Paid my balance of $572 almost a month ago and they aren't seeing my payments. Called many time and no emails back.

This company is complete fraud.. They manipulate their pricing software.. They state they are regulated but every fraudulent binary option company as well overseas state they are regulated as well and has either gone out of business or has fraudulently hurt the consumer even more..

Had fraudulent chargebacks against my brokerage account. Left my account in negative. Was told if I paid deficit I would have hold on my account removed. Charge was valid, so had bank close dispute. Paid deficit, but told the money would take possibly months to be cleared by processor and authorization given to payments Dept to credit my account. Would like to know why re crediting my account after bank notification takes so long and is there any way to expedite process? Thank you.

Company refuses to allow you to withdraw you money without verification yet will gladly take your money no questions asked. The card in question no longer exist and the account is long since closed in another state. They make it as hard as possible to retrieve your money in order to rob you. Plain and simple. The business is a complete scam and the representatives use bully tactics to keep you from continuing to question them on their policies. If they made it as simple to withdraw your money as they do to deposit it I would have no problem with the company or its platform. My advice stay away unless you want to be robbed.

This company advertise open your account in less than 5 minutes to trade binary options as well as advertisements all over the internet. Once my account was opened and after sustaining a history of losses, this company upon discovering that I had a background from the past decided to freeze my account and subsequently harass me with all kinds of invasive questions including my username and passwords for my social media accounts, my bank statements as well as other privacy infringements. It is certainly not worth the hassle of the "easy" money they claim you can make in the binary options market. False advertisements, lure, bucket shop and strong arm.

I can't withdraw my money $412.50 from my account. They want verify my debit card, but my checking account was closed 2 years ago (that debit card doesn't exist). Bank has my statement only in branch in Vermont. I am living in Washington State that why I can't go and take statement from that branch. Branch refused to send this statement because they don't have recorded line. Nadex didn't want verify card when they were getting money, but now they refused to give me my money. I verified all information, but I didn't receive anything. Nadex stays that their policy like this. I asked that why they didn't verify before I paid them? They sad they will take all money and don't care about verification (they have policy like this).

I bought 7 contracts at $74/each of the US SmallCap 2000 chain expiring at 2:20 PM EST with a strike price of 2229.4. The contracts expired in the money and I did not receive a payout. The chart clearly shows that the closing price was 2229.434, so they expired in the money. I have contacted Nadex's customer support with all of the supporting information and I have yet to receive a response. They literally stole my money. I demand a refund of my initial investment of $518 (7 74), plus my profit for being in the money $[protected] 7) minus the fees of $14, totaling $686 back into my account. The date of this transaction was Monday April 12th. The order ID is *** I have attached screenshots showing the closing in the money price of 2229.434 as well as my order number and contracts traded as stated above.

This company is refusing to allow me to withdraw over $1,000 that I have sitting in my account. This company is operating a massive SCAM, where they let you fund your trading account without any problems, but when you want to withdraw money from your account, they won't allow it. They are claiming that I need to send them a verified debit card account statement from THREE YEARS AGO that shows the specific transaction where I first deposited funds into my Nadex account. I have told them that I no longer have this debit card, and that I canceled it years ago. Again, they are asking for a bank statement showing a single card transaction from THREE YEARS AGO. I already have a verified bank account attached to my Nadex account. But that doesn't matter, because this company is simply running a SCAM. They let you deposit money, but they won't let you withdraw it. I plan on suing the company if this matter isn't resolved this week. They are violating a host of federal and state securities and other laws.
