Bought car from this dealer in Aug 20, still no title. Everytime I call, they hang up on me. Paid *** for car, can't get tags without title. Worst car buying experience ever.

I got a car from Modey Auto Sales Inc. and they said it would take two months for the title to come. I waited two months and called to ask when it would come. They said it's on the way and told me to text them the info so they can let me know. But they never did.

Bought a car from Modey Auto Sales in June. Paid cash and got a bill of sale. Still waiting for the title, was told it would come in the mail. My temporary tag expired and I can't get a hold of them. Tried calling but they blocked my number.

I paid $250 for my tag to the car lot when I bought the car for $3000. When my temp tag expired, I went and paid another $209 out of pocket at the courthouse for my tag. I called and went to the dealership, but they ain't returning calls. When I went in person, a man was there and called someone who agreed to send my money in a week, but I ain't got nothing. They asked why I didn't wait for another temp tag, but I explained it had run out. I want my money back and they need to be shut down if they ain't gonna run a law abiding business. Please help me get my money back. I ain't got it to just give away to strangers for free.
