I have dealt in both gold and silver with this company. I have done multiple significant transactions and have had superb prices, support and professionalism. Their prices are competitive with clear communication about spot price, minimal premium, buyback policies, confidential shipping and insurance. Their customer support rep was courteous and helpful. After discovering my purchasing objectives (minimal premium) reps have helped me with selection. I was comfortable with a large purchase recently. I ordered on a Friday night, transacted payment within days, and to my delight, received delivery within two days. Packages are very sturdy, securely taped, strapped, padded and unmarked so as to be safe and unrecognizable. Product has been consistently unblemished and brand new in secure protective cases. These guys are the "gold standard"!

Great company , great customer service
Great company , great customer service.However, I have some issues with *** as a delivery postal service.Last time I made a purchase, the *** postman left the package at mailbox (he wrote "Delivered, Left with Individual" on proof of delivery) and he signed the delivery receipt as if he were the recipient. I was at home, but he didn't knock on the door or ring the ***. Anyone could pull it out of the mailbox and steal it.MME pay for an additional services with restricted delivery signed by an adult, so *** is obliged to deliver it to anyone at the receiving address. Additionally, a vehicule was waiting behind *** van. Fortunatelly I was at home and left home inmediately when I received *** delivery notificacion, so I could see that car. When I picked package up, the vehicule turned around and run away. It was really suspicious, so they must take preventive actions about this.

Out of all the places I can buy gold or silver, Money Metals is the best! In my experience, I was going to try out Money Metals because of their great prices and amazing ratings. I purchased from them what I wanted, and I decided to send payment by check. Take in mind I didn't quite know how that worked. They sent me an email making it very clear what to do and they kept me informed the entire way. Shipping was fast too! I don't recommend *** or Littleton, or any other place except this professional company that I will be using from now on! Try it out and I hope you have as good of an experience as I did!

I truly cannot stand this company, my issue may be more with a certain individual than with Money Metals Exchange. I enjoy reading news stories on various websites. One website I frequent (Rawstory) continuously has ads for collectible coins that have no real value other than to enthusiasts, which I am not. So I have repeatedly informed the ad service that I have zero interest in these political figure-themed coins and feel I am being targeted because those are the only ads I see on Rawstory.com. Despite my requests, I continue to receive them. This feels like harassment. Ironically, this constant bombardment with coin ads makes me dislike the political figure even more.

Fast Shipping and three day deliveries, I have a beautiful stash of gold and silver . If you compare MME prices to others like Apmex or *** Bullion the prices are way cheaper. More bang for your buck. I will continue to buy from MME for years to come.
No matter how hard I tried, the website was telling me I was banned! So I made the phone call. I have a mail forwarding address and apparently someone or others who use the same mail forwarding service have been banned. They did not make a distinction between the private mailbox numbers. After about 45 minutes of frustration, I called. That's when I found out about the problem with mail forwarding address. Not only did they ship me my order which included the free gold back I had said to the gentleman after the frustration I just experienced I think you are to include another free go back. And guess what they did! So I'm very happy with my subscription and with being able to resolve a problem.

I've been ordering from Money Metals Exchange for a couple of years. From their 5 star customer service, to their website with helpful articles full of knowledge, to the beautiful coins, bars and other quality products, to their great prices ... it simply doesn't get better than this. My first ever purchase of precious metals was with Money Metals Exchange and I've never had a reason the change. As a relatively new buyer, I feel very safe with them. I've never had an issue or problem of any kind with my orders. Anytime I have had questions about shipping or a product, etc., they have always been very friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to emails and phone messages. I don't personally know anyone and have never met anyone that works at MMX, but in a big way, I feel like family. first i placed an order and transferred funds to there acct. they then charged the acct the wrong amount, then had to wait for that to be repaired and they charged the acct again. the product took longer than expected to ship. The US Postal shipping they used said signature required so i stayed around all day Saturday and no shipment then it was rescheduled for 2pm Monday and no package then they left the package in the mailbox with no signature at around 3:30pm today. I called money metals because I received a tracking email that said the item had been delivered to the address and left with an individual and signed for by my name. NEVER SIGNED AND DIDNT KNOW IT WAS HERE UNTIL THE *** The package was left in my mailbox by the postal service. when i told the money metals lady she said sounds like i need to shop elsewhere and so i will and maybe if you read this you will too. I know they cant help the sorry postal service we have but they can ship in a much more secure manner.

