Filed complaint, returned item as they requested. NEVER got balance returned. There is no service so don't try. You basically sms with some random person who never follows through.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I bought an HID kit for my 2019 F150. I installed them 3 different times and they still don't work properly. I was told it needed a power harness, bought that and installed them again. Same thing happened. I called customer service which is a joke, there phone lines are always turned off. So I filed out the warrenty claim online and I was told I needed resistors. Its now been 5+ months and I have received nothing from them. Never buying them again.

My experience with this "company" is exactly as all the other reviews. Terrible. I ordered LED bulbs and they lasted a few months. I made a warranty claim and paid to ship them back. That was 6 months ago and I still have not received a replacement. Trying to get a hold of a human is impossible. No one answers the phone. All emails are automated. I have gotten someone on the chat but they only give standard automated type responses back. DO NOT buy anything from this "company". One star rating is way too high.

They shipped me lights that would not fit my truck and it would not have mattered because they did not work. The phone number is always unavailable when calling during their posted business hours. They are criminals posing as a company and the government is not holding the management of this company accountable! They stole my money! Do not use this company ever. My complaint has been sitting in "Pending Approval" status for nearly two months.

I purchased low, high beam and fog light led kits from this company. Within the first year I had to send back the controller box and one of the fog lights because the bulb burnt out. Only having these kits for a little over two years I've replaced three bulbs and four controller boxes. Now I am having issues with the pig tail that I plug into the factory wiring harness for the fog lights and low beams. I started the warranty claim almost two months ago with no response from this company. All of the money I spent sending their junk product back to them I could of bought a better product.

Web site reads product ships 5 to 7 business days from the date of order. They were sure to get my money in a couple of days. I've sent emails asking when I might receive my order and no response. Forget calling customer service, they don't pick up the phone because I'm sure they know what's coming. I'm thinking this web site is nothing but a scam site stealing money from people. I'm sure trying to get my money back would be a waste of time. A 1 star rating is to good for this company but in order to leave a review you have to click at least 1 star.

We have been dealing with our original purchase in September, to first, send a defective part back for replacement (which has never been rectified) explaining that this may not be a factory part and did not match up with the stock part, and now, due to our frustration we have requested a new RMA to return the entire kit for a full refund. We, after another week + have not received any communication from them. They have only responded by e-mail, after weeks of e-mailing them, their phone number is switched from "we're closed" and switches over to a constant busy signal after their supposed "open hours." We have requested that they call us discuss the issue with NO response of any kind. This is not customer service, and after thinking this would be a great kit for one of our vehicles, it's been a major disappointment.

My credit card was charged, and no product received. Several "text/chats" with their so called customer service, to no avail and no help/assistance. Finally received an update on the shipping, stating it was going to be shipped from Canada. Next update- stuck in customers. Yesterday, there is no tracking status available. Went to the post office to get an update, and the product is SEIZED IN CUSTOMS. I would have to pay $5,000 to fight. What the heck is wrong with this company. If I could rate them a negative start and 10 poop emoji's I would. They absolutely suck, and I will do everything possible to put every negative review out there that I can. HORRIBLE. Never buy from them.

Don't make the same mistake I did purchasing through Xenon HID's. After 6 months of use a relay failed and I didn't have the time to wait for a warranty replacement so I purchased a new one from them. Fast forward a year and the replacement i purchased had also failed. I requested a warranty replacement in early August this year and waited nearly a month for a response which never came so I reached out to them. The reply I got was they were having "quality control issues with their latest shipment" and would send my replacement parts as soon as that was sorted out. Its now October 25th and 3 emails dodged by them later I've finally had to go and buy new lights elsewhere. I wish I'd read reviews about them from places other than their own website before I dropped nearly $300 on faulty products not backed by their supposed lifetime warranty. What this company really needs is a lawsuit since they clearly have no intention on following through with promises made to customers. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from a more reputable company.

