Monoprice waited for 7 weeks

Judging by other people's reviews this company is very unreliable and I can say the same.
I wish I had read all of them before dealing with Monoprice. At least I wouldn't have spent my money for nothing.
I ordered headphones and waited for them for 7 weeks. Guys, it's absolutely inappropriate. Unfortunately, I didn't find out where their warehouse was based, maybe it would explain a lot because they claim they are in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I live in LA (it's not that far away, at least if you go by feet it won't take you 7 weeks to get there)...

Monoprice refused to refund

I ordered an item from them. They said it was out of stock, but my money was charged right after purchasing. I tried to contact their customer service, they only made me wait and gave no proper answers. I was also on hold for about thirty minutes just to hear that they can't see any problem. I said oh well and finished this useless conversation. And then I received a message saying that my order was canceled. How can I finally refund my money?

Monoprice My order

I bought two USB cables from www.monoprice.com online store and when I received the package there was only one cable. I made a picture and contacted Monoprice support right away. They promised to find out what happened and later when they contacted me they said that was a terrible mistake and promised to fix everything. They said that I'll get my USB cable within a couple of weeks, but they were not able to tell when exactly and that was strange.
In the end I got nothing. Every time I contacted them they said I need to be more patient and that's all they did. I'm only glad that USB was not expensive. I would not recommend this website to anyone and I will not buy from them again.

Monoprice No help

Ordered a gaming console for my son as a birthday present. When it finally arrived there were no visible damages, but later my son said that console did not work properly. Sometimes it shut down by itself, some games did not work. I contacted Monoprice and asked for a replacement or a refund and they seemed very nice. They promised to resolve my issue as soon as possible. I wasted a lot of time talking to them, waiting on phone, explaining the same thing a million times and in the end got noting but "there is nothing we can do". I would not recommend Monoprice to anyone!

Monoprice Bad service

Ordered some cables from www.monoprice.com and when I received my order one cable was missing. I contacted Monoprice customer care and asked about the missing cable and they said they'll contact me back as soon as possible. Later when they contacted me they said that my cable was out of stock and assured me I'll get a refund. I never received my money back and they keep telling me that I need to be more patient. I'm very disappointed with Monoprice.

Monoprice They charged me and haven't sent the order

The company www.monoprice.com has misled me. I ordered two cables from them, but the seller charged me within couple of minutes. After that I heard only fake promises and blah-blah. I still haven’t received any confirmation info and all my attempts to get anything from the seller were also unsuccessful. No cables, no money back and no idea how to solve this situation. Better don’t buy from them.

Monoprice They have problems with delivery and refund

I ordered 2 phones from the website www.monoprice.com, but these ### didn’t deliver my order within 6 weeks. I went to the website and cancelled my order, but the seller didn’t reply to my emails and didn’t provide any confirmation. Also they didn’t provide money back. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

Monoprice They provided fault info and it was only waste of money

I ordered optical wire from the company www.monoprice.com. I paid extra money for the next day delivery, but these jerks only charged me and provided fault info about delivery. After that I of course didn’t get the order and was really disappointed. I tried to reach them, but these ### ignored all my emails. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
