I tried to review my order and it processed. I was charged three separate charges. But received no email verification for two of the three charges or order. When the package arrives. No information about the order was included. When I tried to return it. I was told they couldn’t find the order! When they finally found the orders. They said u had a subscription. When I tried to cancel it the subs. Neither of my emails worked to view any subscription. I have continued to receive many emails about the customer service. I continue to desire to return the products unopened never used, now your service wants more money and. Still cannot cancel or make an account. I still want only to stop and return this product and receive some kind of credit, not to pay more money for a product that didn’t work and products I never opened. How is this even possible? Please help me!
