Preordered a Figure
I preordered a TMNT figure back in November of 2022. The figure came out in June of 2023. I emailed them twice, got one response simply saying they haven't gotten shipment yet. It's December 2023 now and I still haven't gotten anything and have moved locations.
Oh, they also don't take refunds, and I don't even have that debit card anymore anyway it was so long ago. They never email me and my order still says processing on the site.

I purchased a comic book (Item # [protected]) Thanos #13 Lenticular. I was sent the wrong item and asked to have the correct one, all I got was a refund. I left a bad review because of it. Not only did they send me the wrong one, they relisted what I purchased and are now asking $70 for it. There's a picture below of my relisted item. The seller somehow got my number and threated me with a gun. A gunshot is in voicemail. I need to be contacted immediately at [protected]. I have PTSD and am appalled by this whole situation. I shouldn't have to wake up to one of your clients threatening me with bodily harm and leave gunshots on my voicemail. Someone needs to call me ASAP

I am waiting on orders from them since last September. They keep telling they are waiting on a few books one has been canceled and the other came in January. I understand I asked to ship complete but come 6 months !
