There was no tracking number and the info they did provide seemed pretty vague. I was starting to get pretty frustrated by this point. To make matters worse, they claimed that the filters had been delivered. But when I checked my mailbox, nada. Nothing at all.
All in all, I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed with MoreFilter.com. I was expecting better customer service and delivery times, and I definitely didn't get what I paid for. I'd give them a big fat zero if I could.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from MoreFilter. While the products are good, the lack of customer service and shipping delays made for a poor experience. There are plenty of other companies that offer similar products with better customer service and faster shipping times. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
