I got my rug from Mulberry Technology Inc. in March for $250. I also got the 5 year warranty which said it would cover pet stains, unraveling, and tears. I sent them pictures of the damage, but they said it wasn't that bad. I told them that was not okay because they are not keeping their promise with the warranty.

I got a nectar matress with a 10 year warranty matress protection from Mulberry Technology Inc. The policy covered animal pee, which was important to me since my dog or cat peed on my matress. It took a week to go through nectar taking pictures to then go through Mulberry. They wanted a guy to come clean the matress and if he could not I would receive a new matress. It has been 4 weeks with 2 emails to them and still no new matress. I have a spinal cord stimulator and bought this protection to ensure I had a bed to always sleep in. It has bow been 2 full months and still no new matress and my matress deemed unable to be cleaned.

I got a plan from Mulberry Technology Inc. to protect my rug from wear and tear and stains from pets and kids. But when I tried to claim for both, they denied it. The rug was bought in May and it looked terrible after less than a year. They said I didn't file it in time, but wear and tear takes time. They said I could claim for future problems, but when my cat threw up, I filed a claim that day for a stain. They said it was accumulated staining, but it wasn't. I filed it the same day it happened.

I had a problem with my Melrose 3 piece Sleeper Sectional couch from Mulberry Technology Inc. My husband passed away and left a blood stain on the couch. I submitted a claim for cleaning on June 15th, but I am getting the runaround from Mulberry and the technician team. My daughter is trying to help, but she lives far away and cannot come down to evaluate the stain. I do not want to see the blood of my husband on the couch. I have tried calling both Mulberry Technology and the furniture technicians, but they keep pointing fingers at each other. It has been almost 2 weeks, and I need someone to take action now. Please call my daughter or me to resolve this.