I have been waiting for over 2 months to get a replacement part, it was finally approved on the 16th of December but has been processing ever since. Their online chat customer service says that it processing should only take 1-2 days. I have proof of conversations going back to the original complaint and have also not had any response from XenonHIDs customer service department since the 16th. Also their phone number never works it just keeps ringing and eventually hangs up
Date of purchase: December 22nd. One week later sent email requesting status of order. Recieved reply asking for order number. Promptly replied. Few days after first email sent a second email. No response. Sent third email. No response January 6th:recieved email item has shipped but *** has not received item. January 11th recieved second email saying item shipped but still *** has not received item. Replied asking why *** hasn't received package. No reply January 13th recieved email of back order notification. Yet somehow item shipped? I've been scammed.
I reached out to XenonHID on 2/14/2022 about an issue I was having with a headlight that I purchased from them on 11/29. It is now 2/18/2022 and still do not have a working headlight and company will not stand by the "Lifetime Warranty" that they offer. They offered no resolution and will not return any calls. For the inconvenience I want a call from the company and to know what they plan on doing. Seems like they just sell an inferior counterfeit product and must be a fraudulent company.

The product tracking says the shipping label was created but never picked up by the *** I have emailed several times over the last few weeks and their website says someone will respond within one business day. I have not received a reply. I have initiated a refund request and that has not been acknowledged. I have called and it goes straight to a message saying "their phone lines are down due to not being operating hours of 9 to 5". I have called several times at different times during the day. I started a warranty claim over two months ago, to which they agreed to send me a standard replacement part. from there they told me it was "out of stock" and that they would send it soon (but not precisely when). This isn't just a customer service issue but a safety one, as I have been driving around with only one headlight for months now. Be VERY wary of this company before ordering.

Each time I would contact them to find out where it was I was told back order. I let it go for several months then tried again and got the same response for several months that it is backordered and as soon as one comes in they will send it out. This has went on for well over a year now. I can order a complete set yet can't get one replacement part. Tried to conta t them last week and absolutely silent. Haven't heard from them since November. This process was started around 10/06. I initiated the process of filing my warranty claim with Xenonhids.com because a part on my hid kit malfunctioned and melted resulting in one of my headlights not working. To date this problem has yet to be fixed. Ive sent a picture to xenonhids proving the malfunction and they keep delaying the replacement. Ive repeatedly sent emails to get a status and they wont give me one. Its repeatedly stated that their RMA *** is working on it yet the problem has yet to be fixed. Their website states that these kits have a lifetime warranty. I also tried calling several times yet they wont accept calls. I have also emailed asking for a supervisor to call me and that to was refused. I then purchased the replacement trying to speed the process up so I can drive safely and that part has yet to ship. On their page when the part was bought their page stated it would ship with in 24 hours which it did not. Im not sure what kind of outcome there would be or what to expect but businesses like this should be held accountable.

Received one response on the 19th asking me to swap the lights and if the persists send photos and let them know ( now the fans on the leds are very loud but only on the light that is dim) . still had the issue sent a photo. I sent update request on 1/6 via my online user portal on company website requesting status. I received another email stating they were sorry for the delay and working on my request. I reached out via the user portal again on 1/13 and again received an email that someone would reach out to me shortly. My mom contacted them via their live online chat on 1/13 and spoke with *** who assured us it was being worked on and that we would have no issues with the 30 day return policy because my initial request for return was made within the 30 day window. I also received another automated email saying they were working on my return request. I have received nothing to date, 1/16. I have also been calling every day since this all started on 12/21. No one ever answers the phone. I have waited on hold for over an hour and no one answers. I just want to return the product and get a full refund of my money and never deal with this company again

PLEASE refer to the previously mentioned complaint number which should have been resolved. In our past messages, we discussed the issue with the company XENONHIDS, who sent us an incorrect product. Despite repeated calls and letters to them without response, and after a lengthy wait for a resolution, we reached an agreement. We agreed to return the incorrect item for a refund of $75.98, the amount we paid expecting the correct product. On 12/19, I went to the local post office and paid $8.71 to ship the product back as instructed. Unfortunately, I cannot provide the tracking number due to website restrictions. This morning, I received an email stating that XENONHIDS refused the package, which was returned to us. We respectfully request your assistance in labeling this company as fraudulent and aiding us in recovering our funds.

