On January 18, 2024 I sent an email to Moerie requesting a cancellation of my subscription. I sent the email from my work email, CC'd my personal email and received a response that Moerie could not locate my subscription because I used an email that was not associated with my account. I responded back from the email associated with my account as well as my subscription ID number. I received another email back from Moerie advising they still could not process my request as more verification was needed. Moerie was requesting an order number. Because I had paused my subscription there was not an order number. I was trying to be proactive and cancel my subscription prior to my account being unpaused. Moerie has not responded again after explaining that I do not have an order number and that my subscription ID should sufficient along with my confirmed email associated with my account to cancel. Further, I have tried to contact the number that was provide to me and when calling a recording comes on saying "there are no agents available call back later." It has been 6 days and my account still has yet to be cancelled.
Claimed loss: As of now, no loss of money. But I do not want to be charged again and am being proactive in trying to cancel before I am charged. However, appears Moerie is purposely delaying contacts so they can charge me again.
