I'm going overseas in 4 days from now, so need these items in the mail back to them before I leave.
There was no documentation with the goods when they arrived so no slip with how to return the items were included.
My order number is MC#217874. All I want is the address to return the items to and a full refund for these items which is US$123.90. Oh and that's another thing, I'm in Australia and when I ordered there was no indication that the currency was in USD so I assumed it was AUD - didn't find that out until my payment had been processed!

My order took over 5 weeks to arrive. I sent them an email after about 3 weeks which they responded to. When it finally did come, over 2 weeks later it was not the product that I had ordered. It was terrible fabric and really badly made. I have since sent 4 emails requesting return address and refund and have not received a response. Clearly a sham business by the look of some of the complaints on their Facebook site
extremely poor quality - cheaters!
I received the dress today that I have ordered almost a month ago and was extremely disappointed to find that it looked NOTHING like what they show on their website! The material is ridiculously of very poor quality, the front buttons are all crooked with each eyelet badly sewn. The pull-string on the waist leaves the front of the dress gaping which can only be disguised by wearing a belt. The whole thing was basically a product of a badly copied design of the actual dress that obviously wasn't even their own creation!

This company advertises on FaceBook. I purchased a jumpsuit from them and it arrived about 3 weeks later and it is too big for me. There was no receipt or contact info in the package. I looked up their company on line and found an email address for customer service. I have emailed them twice now to find out how to get a refund and return the merchandise. They do not respond. I searched online for reviews and complaints and saw many complaints about customer service being unresponsive. I also tried to call the phone number listed on the label [protected] and the number is not in service. Their address is in China but they are attempting to do business in the US

I purchased 3 priducts, a jumpsuit & 2 dresses. The products don't fit, they are of very bad quality and although they say they will refund, they do not reply to emails. I've sent 5 emails since I've received the goods and have not heard from anyone.
The advertising is deceptive as they make the products look really expensive and they say they are expensive but on sale. They also say refunds are accepted. However none of that is true. They are cheaply made took 5 weeks to arrive. Were in US dollars not my currency (which was never stated). It cost me around $170 for 3 very badly made products.
