Mobily Data/Smart sim card network is very weak through out the day every day!
I bought a mobily smart sim card for about 3 weeks now. Every day i have to experince this irriating weak internet connection that hardly even connects to anything. It is very slow and i always get a "no secure connection" problem, which leads to my maximum anger where i want to break my phone.
I would like Mobily company to please kindly provide secure mobily signals all around the kingdom equally like STC does if you want your repuation to be as good as theirs and dont come around telling me to swtich sim cards because i would in a heart beat your network managment is horrible and not done with quality and honesty.
You are a horrible weak useless and money stealing network and i dont recommend anyone to use mobily data sim unless you are sure mobily network is stong in your area which i doubt! Respect your unstaisfied costumers opinion and do something about your weak unequally distributed network coverage!

Hi, this is the first and last time I am purchasing the internet services from mobily. I really had a nightmare with the services I am getting from this company. They offer you services as a part of their marketing strategies but never make up to the services which they may promise you with that offer. I purchased a 10 gb data sim of mobily which expired only when I had used 6.8gb of data. Now I got the unlimite package for three months, for some of the time of the day, the band width is pretty good which allows me to browse and stream without any hiccups but as soon as I cross 1gb usage in a day the internet speed slows down drastically which reminds me back of old days of dial up connections. I am really disappointed with their services. I advise all the new customers to be very careful while choosing mobily internet services. On the comparison stc and zain are far better choice and provide hassle free services.
Slow connection
I purchased moily [protected]@work unlimited 4g connection last month but unfortunately after about a month the spedd has slowed down and is barely a few kbps sometimes, the mobily support center in najran cannot resolve the problem, they advised me to call 1100 and lodge my complaint but when i called 1100 i can't get past. mobily elife no internet access
There was a promo of Mobily Elife that if you avail there is a 55 days free unlimited internet access so I was convinced to avail the promo, I subscribed for the Mobily Elife and they connected but it did not function, no internet access, I was not able to connect. I called them by phone to repair or see the cause of no internet access no action. later I visited their office requesting for disconnection still no action, several times I visited their office requesting them to disconnect no action, I sent emails to their office still no actions until now, the worst thing is that my bill is continuing without using it almost for one year my bill is continuing up tothis time.
Can you help me to make a follow up in the office why my bill is continuing without using this Mobily Elife connection.

I had bought Mobily 4G Connection (Router & 4G SIM) to use in my office. Before purchasing, i checked coverage map & found the place in map as 3G Service was available there. Since i bought, I am really upset with the service. Signals are full but browsing and streaming is ultra slow. Many of my friends use to complain about Mobily Internet Services. Few days ago, I took this modem to Aziziah Jeddah at my residence. I tried to use it there for 3G and 4G. But the same issue was there too. In my opinion, STC and Zain net services are far better than Mobily. Now I have this modem and SIM Card as useless at my home. Even i tried to sale, no one giving its even lower value. Mobily must improve its systems and fulfill its promises with customers.
I purchase mobily unlimited sim on 340sr. because here other net work speed is slow. but now in first moth it show me you data limit is reached to 15 gb per weak and in this weak your speed well be slow so now i getting very slow net speed. before i using stc but i not face same like problem and price is same it is costly 40 sr hen the stc.
plz sir if like this we well not buy like this again but now plz if possible transfer this shortage of GB to last month.

Dear friends i would like to suggest you NEVER BUY MOBILY BROADBAND ...I have unlimited [protected]@work broadband, I work in A reputed company (Nahdi group of company ) we have business with Mobily, so they give Mobily [protected]@ work unlimited (21mbps) to employee. 90% of time it does not work, It is not reliable at all. and 10% of time, if work, I never got more than 1mbps speed when it work I stay at top floor 4th floor so it should not have WIFI range issue, even i checked at another place. but no solution.

Yes, you're right. It happens to me about a year ago when some message comes in to my inbox every day, especially after loading an account. and automatically deduct 3 riyals every message even if you did not open the message.

very slow
I purchased a mobily 4g wifi for office use and with the understanding that this is a great services. Few days after installing i realized that the service is below any standards and average download speed was recorded at. 30 mbps using speedtest. Net comparing to promised 2 mbps.
Mobily 4g wifi now very slow, we are continuously restart and using but no use. Please give me solution for this problem.

Purchased E-Life internet service. It worked two days only. Installation was very poor. I tried to make complaint on their service centre but no answer. The technician who installed is also not answering my calls. He provide me number of their service centre as 1100 but it does not go through. I paid for six months advance. I need reinstatement of internet services.