I have not made any purchases with MoneyMetalsExchange, yet. However, I have called them three times and in each instance they answered the phones and patiently answered all of my questions. Unlike mist other exchanges, all of he relevant information is on the website (spot prices, premium charges, gold/silver worth, and value trends, etc.). I also researched them on the ComplaintsBoard.com website, they have an A+ rating, and almost all (except one) complaints were handled appropriately and professionally. Most of the time the customers were either unreasonable or uneducated about the ordering process. Again, in all complaints but one, MoneyMetals worked hard to satisfy their customers and alleviate any problems (there were 34 complaints). Not bad for being in business for 11 years!I do believe MoneyMetals should pay for return shipping when they send defective coins. Other than that, I have seen no reason to refrain from dealing with them. JM Bullion is apparently rated the #1 exchange online. MoneyMetalsExchange appears to be better.

They promised to replace it, and so I sent it back. Within less than a week, I received the silver, and right off the bat while inspecting the so called "replacement"; that it was the same one I returned. Only this time the scratched part looked like it was covered with a silver coating much more like a nail polish, but not, according to them. I emailed and called them again and provided with a before and after photos to show them that it was the same bar, and that it was not replaced at all! They denied it and said that there's nothing they can do for me anymore because they claim that it was replaced! And instead of negotiating for a good client satisfaction experience, and for the benefit of the doubt, they just offered me to sell it back to them if I wasn't satisfied. They think I'm stupid that I'd sell it back for a lesser amount than I paid for. Bad to do business with these people!

The coins were carefully placed separately in clear plastic sleeves so they wouldn't rub together and get scratched, or otherwise damaged (thank you!), and were safely wrapped further in bubble wrap to protect them during shipping. The silver coins themselves were gorgeous. I purchased three Buffalo Silver Round - 1 Troy Ounce, .999 Pure coins. The Native American Indian head and Buffalo designs are beautiful engravings. A magnifying glass is not at all needed to appreciate the the subtle intricacies in the the details, which also made me very pleased. One can easily tell that the artist who made the designs paid careful attention to their work and also had deep respect for what the images themselves portray so far as American history goes. Well done, very appreciated! One further thing, I purchased the coins as Valentines Day gifts for my wife. She has been collecting coins for years and she was really liked them! In summary, I'm very happy with this order, the quality and beauty of the coins, and will order from Money Metals Exchange again. I highly recommend Money Metals Exchange.

If there were no stars I would pick that one. I simply was trying to purchase the *** coins and their pricing seemed pretty decent. Being a conservative *** and Patriot as well as a homeschool teacher for three kids, I am obviously a *** supporter and a believer in precious metals. I went ahead and did the prompts on their website and placed the order. Almost 2 weeks later, I get no word from them until I finally called. The admin who answered the phone didnt seem like she was organized. She then proceeded to say that the reason my order was canceled was because they said I was a fraud. I then said that its possible I mightve made a mistake. She then forwarded me to the person who canceled my order and I left a VM stating that I would be willing to make it right for whatever the reason is.All I get is an email stating that they believe I was a fraud and they can no longer do business with me.First, I have never been called a fraud and secondly they have no proof to show this. I am offended as a free American seeking to do business in a free market which I believe we still are.Obviously, they are not the only ones who sell *** silver coins, I have no problem going elsewhere and probably even closer and faster service. But this is just foolish. Our Constitution protects us as innocent until proven guilty. They have no paperwork to prove that what I was trying to do was a fraud. This is bad business and I will be vocal regarding them, as I move further into investing in precious metals.

