250 sms international bundle
I registered in mobily's offer of 250 sms international bundle last July 01, 2012, and I received a text message that it was activated. Last July 03 @ around 2pm I made a complaint (complaint number 1-[protected]) and the operator told me to wait for 24 hrs or maximum 48 hrs for them to resolve my problem. I made 5 follow-ups by calling the operator but they usually said that I should wait for more time. Until now I am not enjoying the package that I registered from MOBILY. Please activate the said bundle...

This is an update on how useless mobily connect is. I paid the money believing I could connect to the web. It started well on day one and then deteriorated until I spent at least an hour connecting and reconnecting and getting completely annoyed. It is purely a mobily capacity problem. It works in the early morning and then after about 8.30am I can not get a simple internet connection.
Web pages may load very slowly if you are lucky and any email stops halfway. I had this a few years ago and I hoped that when I returned to saudi arabia they would have it fixed. But they are worse than useless as they continue with the false advertising
My advice to everyone is do not buy this product!

I have a [protected]@home connection from Mobily with 4mbps subscription, i am staying in Jubail main market (Location: 27.013418, 49.657468) my subscription is 2MBPS but actual speed i am getting only at 06:00am after that speed start to decreasing 1MBPS at 12:00, 0.50MBPS at 4:00pm, 0.15MBPS from 5:00pm till night (maybe whole night i checked up to 23:30) so my advice to all of you "DO NOT GO TO MOBILY" i used STC for long time and i feel STC is far better than MOBILY there is no comparison,
MOBILY doesn’t have that much capacity to serve better, and unfortunately he started WMAX which I believe that their stamina is not that much.

cancel iphone 4 package on my postpaid line [protected] — I did not apply for this package.

Mobily Has activated iPhone 4 Package on my Postpaid Line [protected]-- I did not request for this package. I am getting Monthly Bill for this package of SAR 399 since 3 months(Total Bill Amount SAR 1522). I tried very hard to cancel this Subscription for 3 months and Deduct the Total Bill Amount from my Postpaid account. I went to Mobily outlets at Kingdom tower and Tawaren Center several times during this 3 months to cancel this subscription but i did not get support for that.
I tried every possible way to cancel this subscription and resolve this issue with Mobily, But nothing worked. I have given many complaints to mobily to resolve this issue but no action taken by mobily.
I request mobily to take my complaint seriously and resolve the bill issue by cancelling the iPhone package as soon as possible.

This letter is to inform you a pathetic story, a customer had with mobily.
I bought iphone from Haddad showroom on 25/Oct/2011, and said mobily is the guarantee owner. On that day night my phone got heated up and I could not hold it. So next day I went back to Haddad showroom, they said, please show it to mobily, as mobily is the iphone provider for them. I contacted the mobily, khamis mushyath branch. Give the device to Mr. Usman (technical section) on 26/Oct/2011. He checked the device for an hour and said there is a problem and need to send to Jeddah showroom for service. I said I will be going to India for hajj vacation, and I need it urgently, my journey date was on 31/Oct/2011. He said please call Mr. Mustafa (technical supervisor) in Jeddah; he can decide whether to replace the phone or repair it. I called him, he said, he cannot replace it, it should be send to Jeddah for repair. He also promised me that he will send it after he see the product, and I will get before I go to India. My ticket number was 28539. Usman said he will send tomorrow morning by UPS, it will reach Jeddah on Saturday morning. I visited the Khamis showroom on Saturday evening and met Mr. Usman. He said, SORRY, the manager did not send it, he may send it today. On Sunday afternoon, when I called Mr. Mustafa by phone, he said he got the product and there is a problem, and will replace it. He said, he will send to khamis by UPS, and I will get on 31/Oct. I requested him as well as the khamis manager to replace a piece from khamis showroom, they said it should come from Jeddah! I waited eagerly for the product on 31/oct as my flight was at 7pm. When I reached, they said again the great word ‘SORRY’, didn’t receive from Jeddah. Since it was a phone I wanted to give as a marriage gift to my brother in India, I requested them to issue a new one from khamis itself. They again said, it should come from Jeddah! Finally, the managerr promised me that while I am in Riyadh airport (as a transit passenger to India), I can get the product from Riyadh mobily mega mall. So I send my friend with the copy of the ticket number to Riyadh showroom. They said come tomorrow! My friend requested them it’s a marriage gift, and I am waiting in Riyadh airport, my next connection flight to India is at 1/Nov early morning 3 am., Again the great Riyadh mobily personals said ‘BUQRA’ TOMORROW!. So finally I travelled to India without iphone, the marriage gift, only thing I did wrong is I bought a product of mobily!
Today, 12/Nov, I am in Khamis, back from India. I just called Mr. Mustafa & Mr. Usman; they said my product is in Riyadh!they said from Jeddah. I told them, I need it from Riyadh because I was in Riyadh airport as a transit passenger on 31/Oct, not now. What is the use of sending a product from Jeddah to Riyadh, if it’s very urgent? SO, THESE ARE MY SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE (I know you will not listen to it)
1. Use common sense!
2. Replace product immediately, if found problematic (don’t send to Jeddah for verification)
3. Stick to your words!
4. Should carry some moral values
5. Take help from Sawa, especially public relation and common sense
Ultimately, what I gained/learned from mobily:
1. I could not give a sentimental marriage gift to my brother.
2. Never, ever buy a product from or through mobily
3. Always discourage people to buy product from mobily
