Mixed Experiences with Provantage
As someone deeply invested in technology and electronics, I understand the importance of reliable suppliers. Looking at the reviews for Provantage, it's clear that customers have had mixed experiences. While some have praised the company for their customer service and product quality, others have expressed frustration with issues like delayed shipments, faulty products, and poor communication. It's essential to approach Provantage with caution, ensuring you have all the necessary information before making a purchase. Remember, your experience may vary, so proceed with awareness and thorough research.
Terrible Service and Sales Support: My Disappointing Experience with Provantage
Provantage is a terrible website. Their service is just plain bad and their sales support is even worse. They don't seem to know anything about the products they sell, which is really frustrating when you're trying to make a purchase. And to make matters worse, they're always delaying shipments and sending the wrong items. It's just not worth the hassle.
If you're thinking about buying something from Provantage, my advice is to avoid them at all costs. You're better off paying a little more and going directly to the manufacturer or another retailer. At least then you'll know you're getting what you paid for.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Provantage. I wish I had read some reviews before making a purchase, because I definitely would have gone somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Provantage is a great website that I always come back to when I'm looking for the latest computer gadgets at a discounted price. Their catalogue is amazing and it's what keeps me coming back for more. I've been using their site for years and I've always trusted them, even when I'm making larger purchases like flat screens. If you're a computer enthusiast like me, then I highly recommend subscribing to their catalogue. You won't be disappointed!
The thing I love most about Provantage is their wide selection of products. They have everything from computer parts to software and even office supplies. It's like a one-stop-shop for all your computer needs. I've never had any issues with their products either. They always arrive on time and in great condition.
Another thing I appreciate about Provantage is their customer service. They're always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. I've had to return a few items in the past and the process was always smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Provantage to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place to buy computer products. Their catalogue is top-notch and their customer service is excellent. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed!
Reliable and Affordable: My Experience with Provantage
Provantage is like my go-to place when I'm looking to buy something electronic. I've been getting their catalog for years now and they always have the best prices online. I've bought all sorts of stuff from them, like blank media and projector bulbs. They're super reputable too, so I never have to worry about getting ripped off or anything like that.
I think every business owner should have Provantage bookmarked or something. They're just so reliable and affordable. Plus, their website is really easy to navigate, so you can find what you're looking for pretty quickly. I've never had any issues with their customer service either. They're always really helpful and friendly.
Overall, I just really like Provantage. They're a great company and I'll definitely keep using them for all my electronic needs.
Disappointing Return Process for Unifi Cameras from Provantage
I recently purchased some Unifi cameras from Provantage and was pleased with the quick delivery. However, upon trying to install them, I discovered that they were not compatible with my system. Unfortunately, I was informed that I could not return the cameras without first obtaining an RMA. To do this, I had to fill out a form and wait for them to respond, which took about a week. I was surprised that it took so long to receive a response to my email.
When I finally heard back from Provantage, I was informed that the return process could take up to 20 business days. I was disappointed to learn that I would have to wait so long to return the items. It seems like they could make this process a bit easier for their customers.
Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with Provantage. While the delivery was quick, the return process was frustrating and time-consuming. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.
Provantage Review: Good Deals, but Be Prepared for Hiccups
I was a bit hesitant to try out Provantage after reading some negative reviews, but I decided to give them a chance. I was in the market for an infocus projector and found that Provantage was offering it for $200 less than a reputable retailer. I thought to myself, "How bad can this business be?"
I proceeded to make my purchase, but unfortunately, I ran into some issues with my credit card. Provantage claimed that my phone number didn't match, so I provided an updated number. However, they still said it didn't match and declined my payment method. They then asked me to wire them the money instead, with an additional $35 fee. I was not comfortable wiring $2200 to them, especially since the whole point of using a credit card is to have protection against shady companies like this one.
Despite my disappointment, I decided to order the projector elsewhere. It's a shame that Provantage couldn't process my payment, but I understand that mistakes happen. I just wish they had been more transparent about their payment policies from the beginning.
Overall, I would say that Provantage is worth a try if you're looking for a good deal. However, be prepared to encounter some hiccups along the way. Just make sure to read the fine print and double-check your payment information before making a purchase.
Provantage's Unacceptable Payment Policy and Poor Customer Support
So, I decided to give Provantage a try and purchased a laptop worth $1,500 using my PayPal credit. I was in a rush to receive it as I had to travel the next day, so I paid for rush shipping. However, to my surprise, two days later, I received an email from them stating that their credit department wouldn't accept the payment and that I would have to pay via cash or money order. What the actual F? I was taken aback by this decision as I had used PayPal credit, which is issued by PayPal, not Provantage. Who are they to decide how I can or cannot use my credit?
I mean, it's like going to Walmart and trying to pay with your Capital One credit card, and the clerk tells you that they won't accept it, even though they accept Visa, Amex, and Discover. It's just ridiculous!
I responded to the email with frustration, but I received no response or credit for three days. To make matters worse, PayPal fully charged me for the laptop. I had to send another email threatening to dispute the charge to get them to refund my money.