I am new to buying precious metals online. I have bought from multiple companies in various amounts. After receiving several packages from several companies I am by far the most impressed with Money Metals. I have done a ton of research and compared the exact same products across websites and they are extremely competitive. I certainly didn't feel like I was going to be making a mistake with pricing by purchasing from them. My shipment came in a timely manner and it was extremely well packaged. Out of all of the packages I have received online there is was by far and away the most securely packaged. I was impressed with their feedback and communication and their site in general. I also like that they are an *** Another thing that I found particularly surprising and that I absolutely loved was my order included a nice envelope with descriptions of the product that I ordered and things that needed to be certified had everything all in one place. They also have a newsletter that they included. Overall I feel like I have found a good company to do business with. In fact the reason I'm writing this review is because I have decided to use this company exclusively when I purchase precious metals online. I have done a ton of research on the different companies that you would encounter with a *** search of precious metals and out of all of them this company is above and beyond its competition. I will use them again and I feel confident that if I ever do have a problem it will be handled in a timely manner and in a fair manner. What I think? MMX is the absolute best of the best--it is much better than Kitco... I have only used Kitco used in the past as suggested by my brother when I was making 6 figures at *** by ***--in fact I had no idea anyone anyone but Kitco bought back Silver a I was buying--I have bought 20 Monster Boxes of American Eagles, *** Maple leafs at $5.88 and *** in *** and 2015 when I retired--I passed most of this on to my two boys with 6 children of their own for security as I'm sure they will ger over $100 an ounce in 15 years; But, this has left me with nothing but my 401K, a paid off home and cars, a Coin Collection, and 6 monster boxes of: 3 of American Eagles/ 3 of *** Maple Leafs; and, 2-500's of of Golden Sate Mint Buffaloes, and my Social Security/Medicare for my "Golden Years"--I had bought some coins I needed for the grandchildren's Silver Eagle coin Books to be completed from *** to 2021; 6 times!--that's how I discovered MMX... and not only were your prices less as a purchaser, I discovered you also buy back...And you folks "Kick Butt" over Kitco; best as well, as a seller--BY FAR; and you deposit it into my account for no charge, saving me a trip to the bank. I do not know how long you have been around and I admit I bought all my Silver at Kitco (I had no idea there was any other place; and at the time it was "offshore" a my brother pointed out they were ***--I admit I am glad for that; but now? I doubt that I would even consider purchasing a Goldback because I don't see the point but getting one free with my order interested me enough to go through with my purchase. Upon receiving my order, which was well packaged and in excellent condition, I found that a Goldback had not been included. Upon realizing this I immediately contacted their "white glove" support to notify them of the oversight and here is their response:"Hi Mr. Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry you did not receive your goldback bonus on your recent order. We'd be happy to included that with the next order that you place. We apologize for the inconvenience, and if you need any further assistance, please let us know.Warmest regards,***"Instead of assistance I would like someone to explain why I need to place another order to receive an item that should have been included with my original order?I also feel it's a bit arrogant of Money Metals to think that after not following through on their advertised promotional offer that I would even consider doing any future business with them or that I should believe they would honor their offer to add the free Goldback to another purchase.I don't care about the Goldback but I do find it important to be able to trust a company that I do business with and unfortunately my first experience with Money Metals has left me doubting that I can trust them, and not at all impressed with their customer service. Money Metals Exchange, LLC - I would like to say only; when you tell someone you "know where they live", you are making a direct threat - and this is my complaint - someone who said their name was "Clint" seemed very agitated because I went through 2.5 hours of , "staff" was giving me over canceling and order - souly because I was NOT sent by email, payment instructions as agreed - I was told "instructions" with an invoice would be provided "within the hour" via email - (this is standard operation, as I have done this many times 28 in all) - so, 2 hours later, I called and was told "we sent it" and that "I could not cancel my order" - "and that no one was available to discuss the issue further" - after 2.5 hours and four more calls (after them hanging up on me) resulted in nothing but "run-a-round" & *** "sorry we can't give you further information\, we sent you the email" "and you cannot cancel your order - sorry" CLICK! ?! then they'd hang up - I finally received a call from them, someone who said his name was, "Clint" - after telling me four times "I could not cancel my order" (some 85 + grand for 44 gold coins), he rudely told me he would cancel my order, "ok I'll cancel it, but I know where you live" and hung up in my face - like a *** ... *** man no, seriously ***? ARE YOU *** KIDDING ME?!? - If he were standing here in front of me I'd punch him in the mouth like a man - what a ***! - so maybe my next call should be to the police dept. or states attorney - WE'LL SEE - this is not how you do business - I have a family, kids here - and a home to protect - (thus my investment desires, but God knows NOT from them!) - who do these people think they are? what *** man - they *** it up, not me - i never got the instructions I was told I would receive at all! I have hard experience with this bussiness recently. I have sent my precious metal to be sold to them .They agreed the price and sent me confirmation with price mentioned on it . After that I have sent the shipment by USPS/ Priority mail with tracking number on it. The problem begins when they denied that they recieved the shipment. Then , trying to do misleading unprofessional behaviors for not paying the exact amount. I have tried to reach the manager many times without a decent response. Obviously checking the Delivery method (USPS) says it was delivered with an "Agent" with another person's signature. This obviously is not enough for them because it shows for MME that it was "Delivered" never mind that it was delivered to the right person! After months going to USPS said that MME was supposed to check if it was right and was denied further, and couldn't probe further than that. So after months, we don't have our 20 oz coins. Talking with MME and a Clint Signer said they would "checkup" the problem but never went further than that. currently, we are waiting for a response from Money metals but after a few months, it's safe to say they don't care If we get our coins or not.

