Millman's Appliances Bought a range from Millmans Appliances in Lewis

Bought a range from Millmans Appliances in Lewis. Had a good time. Very friendly, homey feel. The salesperson knew what they were doing. Kevin and Mike came to drop it off and put it in. They were so great. Nice and seasoned. Really respectful of us and our crib. They were exactly what you'd want from an appliance delivery.

Millman's Appliances Great customer service!

Great customer service! The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They offer a wide variety of appliances in their showroom, and even with the renovations happening for new displays, it's still clean and inviting. All the staff follow the COVID-19 protocols, no matter how crazy they seem. I recommend visiting for all your appliance needs.

I got a KitchenAid oven from Millmans in July , but it took till October for the installation coz of a bunch of calls and emails. Finally the installer found it was damaged, yikes! Large ding on the door, bad news honey. They said it had a new door coming but I emailed couple of times asking for update, but no reply from them still. So I called up KitchenAid, been talking to them for like 2 hours and turns out that the door was not actually ordered, ugh! So I just lost my hope and faith with Millmans. But KitchenAid was kind enough to sort things for me for free of charge. I really hoped to back on local business on this, won't recommend them again, y'all.

Millman's Appliances I bought a new microwave from Millmans in September and they put it in my kitchen

I bought a new microwave from Millmans in September and they put it in my kitchen. One of the bulbs burnt out in late March, and when I tried to contact them for warranty service, I had a lot of trouble getting anyone to answer me or call me back. Finally they set up two appointments, but they were really late both times. They said they had to order a part, and now it's been a few weeks and I still don't know when my microwave will be fixed. I don't want to do business with Millmans again.

Millman's Appliances Millman messed up on my fridge repair last August

Millman messed up on my fridge repair last August. They came, didn't check the back, and said they needed a part. When I called about the part, they never responded. After checking on the internet, I found out that the problem was dust on the condenser. I cleaned it myself and it worked good for the last 3 months. I tried to call them, but no answer. They still charged my credit card for the part, didn't deliver it, and didn't arrange to install it. They won't answer my questions about the charge. I won't go back to them - I fixed it myself and they charged for a part I didn't order or want. They're losers who don't call back!

Millman's Appliances i wanna talk bout millmans appliances they got some serious issues right now

i wanna talk bout millmans appliances they got some serious issues right now. i emailed the manager twice ***@millmansappliances.com, but the emails never got read and i never got any response. i just want my frig fixed or my $255 back that i gave them on January eighteenth and still no follow up. they haven't been picking up their phone either, like what kind of customer service is that? i used to be happy with their service before, but this is a complete let down and disappointment. they need to step up their game and start communicating with their customers.

Millman's Appliances I paid $799.89 on Feb 19, 2021 for a fridge from Millman's Appliances

I paid $799.89 on Feb 19, 2021 for a fridge from Millman's Appliances. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to come, but it hasn't arrived yet. I can't reach a person when I call, and they don't return my messages. Yesterday, I tried messaging them on their website and got an automated text saying they'd get back to me. I've heard nothing since. All I want is my money back. I get that supply chains can cause issues, but they need to respond to me.

Millman's Appliances We got a freezer from Millman's on Nov 27

We got a freezer from Millman's on Nov 27. But the freezer has a lot of frost in just one day. We looked at the door and noticed a gap there. We called Millman's a lot of times, but no one answered for two weeks. Finally, someone talked to us and booked a service for Dec 14. The service guy said that he needed to get a new door and not just replace the gasket. We did not hear from Millman's after that. We called them again, but they still did not answer our calls.

Millman's Appliances I talked to **** on eleven-fifteen-twenty one and got myself a Frigidaire refrigerator for two thousand one hundred ninety-eight dollars only

I talked to *** on eleven-fifteen-twenty one and got myself a Frigidaire refrigerator for two thousand one hundred ninety-eight dollars only. They said they would deliver in 1 and half weeks. But they didn't reach me about delivery. Multiple calls were made, but no response came from Millman's. Later on, I went directly to the store. The lady informed me that the fridge which I had asked for was already sold to someone else. She couldn't tell me the time frame for the next delivery either. Finally, my daughter had to help, and she talked to ***. They generated a refund invoice, and all further service was canceled. But, till one-three-twenty-two, no refund or call-back or email was received from the store about the target date of refund. I wanted to choose this local shop because two faulty refrigerators earlier were delivered by a big company.