I bought mobily 3g internet router and connection bundle (21m, unlimited, 17months subscriptions) from souq.com on 01 - may - 2013, first 3 months its worked well, after that router start making technical problem, i logged complain with mobily and visited their service center at phalasteen road, 4 time, but they failed to repair equipment or replace the equipment with another one, after my repeated request, they instructed me to visit another branch (Al - andulas) for said problem, even though al - andulas branch did not help to solve the problem, when i am visiting and requesting them to help to resolve problem, they are ignoring me and not providing any kinds of support to fix the problem,
I would request every one to be careful to make any deal through souq.com, dont buy any electronics goods from them, as they are supplying faulty product and not giving any kinds of support after sale.

I wanted to issue a Nano sim for my newly purchased Iphone 5. I got the ticket for new Sim purchase at 9:22 pm and you know what I had to wait for 2 hours to get a SIM
This is what you make your customer go thru. A wait of two hours on Wednesday, where there was no special event in Saudi arabia.
Well I could have understood that the underlying reason is the weekend rush, but frankly that wasn't the case. It was purely slow and ridiculous service offered by your staff.
I was sitting right there for my turn waiting, and what I saw is that your staff is entraining customers whose ticker numbers have already been passed i.e. they left after taking the ticket and then came back well after their number was called. This was extremely disappointing for someonwe who is decently waiting.
The franchise was packed and your customer representatives seemed not in hurry at all, not realizing that we should serve our customer on first priority. Rather once they were through with customers, they used to wait for a minute or more before pressing the button to call for new ticket. Fine, still that I was bearing but then I noticed that Series A (Sales) was not moving for last 15 minutes, I got up to your staff at front kiosk asking for reason he said please go to that counter, i went there that guy said I don't know.. and i kept moving in circles. There was no body even to offer me a apology or sympathy of waiting of flat extremely uncomfortable chairs on which I had to sit for 2 hours.
This is not against the norms of customer services but extremely inhuman as well.. is that what you treat to your customers. It seemed like the service is given for Free.. comeon, I am the one who is paying.
I am extremely disappointment, at the way you make your customers feel miserable and disgusted. I was not expecting this for a subsidiary of Etisilat, who belongs to UAE where service is religion.
Amongst us there were many females as well, who were waiting like us and annoyed of how carelessly and rudely they're being dealt with. Is this what you call customer services?
I would take this formal complain to Mobily, Etisilat, Social Media and all consumer services agencies in saudi and UAE. I will do this, only as a hope that you will do ratify what I've said and improve your services and not other customers go through the way we did.
I bought a new Iphone and wanted a SIM.. after 2 hours of sitting waiting for nano sim.. eroded my happiness and excitement. I came home and slept.

I am a Saudi citizen who currently lives in the USA. I have been trying to get back monies (8, 300 SR) that went to my Mobily account by mistake. I was paying bills using my bank account in my bank using the Internet banking on July 1, 2014. By mistake I paid 8, 300 SR to Mobily. My Mobily bill usually is around 61 SR/Mon. I have been having difficulty for a month a half, since the date of this post, to get that money back in spite of numerous phone calls I made to Mobily. Their customer service is very rude and would not help me and would not help escalate the problem/ They hung up on me every time I asked to speak with a supervisor.
I contacted Mobily to rectify this mistake. They kept demanding the impossible. First, they said I must come in person to one of the main offices. I told them I am in America how can I do that. So, the next response was to wait until I come back to KSA. I am not coming back for two years. I have begged and pleaded Mobily to get back what is mine. Each time I called, different people gave me different answers. In other words, I am getting the runaround.
My Mobily account does show that it has a negative amount of 8, 300SR. I supplied them with the SADAD info and copies of my bank records showing the transact. They kept insisting that I had to prove everything I was saying. All I ask is that they look at my account and reverse the operation and return the amount to the same bank account it came from.
I even sent a fax to their CEO Khalid Al-Kaf, but no response.

It is sad to inform you that I have been cheated by the Mobily company for long now in many ways, but i will list one by one complaints at a time.
Any transactions in our religion Islam must be based on honest Mobily has succeded to steal from my credit for years now, I have tried to change sim cards to stop this evil with no success.
I would rechage 100SR for a month service but this will not end a full 30days i don't know how they count their month.I will have to limit my internet use in order to make end meet as you know we do have home sick for we are working far from our home country but Mobily company will take advantage of me and end my service before the month end, I don't understant why they do this for me.
You may ask yourself why do i not shift from Mobily and go to STC or ZAIN.
Zain and STC network was weak in my area even todate for am in a remote area.
Mobily has manage to steal from me great amount of Saudi Riyal.Each time I load my connect with a 100SR prepaid credit they steal.I am in shock why can they do this to me in an Islamic state?