In conclusion, Provantage needs to improve their system and customer support. It's frustrating to deal with such issues when you're in a rush and need your purchase urgently. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards providing better service to their customers. As for me, I'm moving on to the next vendor.

Come on, guys, PayPal is the one issuing the f-ing credit, not you! Who are you to tell me how I can or cannot use my credit?
I responded to the email with frustration, but to my dismay, I received no response nor a credit for three days. Oh yeah, PayPal fully charged me for the damn thing. I had to send another email threatening dispute in order for them to refund the money. It was such a hassle, and I was so disappointed with their customer support.
In my opinion, Provantage needs to improve their system and customer support. It's not fair to customers to be treated this way. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes. As for me, I'm moving on to the next vendor.
Provantage Review: Unreliable Shipping, Poor Customer Service, and Suspicious Billing Practices
Provantage is a company that my company has been purchasing from for quite some time now. They have been a reliable source of products, as long as you know what you are buying. I always make sure to have a specific manufacturer part number before going onto their site.
However, things started to go downhill a few months ago. Lead times and "shipping delays" started to get longer and longer, and they started playing games, demanding payment without shipping products. That's against the published terms of sale on their site. Their customer service, which used to be friendly and helpful, suddenly became anonymous and unhelpful. They swore up and down that "we would never do that!" at the same time as their A/R guy did it.
This morning, I noticed that Provantage charged us for a month-old order. According to Provantage's terms of sale, that means it has shipped. But when I checked the order status to pull the tracking number, it said, "Expected ship date March 22,2021." That's over three months away! So they didn't even bother trying to get us to agree this time; they just helped themselves to nearly $1,000 more or less out of the blue.
That was the last straw.
I can't tell you what's happening at Provantage. But I can tell you how it looks: bad.
My theory is that they are way behind on paying suppliers that have now cut them off. So they're trying to scrape up the money to pay off existing debts by taking (and trying to collect payment for) orders for high-demand products (e.g., AMD Ryzen 9 CPUs, Nvidia 30X0 GPUs) they don't have and can't get.
In my experience, reputable companies don't behave this way but companies circling the drain do. I will be stunned if they are still in business in six months. That's a shame; they used to be a decent company for what they are (a thin veneer over wholesale distributors like Ingram). I hope they turn it around, but their current approach sure won't do that.
Provantage Review: Outdated Website and Restrictive Checkout Process
I recently had an experience with Provantage and let me tell you, it was quite the adventure. I must say, whoever is in charge of their website needs to step into the 21st century. The layout is confusing and the categories are all over the place. I mean, who puts "shelves" under the "computers" category? And why is "memory" under "Office"? And don't even get me started on the "typewriters" category. It's like they're stuck in the past.
But despite the website's shortcomings, I was able to find the product I was looking for at a great price. However, when I went to checkout, I was disappointed to find that there was no option to checkout as a guest. I had to register with them or not buy anything at all. And to make matters worse, there was no way to opt out of their advertising emails. I had to wait until I received the first one to unsubscribe. And then they required a phone number. I was hesitant to give it out because I already receive too many robocalls. But they wouldn't let me proceed without one, so I entered a fake number.
After placing my order, I didn't receive any confirmation email. It turns out that all orders have to be manually verified by a human during their 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday. Luckily, I ordered on a Sunday, so I only had to wait one day for them to start processing my order. But then I received an email from a representative saying that my phone number didn't match the one on my bank records and I needed to provide the correct one. I was frustrated because even my local gas station can charge a card without a phone number. I realized that I could have found and purchased my item elsewhere in the time it took to write that email. So I cancelled my order and left a review on this site.
Overall, my experience with Provantage was not great. The website needs a major overhaul and the checkout process is too restrictive. The manual order verification process is also a hassle. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

Provantage Review: Bad Experience with Wrong Items, Broken Products, and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Provantage. I heard about them from a friend who said they had good prices on electronics, so I decided to give them a try. But when I got my order, it was all messed up. They sent me the wrong items and some of them were even broken.
When I tried to contact customer service, it was a nightmare. I was on hold for over an hour and when I finally got through, the person I talked to didn't seem to know what they were doing. They kept putting me on hold and transferring me to different departments. It was so frustrating.
And then I found out that Provantage hires felons who do drugs on the job. I mean, seriously? That's not cool. I don't want to support a company that doesn't care about the safety of their employees or their customers.
Overall, I would not recommend Provantage. The prices might be good, but the customer service and the company's values are not worth it.
Terrible Experience with Provantage: Wrong Product and Poor Customer Service
when ordering from Provantage. They can really mess things up. I had a terrible experience with them recently. I ordered a product and they sent me the wrong one. It was really frustrating and I had to spend a lot of time trying to get it sorted out.
Their customer service is terrible too. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. They have a really disgusting attitude towards them. It's like they think they're doing you a favor by selling you something. They don't seem to understand that customers are the reason they're in business.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from Provantage. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer better service and care about their customers. Don't make the mistake I did and order from them. You'll regret it.
