I ordered a lens from MPB.com and paid for it on Dec. 2, 2024. It has not been delivered, and according to FedEx tracking it is being returned to MPB for lack of delivery information. Please either refund me the $379.00 or send me the lens to my home address, 215 W. 14th St., Wilmington, DE 19801.
Explanation: I had directed MPB to send the lens to a FedEx station near my home, at 1201 N. Market St., Wilmington. I had concern about an expensive item being stolen from my porch if I wasn't home to receive the delivery. But it turned out that FedEx would not deliver the lens to that address. So FedEx is returning it to MPB.
