MultiPlan review: Multiplan ppo gap afford plus 1

This is sold to us as a health insurance company that covers vision, dental, rx drugs, chiropractor, hearing, speech, lab, surgery, hospital visits, diagnostics etc. zero deductible. 60% coverage 40 % we pay. Paying $342 a month. I had surgery among other health related issues the last few months and every single billing specialist says “this is a discount card, this isn’t insurance” a discount card that takes less that 5% off of medical expenses. So. I am left paying almost $40,000 for my surgery, 1,000 for my kids vaccines and preventative care visits and another 800 in physical therapist bills. I’m heartbroken at the absolute scam. You call to try to fix it and you can’t get ahold of who sold you the plan, only the “customer service” repeating that’s it’s a ppo and I should have no problem. When I asked what I should do because none of the bills were being taken care of she told me to call claims in broken English. There it said I had a 68 minute wait time and it hung up on me at 60 minutes. Then I had clicked the option for a call back. It’s been 3 days. I’m tired. These people need sued and shut down.
