I placed order on 7/26/16 never received item. I emailed them 3 times finally 3rd time I told them was going to report fraud. They wrote back Lorraine Pineda at [protected]@myhandkey.zendesk.com. she stated she was sorry but they were back logged? I asked for approx ship date. Never received one. Finally after 33 days I reported it to my bank for refund and fraud. Sad as I really liked the camera for cars. I ordered this online off an add on facebook.

I had the same exact experience. I ordered in June, contacted in July and August, and finally turned them in to PayPal and got my refund after 3 months of complaining and getting the same nonsensical form letter. AVOID THESE CROOKS!

This same thing happened to me as well. I am still working with my bank to get my funds back. They always say they are backlogged and they have yet to return my money. I have asked to many times to count for a refund over the last month and nothing, I ordered dashcams back in August 2016 from a facebook link. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The same thing on my side. I ordered mine in July and keep saying they are backlog. I keep asking for an update and saying they will inform me when the unit are dispatched. Now I received a notice that unfortunately they can not process my order anymore as the Pay Pal closed their account. This is so frustrating as I don't know how can I get my money back. They are very quick in getting my money then after the order has been abandon. I have paid U$69.00 by debit bank account. To all who are planning to order please be careful this will give you so much problem. YES PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM...

Horrible, fraudulent company. First told me they were backlogged, then told me Paypal froze their account so they won't be able to fill my order. Also, they said they can't refund me. I won't stop demanding my refund!

Same with me. I stared dispute with the bank since I paid with a credit card. I also ordered through a facebook link.

This is all too familiar. I too ordered back in June, got the backlogged response for 3 months, then the 'PAYPAL has frozen our account so we cant send it' response. We can safely assume that Paypal has frozen their account due to high number of complaints from us all, for not receiving our products. Not because Paypal are scamming merchants, as they are trying to make out. I'm still waiting on Paypal to refund my funds.

The same happened to me! I placed my order through a facebook link on July 30. I sent them 2 emails, the first requesting status of order and the second requesting order to be canceled and full refund. I have received 3 emails stating that PayPal has frozen their account. I contacted my bank, but it has been more than 60 days and they cannot process a refund. The bank advised that I contact PayPal. This is sad and devastating.

I have the same problem. I ordered 2 dash cameras and still have not received the purchase. I also have gotten the same email response from them about the ebay account. I did not order through ebay so why should ebay have to pay my money back when they did not get it. My credit card did not get my money either. The company did. I will be reporting them to the BBB and post emails I have sent and received from them.

I have the exact same experience but luckily the transaction was through PayPal. I have noticed all the complains after I have made the payment so I have gone through the proper waiting shipment period, ask them why no delivery, (got the same too many orders reply), ask for refund and log issue with PayPal. Waited for the indicated vendor responded period and got the FULL money back yesterday. Hope everybody else will have the same outcome.

I had the same experience. PayPal made good on everything. That's why I use them! They have your back for scams like this.

It seems we were all scammed by this company. I had the same experience, placed order from Facebook in July, was told 3 to 7 weeks shipping, as of October still no product and no explanation, sent them an E-mail gave them til the 10th of October to send my product. After October I received 3 emails stating that they could not fill my order because paypal froze their accounts, and now I have to contact paypal to get my money returned to me. Still working on that part of the problem. I bought my cameras right off their website I did not use Paypal, so I don't know how they got my money in the first place. I will be contacting the BBB.

If you didn't use PayPal then you will need to dispute the charge with your credit card company. They will reverse it for you.

It seems we were all scammed by this company. I have contacted the Texas Attorney General's office so they can investigate these people.

Same problems as described. Nor sure of what happened between supplier of dash cams and PayPal, but my impression now is of some sort of dispute whereby PayPal withheld monies owed to supplier. Ordered on 3rd August whilst in Canada, fully expecting to receive them prior to my return to U.K. Masses of emails back and forth, but to cut to the chase, I am glad to say, after initiating claim through PayPal, $69.95 has been credited to my account.

Same with me. I just got an email from them also...at the bottom, one of the links says screwpaypal.com. Maybe they are trying to backlog Paypal? Paypal actually refunded my money as a courtesy. They must be making bank off of Paypal if Paypal is refunding my money. Hmm

Pretty sure I ordered the same ones, although I did receive them, if you haven't received them, cancel your order, they are junk.

I'm also having trouble getting the camera to link up with the computer via the little short cable they give you with it, it's obviously not a simple plug and play like everything else in the world of computers now. The scanning barcode thing on the paper they package in the box, or even the manually types in website they send you to is not an actual site any longer. Glad I didn't pay much, I'll definitely be watching the card account used for this transaction. I wasn't really expecting super high quality with something this cheaply priced, but damn, when you go to clamp the suction cup lever on the windshield, and it breaks off before you can even get it mounted, thats crazy dumb. Very poorly designed and made... I have it mounted now with double stick tape.

Well, I finally got the videos off of the card, via a card adapter and plugged into a slot in my computer. WOW THESE THINGS ARE JUNK! I have seen them advertised on Amazon for a lot more than I paid, the video quality is absolutely horrible, definitely is not this supposed 1080P HD they are claiming, it is definitely NOT a wide angle lens that they are claiming as well... STAY AWAY FROM THESE... we just tried to get on their site for a refund, guess what, it's closed down... go figure. so here we go, this a screen shot, off of the computer, of a day and night time image from these "high definition" cameras.

Biggest piece of ### ive ever brought just put both of them undr the front wheel of the 4x4 and run the ### of things over about all there good for and support ###ing useless
