This bank is not good, like at all. I had paid almost all of my car loan when the pandemic started to impact me real hard. They said my deferment was up and they can't extend it when I asked. I thought, okay, that's fine. I asked how much to pay and when, then I paid. But they messed up my credit when it was always clean. I asked why they didn't say how to avoid it, but they didn't answer. They were very dismissive and didn't care when I asked to speak to a supervisor several times. They were really bad at customer service. I paid off the final payments fast like they said, but they still hit my credit every time. They were supposed to give me my car title a month ago, but I haven't got it yet. They said they sent it but without a tracking number. They told me to go to the DMV and pay for a new one. Like what? It's their fault and now I have to pay even if I didn't get a tracking number? I don't recommend doing business with them. They're so not worth it.

I gots an acount with Mobiloil at Silsbee, Texas. They took out all my cash and now I'm negative. When my social security check come in, they took all of it without askin me. I didn't want nothin to be taken outta my account and now I need some help gettin it back. Hope y'all can help me out.

My checking account was hit with some fraud and Mobiloil Credit Union charged me ISF fees. They didn't want to help me with the fees when I contacted customer service. They told me not to file a complaint because it would be denied. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would file a complaint, but I wouldn't get a refund until they had enough evidence. The manager put me on hold many times even though I told her I was at work. Just days before Christmas, I had almost $450 in ISF fees because the same charge kept hitting my account again and again.

I'm a retired Mobil Oil worker of 4 generations who had a terrible divorce that made me go Bankrupt 20 years ago. The Credit Union bar me from their service, so I visited their new Woodville, TX department hoping to open a new account. After filling the application, I was declined. I only needed a note explaining why I wasn't eligible, but I can't get it. They tricked me with fake assurances for weeks. I need the letter to take to my Bankruptcy lawyer and hopefully, we can solve it. However, I can't do that without the official explanation. It's upsetting why they won't play along. My ancestors helped erect the Credit Union, and hundreds of them are still in it. I'm thinking of pursuing a case through the Attorney General. Please, just help me sort it out.

I sent Mobiloil CU an email on April 1, to shut down my credit card account before getting more interest. I told the rep that my account balance over the limit was making my credit score terrible. The rep didn't want me to close the account and tried to change my mind. But it still wasn't closed after 2 weeks of waiting. After numerous calls, someone finally shut it down. But I was charged extra interest, which they debited from my checking account. They don't seem to care about my credit score too since the information on my credit file is still not corrected as of 06/08. Last reported date is 04/01 with the balance showing over the limit.

This bank ain't good. I've tried a few before and always had good luck, but Mobiloil Credit Union is the worst, man. They shady and sneaky. I got sick with covid and my car insurance stopped covering me. Bills started piling up and I was struggling to keep up. Then this bank hits me with an extra $6,000 on my auto loan for insurance. I finally get back on track, pay up and then find out they messed up my credit score twice with negative reports. I called and was told the app isn't always right. What?! They messing up peoples credit score left and right! I ain't the only one, check the reviews. This bank needs to be stopped! They owe me for screwing up my credit score and that's a fact. The app says I owe $340 but they are telling me on the phone it's $520. It's straight up wrong.
