Good Day
I ordered on Sunday 27 October 2024 12:29 (for Lunch) the following...
1x Party Meal
1x 2x Triple big Boss
(8pc Zamba Swap)

When my order arrived there was no chips and no coleslaw in my order, at 13h25 I sent a message on the same day to your WhatsApp Mr. D and messages went to and from and still I haven't received any feedback. I've been routed to Human agent several time and today when I wanted to claim again it says sorry I have to make a claim in 48hrs.

I wont stand for this as I paid for goods and haven't received what I paid for.

I await your feedback
