I purchased this item from an advertisement on Facebook about a month month-and-a-half ago and I just received it and I paid extra for the 16 gigabyte memory chip which I did not receive and I've tried to contact my handy HD 360 to no avail and to no response I want my money back. When I purchase an item and I even looked at the reviews maybe I should have dug a little deeper because the reviews off of Facebook we're all fine and dandy
I am very frustrated. Had I read some of these reviews earlier I surely had not purchased anything from them. I FINALLY got our 2 360 cameras but...NO INSTRUCTION manual was enclosed. I went to the indicated web site for instruction and the site was no longer existent! I ordered 2 16 gb chips as well and never received them. I have emailed them 3 times and still no response. I guess I will have to report them for fraud as well!
Myhandy360 drones and chargers.
Ordered two drones and two chargers sept 19, 2016 directly from the company on my walmart mastercard. Got an email october 5th saying they ([protected]@myhandy360.com) could not fulfil the order as paypal had decided to close their account. Emailed many times...Contacted my credit card company who was supposed to start a dispute but 2 months later nothing has happened. Walmart mastercard provided a phone number which is no longer in service.

Took the money out of the card. Emailed, asking for date of shipment. Was Informed Paypal closed their account. No one wants to refund amount paid, $69.85; Facebook for advertising, Paypal per consumer account holder, Per Credit card, payment was authorized. If I did not authorize it, how would I pay for the camera's? Where do I go? I am only on social security and $70.00 is a lot of money for me.

In June this year the company advertised on Facebook the above product, buy one get one free.
I purchased one for Apple & one for Android the emails below tell the story!
It appeared to be legitimate and no reason to query it.

It is now the 24/10/2016 and still no parcel! This was ordered in June! Please send a tracking number for this parcel or I have no option but to post on social media and to the fraud squad that this company is a scam.

I made a purchase in good faith with them back in June 2016 - HandyMax Portable Power Bank: Buy One, Get One Free - Gold (Limited Edition) /2 FREE Handy Charger Cables.
I never received the product. I asked for a refund back in September 2016. I never received the refund. I have sent numerous emails both from their site and from my personal accounts and no response. It is now October 2016 and I have no product and no money ($48.95). I made the purchase thru PayPal, I submitted a dispute but missed a deadline to respond after the 28 day wait and they closed the dispute and will not reopen it!
I have reported them to the BBB and to Shopify. I have also added my complaint to the numerous sites for companies like theirs that do not honor the contract between seller and buyer! I have told everyone and anyone NOT to ever do business with this company. Such a rip-off - just shameful

I ordered this product back on August 16, 2016. I have sent emails only to an excuse that the Dash Cams were on back order. No mention of a refund. I also have tried to find a phone number for them and that has up to this point been impossible. No listing. Right now all I want is a refund. $69.00 might not be a lot of money to some, but when you're on a fixed income, well you get the point and it's not so much the money it's the principle. I ordered mine in May or early June for a Father's Day gift (June holiday). I have not gotten the product and have written to them over and over and it's now mid-October. They say go to your credit card company for a refund. They should be able to refund me! Very disappointed!

I ordered 2 credit cameras from this company. After several emails and no response with delivery time, I told them I reported them to my bank as fraud and to cancel my order. I then get an email stating they are just backlogged but my order will be shipped soon. One month later they still sending me emails saying it will ship. I sent them another stating I cancelled it over a month ago. Now every 2 days Ime receiving an emaillegal stating Urgent contact paypal as they put a hold on our ACCOUNT? How do I stop this company from emailing me the same lies? I've had a dozen emails in the last 2 weeks. Dang glad I never got the product they are one messed up company.
Handy max portable power bank
Ordered power bank on 5/17/16. Never received merchandise. The amount of $49.85 hit my bank on 5/19/16. The order number was 61991. Five months later I received an email stating that PayPal has sequestered my payment. I'm not sure what PayPal has to do with anything because I paid with my own personal debit card. It paid out of my bank and they refuse to refund the amount the same way it was paid. They told me to contact my bank or PayPal. They want PayPal or my bank to refund me so they don't have to pay back the money. It's a shame that people like that get away with scams and aren't prosecuted. The information that showed up on my bank statement was: Int'l. Debit Card Purchase 051816 e Commerce Fu 180671 Melbourne, VI.

I paid $69.85 for the two cameras on August 23 2016.
An email was sent saying the order was prepaired and another would be sent when it was shipped.
Nothing happened.
I have had emails since saying that pay pal was holding their money and would not release it.
I don't have a PayPal account that I know of.

A company called (Myhandy360) or myhandy.com. This company is selling their fake merchandise, they are taking your money but never sending the product. Do not.. Anything from this company. They wait, till you tell them you are reporting them, and then they will send the following email to you:

Completed order on Sept. 27/16 and received notice from myhandy360.com on Oct. 7/16 that my order will not be completed due to a PayPal issue.
The site myhandy360.com is not replying to emails or requests. No other contact information for this site is available.
Complaints to godaddy.com regarding this domain have been filed. The site is still offering PayPal as an option.

On 26 June I ordered a dash camera (but one get one free). I received an order number and receipt. The amount of $69.85 (US$) was deducted from my bank account (debit card).
On 2 Aug "We apologize for the inconvenience. The HandyDash is in high demand at the moment and as a result there have been some delays. Your order will be processed next week. Once it has shipped, you will be notified with an email that includes your tracking number and details on how to track your order.ust I sent an email asking why I hadn't received the product. I received acknowledgement of the email and then on 8 August I received an email stating "
I emailed again on 23 August "I still haven't received notification that my order is processed or shipped. If my order is not shipped by 29 August please cancel the order."
August 26 I received a reply "Our apologies for the delay. Due to the incredible demand for the HandyDash recently, processing is taking longer than usual. We realize that this is inconvenient, but rest assured that your order will be shipped soon. You will receive a notification email once it has. Cate"
14 September I asked for the order to be cancelled.
On 16 September "So sorry for the delay, we realize that you have been waiting on your order for some time. The overwhelming demand for this product has caught us a little by surprise unfortunately and has created a backlog in our distribution center. Our teams are working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible though. If you are prepared to wait a little longer, your order will be processed at the absolute earliest. You will notified via email once it has shipped. If instead you would prefer a full refund, please advise us accordingly and we will arrange for one. Mary".

I wrote back via email and also their website www.myhandy360.com and advised them that I did not pay by Paypal and demanded a full refund. I have received auto-reply acknowledgement of the email but no reply.
Dash cams
Ordered and paid for two dash cams for price of one at 59.90 usd which equated to 90 aud. Waited the expected three week turn around after ordering and paying for in july. Its now 6th oct and have been emailed to inform paypal apparently closed their account on 8th sept and can not process my order nor give me a refund. This is disgusting fraud. I will report this and try somehow to get my $$$ back. Shame on you scammers! 😠😠