It's obvious how this company operates. Internet based only, phone number *** works but nobody will ever answer .EVER. Warranty offers lifetime replacement parts, which I know to be true because I had to warranty out parts in 2017 from my original purchase in 2015 which was very much in lines with this complaint. This company sells HID Headlight bulbs. So when I had to warranty parts in 2017 it was a long drown out process and had to fight for it over a couple weeks. Come to current time and 12/15 one side started to only work when it wanted to and then come 1/2 both headlights quit working completely. I am writing this on 1/16 and have been waiting for a response from these people since 1/4. The only thing I am told is "they will look into it". They have a chat window where you can speak to someone and I have screen shots of the conversations. One time they just completely quit responding and the other time I was advised that they are unsure when they will get back with me about my claim. I am not sure what can be done by filing this complaint, I see that there are an enormous amount of people with the same complaint on here. Replacement parts for both sides would be ideal, but a refund to a current credit card or a check to my current address would be fine as well in the amount of the original purchase price and I can purchase elsewhere.

I was told to call, which I did, but the line puts you in a hold queue and after 20 minutes disconnects you. I then followed the chat procedure of opening a ticket, there was no response after 4 days. Again Chat said they would have someone call me, I provided my name and number and never received a call. I attempted to cancel the order however the order does not show up as a selection in the website form I was directed to. I was also proveded another tracking number on 12/30, however this number is shipping from New York and also has never been handed to the post office. At this point I understand there is the holidays and things are busy, but there is no response from the company other than being told wait, it's your fault. I simply want my money returned, I am not in the business of providing loans, I chose to purchase an item and paid upfront based on shipping in 4-7 days as the site mentions, but they have taken the money and are not even available to resolve this or let me know how long the shipping may take. I suspect they have 2 tracking numbers with the post office and have file insurance claims on both as well as kept my money, and I have nothing.

The business XenonHIDs emailed me saying that they will send me a new replacement led bulbs for my vehicle as its a lifetime warranty .. they refused to refund my money back of $224 and I got tired and fed up soo I told them to go ahead and send me the replacement which I do not want that and then I got a email back from them saying that they will not ship out me the new replacement becus I filed complaint.. this is ridiculous and very wrong.. they need to be shut down.. only way to communicate with them is emailing.. I emailed them again a few days ago and explained to them how wrong they did to me and everyone else.. all the complaints is there on Facebook,Twitter and Instagram.. also on here Complaintsboard.com reviews I want my money back since they said they will send me a new replacement and will ship out in 1-2 business day then s few hours later they telling me no becus I filed complaint.. they are scamming people and Im living on low income disability.. I want my money back Im deaf and Im not rich.. please help Im not very good in communicating.. they refused to respond to my emails and ignoring my messages .. they refused to send me a new replacement bulbs of $224.00 I spend becus I filed complaint that is wrong! LED headlights were ordered in December, express shipping on one order (two separate orders were placed), after multiple attempts to speak to someone at the company, I still have not received product or the refund that was requested due to a "supposed" shipping error. I received an email that stated there was shipping concerns and that the items were being returned to them, would I like the items shipping to me (new order) or would I like a refund. Initially I responded that I wanted the items but the next day I received a letter from customs telling me that my order was being confiscated and that the items were suspected in a smuggling incident (the goods were being illegally brought into the USA). These items were ordered from a California company, who claimed that high volume requests required them to ship items from their *** warehouse. Another consumer posted a review detailing the same incident with this company, same time frame that I ordered my parts and now that review is gone. Multiple email attempts to reach the company for refund - no response. I have attempted to call the number provided on their website and although their business hours are 9am-6pm EST, their phone lines are closed and I cannot reach anyone there. I believe that they are not running a reputable business and something is making me very uncomfortable with this company. Order# *** Order# *** est $300.00 & change Total Cost: $400+