Tracking Issue for Order from February 3rd
Tracking for an order placed on February 3rd. I never received the item ordered. Money Metals policy requires a signature upon receipt. I ordered with the assurance that only I would receive the package. However, the post office or someone else signed with the initials N19 on the delivery proof and claimed it was left in the mailbox. My repeated attempts to resolve the issue with Michelle from customer service have gone unanswered. The department responsible for this is rude and unhelpful. I'm unsure if they actually sent my order, what the package contained, or if it was stolen by postal staff. It's clear the company isn't properly tracking my package. Who is N19, and why is there a claim that it was left with an individual when my signature is missing?

I am in a legal binding contract with MMX and have sent 2 personal checks for the purchase of silver and gold on 1/20. Clint and Michelle have stated that they have not received either one. After sending the first check that went "missing" I offered to pay via ACH. I was told that it would be considered fraudulent and against there policy and that they would make no exceptions regarding a payment issue even after offering personal information to identify me. The issue is still not resolved.
THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY'S FROM MY ACCOUNT TWICE AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVE SAID PRODUCTS THEY SAY THEY SALE WHICH I HAVE NEVER SEEN AND/OR RECEIVE. WHEN I CALLED MORE THEN ONE TIME AND DID WHAT THEY TOLD ME TO DO THEY TOOK OTHER FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT STATING THEY DIDN'T WHEN I CALLED THE 3nd TIME WITH *** ON THE LINE THEY PUT ON A RECORDING THEN HANG UP ON US. WHICH THE BANK AND I LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE TO NO PREVAIL.

I have purchased metals with this company on multiple occasions. I placed an order for silver coins *** on 6/12 for $507.90. I noticed my order had not come in and several weeks later I received a phone message that there was a problem with my bank rounting number. I provided my banking account number and routing number for this purchase just as I provided it on my previous purchases. I was somewhat suspicious with the request that I re-submit my routing info. Something did feel right, so I decided to just cancel the order. Since then, I have been receiving threatening and harassing e-mails stating that I was obligated to pay for the order or face debt collection. I have received no product or service yet, I am obligated based on a clause somewhere online in the electonic purchase statement ? I was not aware of this clause, nor do I feel responsible for this purchase since I have never received any merchandise. Foremost, in my complaint is the harassing e-mails.

