I've been doing business with MobileSentrix for a good number of years, and everything was always alright, you know? But then, I decided to send in some screens for recycling, and that's when things started going downhill, man. I included a return screen and an rma with the screens I sent, you dig?
So, they went ahead and processed the screen recycles, which was cool. But then, get this, two whole months later, after I sent them endless messages to confirm that they had everything and that they were just taking their sweet time to process the rma and return, they finally hit me up with a message. They asked me to send them email screenshots of their own confirmation that they had received the screens. Can you believe that? I mean, I did what they asked, man. I sent them the screenshots, no problemo.
But here's the kicker, after I sent them the screenshots, they straight up stopped returning my emails, dude. They completely ghosted me, like I was some kind of ghostbuster or something. And all this drama over a measly 40 bucks, man. Can you believe it?
To top it all off, there wasn't even a name on the email they sent me. Like, who does that? It's just shady, man. Shady.
So, let me tell you, my friend, never, and I mean NEVER, trust these people with your business. They might seem all nice and friendly at first, but when it comes down to it, they'll leave you hanging like a loose thread, man. It's just not worth it.

In February 2020, I made a purchase from MobileSentrix for two replacement parts. To my dismay, both items that I received were in a deplorable state - used, worn out, and covered in grime. It was evident that these parts had seen better days. What's more, I paid a hefty $8.50 for shipping, only to receive a box filled with worthless components.
Let's start with the Galaxy S8 charging port. It was in such a dire condition that it made the part I intended to replace seem brand new in comparison. I urge you to take a look at the attached pictures to witness the obvious signs of wear, dirt, and previous usage. As for the battery, it was carelessly removed from its plastic bag, leaving behind pry marks, dents, and an unsightly layer of filth. The connector was bent, and to my disbelief, it was sticking out of the open box, as clearly shown in the picture. Despite reaching out to MobileSentrix through three emails and engaging in five online chats, I received no response whatsoever. Frustrated by their lack of communication, I took the necessary step of halting my credit card payment. Additionally, I have decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
While MobileSentrix's website may give off an impression of professionalism, boasting an extensive selection of products, I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. Take my advice and steer clear of this company.

I didn't wanna write this review 'cause I don't wanna spill the beans on my secret supplier to the competition, but it looks like some trolls are badmouthing MobileSentrix, so I gotta step in.
First of all, we didn't find Mobile Sentrix, they found us. MobileSentrix gave us a ring outta the blue in 2018 and I almost hung up, but they made their case and wanted to be our main supplier and we signed up. Here we are 4 years and 1,000+ orders later?
FAKE REVIEWS are common in our industry 'cause we're in the Apple-sub market, which is super cutthroat as new players jump in every day to get a piece of the big Apple. Being with MobileSentrix for 4 years, I can say for sure, that most of these are fake. I ain't sayin' ALL of 'em, but some are just plain false 'cause they ain't got no basis in reality. Let's go through 'em.
RETURNS: There's no way in hell Mobile Sentrix can have a 1.5 stars in returns. Their return policy is top-notch and hands-down, the best thing about 'em. Screens come with a lifetime warranty (which is crazy 'cause customers treat their devices like crap) and batteries have a 1-year warranty, but here's the thing: We've returned a battery TWO YEARS later. In fact, Mobile Sentrix has never turned down a return from us, not even when it's been past the return window. You gotta be real dumb to get Mobile Sentrix to reject your return. If they turned you away, it's probably 'cause you broke the part and tried to pull a fast one. This ain't a game for amateurs. The pros know the diff between a factory defect and accidental damage. Plus, they pay for the return shipping. Overall, I give 'em a 5/5.
SHIPPING: Again, there's no way they're a 2/5. In my experience shipping is usually free and super fast. Let me give an example of how cool these guys are. Today, I really needed an item ASAP so I paid the extra $15 for overnight shipping. (BTW, that would cost you $30 from GadgetFix. I know, 'cause I checked). Unfortunately, it's Saturday and I missed the shipping cut off, so I gotta wait till Monday for 'em to even process my order? But guess what, 15 min later, I get an email sayin' my item has been shipped. How cool is that? 5/5. It can't get better.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: OK I'll give 'em a 4/5 on this one but before I start critiquing their employee performance, let's just be thankful for the fact they EVEN HAVE phone support in an age where everything is done with chatbots, email and support tickets. The #1 reason I switched to Mobile Sentrix is 'cause they have a workin' phone that you can call and if they ever take that away, I'M DONE.
OK, so 9/10 times I call, my questions and concerns are properly addressed. However, there have been a couple times when the agent didn't really know what they were doin'. Once, I asked about part compatibility and I got the robotic answer of "check your service manual to ensure compatibility before ordering". Another time I asked about part availability and was basically told "what you see is what you get", but that didn't match my past experiences where the agent would put me on hold while they checked with the warehouse to see if any new shipments arrived. Honestly, you can't expect these guys to know everything and I should really just give 'em a 5/5 for puttin' up with my bull$#*!, but for now, we'll stick with a 4 'cause there's room for improvement.
VALUE: Their prices are competitive and this one's not even up for debate 'cause you can go to their website and see for yourself. They got premium screens as well as aftermarket screens and they're priced accordingly. Some suppliers (like GadgetFix) are known for havin' the lowest price, but that's 'cause they offer the lowest quality. For me, it's worth payin' 80? more for a MobileSentrix screen 'cause they come with a lifetime warranty, A+ support, fast shipping and paid return labels. The only time I ever shop at GF is when MobileSentrix is outta stock, and half the time I end up regretting it?
WHAT I DISLIKE:
1. When Mobile Sentrix is outta stock and I gotta shop at GadgetFix. I wanna keep everything with one supplier but way too often, they run outta inventory and I end up buyin' an inferior product from someone else.
2. I dislike their search engine and how you can't change the amount of results per page, sort by price, or filter your results by category or grade. I don't like how the instant results don't show the price.
3. I COMPLETELY HATE the order history page and how the default view shows only the last 30 days rather than the last 30 orders. What's more annoyin' is the time and amount of steps required to get basic info about an order. When you click "view", a little clock starts countin' down and then it takes you to a completely different page, but you still gotta click a drop-down menu to see the parts you ordered. And just to be as annoyin' as possible, the items are un-clickable and don't take you to the description page. UAAAGH! It would be so much better if we didn't have to leave the order history page, and it showed some kind of "quick view" when clicked that expanded to show the items and tracking #.
4. SOME items are dead on arrival. These are usually the cheaper aftermarket quality and not the premium grade. Still, it's annoyin' 'cause they shouldn't be dead. Thankfully, Mobile Sentrix is fantastic with returns.
WHAT I DO LIKE
1. Mobile Sentrix makes their own batteries and they have a higher charge capacity than the genuine Apple batteries.
2. They come up with stuff like the Portable Power Bank. This was a game-changin' product but it's now discontinued 'cause people are too dumb to see its value. RiP Power Bank.
3. They sell professional tools that you would normally have to buy from Rewa and wait a month for 'em to arrive from China.
In conclusion, Mobile Sentrix is the real deal. They ain't a two star company, they're a 4.5 and the folks trashin' 'em are either idiots, or competitors.