Millman's Appliances I odered a GARBAGE disposer from Millmans Appliances on the 26th of March

I odered a GARBAGE disposer from Millmans Appliances on the 26th of March. They charge me everything upfront. I researched before and chose the INK Evolution Excel. I wanted to have it installed in September, so I called them. They promised to show up but then nobody came. They never even returned my calls. I tried calling them again and again but no response. I finally reached someone and they said they were going to give me another product from a different company instead. I told them that it was not acceptable and that I wanted my product. They never called me back. Instead, they sent me an email with a "credit memo" on an account that I never opened. I called them again but got no response. Finally, someone answered and told me that they sent a cheque to my address in Lewes. However, I NEVER received it! The cheque was for $594 which includes the time that I had to spend calling them over and over. Millmans Appliances sucks!

Millman's Appliances Bought a fancy stove from Millman's on Nov 12, 2019

Bought a fancy stove from Millman's on Nov 12, 2019. Started using it in May and found out that the biggest burner wouldn't work. Got a guy named *** to come fix it on June 4th but he couldn't do it and said he needs to order a part, which is covered by warranty. They said it will take a "good 4 weeks" for the part to come in and then they will call to schedule the repair. But I ain't heard nothing from them since then. Left a message on July 23, but nobody called back. Tried again on Aug 3, but the voicemail was full. Called their store and spoke to *** who promised to call me back, but didn't. Tried again on Aug 5 and got passed around to different people until I left a message for Melissa. But she didn't call me back either. So I even wrote them a message on their website, but didn't hear back from them.

Millman's Appliances I got a dishwasher from Millman's Appliances in August

I got a dishwasher from Millman's Appliances in August . We were told it could be delivered by mid-September. But no one called us when it became clear that Bosch couldn't deliver on time. I only found out when I called supervisor Rose. Then, two weeks ago, we were told the dishwasher would finally come on 10/29, but it didn't. When I called to ask, they claimed the owner and supervisor were in a meeting. I was upset they cashed our check for the cost instead of holding off until they could deliver. I threatened to call the cops. We paid, we want our dishwasher. Today, Elissa promised to call me back right away and update me by Nov. 2nd. I complained about their poor communication skills and service standards. I don't trust them, but I have to wait. They offered us our money back, but we prefer they deliver the dishwasher we ordered.

Millman's Appliances Ya know what, I bought a dishwasher from Millman's Appliances on 06/02 and had to pay an extra $159.00 for their install team to come and

Ya know what, I bought a dishwasher from Millman's Appliances on 06/02 and had to pay an extra $159.00 for their install team to come and make sure it worked, even though they said they would refund me if they couldn't install it. Well, joke's on me because they couldn't install it due to some plumbing problem and I had to get some random handyman to come and do it for $175.00. Then, I had to email the manager, Mr. ***, and remind him that I was owed a refund. He said he would give it to me on 12/15 but it's now January 12 and I still haven't got it. Like, seriously? Get it together, Millman's.

Millman's Appliances A washer and dryer were purchased new in Jan, 2018

A washer and dryer were purchased new in Jan, 2018. Both washer and dryer stopped working in Oct, 2020. A call to Millman's resulted in two servicemen stopping by following our $150 deposit on Nov 2nd. They identified the washer has a faulty electronic board which needs replaced. The dryer has a faulty spray value. We do not use the spray so decided not to fix it. The servicemen left, indicating they would have the washing machine part orded. On Nov 9th, we received a call saying the electronic board was received. At that time we arranged for the servicemen to return on Nov 12 with a return call indicating the time of the service. It is now Nov 12 and although calls five(5) calls (messages left) were made to Millman's on Nov 10. 11, 12 to discover their visit time. NO return calls were made to us! After a conversation with the original sales person, a person's name was obtained that handles service calls and discovered we were never placed on their service schedule even when we were told service was schedule for Nov 12. Our opinion is poor communication for customer service as they did not return promised call backs. We still do not know the cost will be. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. We will be reluctant to recommend Millman,s or use them again.