On Aug 31 I setup an account then cancelled it. However, I was still charged through my bank for the amount of 504.29. I called and told them I had cancelled the account and I was advised that no account was ever setup, but they did acknowledge that money was drawn from my account. I was assured that a refund for the amount would be processed back to my bank. However a amount of 385.58 was credited.
I have bought thousands of dollars of coins from them. I have had contact prior. Now I d not. It's a pre recorded message. Because of the amount money I am deeply concerned that i can't contact them

I placed a phone order with Money Metals Exchange on 4/12 for 30 Silver Trump Commemorative Coins. Payment was made via ACH through my bank. (Order # *** The funds, in the amount of $1056.90 (USD) were electronically withdrawn from my account on 4/13. I called MME on 4/16 asking what was the status of my order and was informed that the order would be shipping over the weekend and on Monday, 4/19 I would be provided a USPS Tracking Number. I called this morning, 4/19 and spoke with Customer Service and was informed that the order would not ship until Tuesday or Wednesday of this week (4/20 or 4/21). I then spoke with ***, (Customer Service Supervisor) and was told that the order being shipped over the weekend was misinformation provided by Customer Service and that the order would be shipped out some time this week. All I want is my order fulfilled, WITHOUT a bunch of lies being told to me. Any assistance in this matter would be appreciated.

Received a collections letter in the mail on behalf of a company called Money Metals Exchange. I called them and they told me that I am responsible for the change in metal price of an alleged order that I placed online. I had zero idea what they were talking about and have never heard of their Company. I never placed an order. They never shipped a product or performed a service. They did not bill a credit card and I do not have any account history with them. They told me that anyone that has a name and address is able to "place an order" on anyone's behalf by using a simple form on their website. They then send you to collections and threaten to harm your credit if you do not pay the difference that the metal has decreased from the time of your alleged order. They say there is nothing they can do if I do not want to pay and to report it to the police if I feel someone stole my identity. In the meantime, my credit score suffers. This is a total scam that uses easily obtainable info.

FAST FORWARD ABOUT 5 MESSAGES LEFT FROM ME AND MULTIPLE EMAILS I FINALLY GET SOMETHING IN THE MAIL STATING THAT MY INVESTIGATION IS CLOSED. I WAS BEING VERY PATIENT WITH ALL THIS GOING ON THERE WAS NO OTHER PLACE WHERE I COULD GET GOLD HAD TO BUY SOME FROM OFF OF AMAZON. I'VE ORDERED BEFORE AND I SIGNED FOR MY ORDER.

This was their response: Response 08/03 We do our best to respond to client preferences when it comes to the email and mail that we send. We send news and commentary about the metals markets, and most clients find that information useful. And we send notices of promotions and sales which clients also value. When clients contact us to unsubscribe, we do that without hassle or delay. They also have the option of unsubscribing via a link in our email. We definitely do not want unhappy clients, so we are sorry you are not pleased. This business has NOT complied with my demand. I am filing this so that when they further continue to harass me then I can SUE Them. I have the mailer they sent and I am sure the post office like can ID when it was sent. This company is run by Greedy people who think they do not have to comply with AMERICAN Law. Other company's are far better at customers preferences.

Over 6 months ago I ordered some silver from Money Metals Exchange. I received it but then I was immediately bombarded with physical mail advertisements at home. They likely did the same online but I have pretty good anti malware protection. I first sent some of the paper advertisements back to the in "Return To Sender" that I personally dropped off at the post office with a postal worker who accepted it and I wrote my message to stop right on the front of that envelope. I then received more ad mail again several times at which point I placed one in an envelope and mailed it back to Idaho address with another very angry message to stop and yes, I USE *** ALOT. Not long after that I received a greeting card "Thank You" note that had hand writing saying they would stop and an apology. I then informed them that I changed my source for purchases (a tiny bit cheaper) and I would never do business with them again because they have no respect for the wishes of their customers and their privacy. And that their GREED makes me sick. This company needs to fined heavily for HARASSING former customers who have demanded that they cease trying to contact them.

I was attempting to purchase silver and gold for a parents Birthday. I was told to cut a check through my bank to pay for the order. I told them I do not use checks but they insisted on me cutting a check through my bank virtually. I called my bank and set it up over the phone and transferred the funds into a reserve account for the check. I waited for 2 weeks. They said after 2 weeks I had to pay a fee of 25 dollars because the check did not clear. The money for the order was still sitting in my account. I called the bank again. I paid the 25 dollar fee, and they resubmitted another check. I got a confirmation from the 25 dollars via email. I also received a note 5 days later saying my order was shipped and a tracking number sent on May 22nd. On June 5, I called to see what happened to my order. I checked my bank account and the money was still sitting there. Customer service said the check did not clear again the the order was cancelled. This is a fraudulent company who makes money off of not processing anything and connecting themselves to your bank account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It was a waste of my time and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I called MME at [protected] I spoke with sales associate and assistant director they claimed that *** made various attempts to notify me. *** never notified Me and Never made any attempts to notify me. The Money Metals exchange rep Lark B provided me with two tracking numbers and advised me to go pick up items at the *** location When I spoke with the *** supervisor she explained that both packages are not here and have been sent Back to the Sender ( Money Metals exchange) . I called Back Money Metals and spoke with assistant director Clint S I requested to talk with Stefan G President However Mr. S denied me that opportunity. he said " how we know if you received the items," "you do not know what's going on," "write whoever you want" and he said it could take months for there investigation and if they receive items I ordered they can buy it back from me for lower cost. I told him I wanted my full refund he denied it and hung up on me. I have never received items I paid for I don't understand how MME can Buy back something I never received.

I purchased silver coins from this business but never received my package. I called them and they said they would do their own investigation so I waited. It took them over a month to get back to me and when they did via email they said "No refund, no replacement go file a police report" There are two properties in my lot I live in the back house. The first attempt for delivery the post man actually walked to the back and left a notice for me that nobody was home. The second time he went he took it upon himself to sign for me and leave the package. He never came to the back, he never knocked on my door. My kids are homeschooled due to the pandemic and they were here all day and the mailman did not knock on my door. The USPS policy is for the mail man to knock on the door get a verbal acknowledgement from me and leave the package by my door so that when he is over 6ft away the person can come out to retrieve. This never happened. The proof of service shows the mailman signed for me and that it was delivered. I tried to escalate this and received a phone call from Clint S and he did not take into account any of the facts, he was not helpful, he didn't have a solution to the issue at hand. This is no way to conduct business.

I ordered $25k of silver from this company on Feb 1. They shipped the product insured *** on Feb 11 and 12. I have not received my product as of Feb 23. Not one time has this company followed up on this order, or contacted me. After repeatedly checking the shipping status since shipping date, the status has remained "In Transit, Arriving Late Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." I called MoneyMetals on Feb 22 asking them what are they doing about finding out where my product is. The response was "that's not our job" and "the product is insured, so if it is lost, you can file a claim 30 days after date of shipping". So, that is how they view their responsibility to the customer. I asked them why, when they took my $25k in mere seconds, and took 11 days to process my order, that is the customer's responsibility to also ensure the delivery. What exactly is their responsibility? If the customer have not received my order, then has the company actually provided the product which the customer has paid for up front? NO. This company choses to ship with ***, and does not offer any other method on their online order form. Therefore, *** is by default the shipping department of Money Metals, and thus, Money Metals is responsible for monitoring the The attitude of these people was something I have never experienced. I own a business and I have 30 years experience on multi billion dollar projects, all of which include billions of dollars in procurement, shipment, logistics, customs, and customer support at a global level ... and in all cases it is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the delivery of that product to the customer. When I spoke to the owner, he said that it is impossible to contact *** to receive additional information about the status. Well, I had to spend three hours on the phone with ***, but I was able to file two claims that are in process now to investigate the whereabouts of the packages. Again, that is the responsibility of Money Metals, not the customer! And, the owner flat-out LIED about what additional steps could be taken with *** to determine the location of the product. These are deceptive policies and practices, as well as arrogant behavior, and customers need to be aware of this. I would NEVER treat my customers in this manner. I am out $25k for over three weeks... with no resolution in sight.
