Airline ticket fraud
I purchased a ticket from My Tickets to India on June 23, 2023. On the day before flying Sept 12th I discovered that a part of the Departure Ticket was missing. I called the coutomer care line several time and when I told them the problem they just hung up on me. The departure portion from Chennai to Doha was missing. I was told that this portion was deleted. This ticket was for a Priest. A missionary Priest with limited funds and I am 84 years old. I had to repurchase a ticket from the airlines for a Departure from Chennai to Doha at the cost of $625.00. This is a fraud and I want a refund. Fraud is not right. The original showed the Departure from Chennai to Doha then to Dallas and on to Fort Walton. Just plain Sinfull.

Flight Ticket booking from USA to INDIA
Having bad experience with this agency, these people booking via Europe ( USA to India ) where most of countries need transit visa when there is expired visa. Don’t waste your money booking reaching this agency. You are not getting cheep tickets from them. Go for legit portals like Expedia or booking.com. Last year October I booked ticket from this agency paid $10300 ticket + additional $1500 for changing mortifications for route but I have drop my travel last minute. Now those $10300 with them ( When I called airless they said we are not having your money) . This year planing to book in June but . At the this time Air India from Chicago Chennai showing $7800 for 4 passengers for 29th June and return 25th July but these people charged be $10300( which is with them) and again looks there is fare change i need to pay additional $2800.
If you don’t know how to deal with these people don’t go though this agency. Don’t waste your money and time.

Not disclosing business class trip limitations
Booking Reference: 2JESVA (Business Class legs: ORD-BOM and BLR-ORD). May 25, 2022.
Below is the itinerary that I received from Rupendra at MyticketstoIndia regarding our trip to India. I am very disappointed about how MyticketstoIndia arranged the trip and not disclosing the limitations. We faced the following three issues on our return trip:
1. Our first leg CCU-BLR was by Indigo, which refused to check in our luggage through ORD. We had to collect out luggage at BLR and recheck.
2. Furthermore, Indigo refused to honor our up to 32kg each for 2 checked in luggage per passenger, total 128kg for 2 passengers. Indigo allowed only 50kg total. We had to pay for over 30kg excess luggage.
3. Our first leg was at 7:55 pm on May 25 and we performed Covid test on May 24 @ 10 am. CDC guideline is one day prior to departure date. At BLR Lufthansa refused the negative test results citing it was prior to one day limit because BLR-FRT flight was at 3:05 on 26th. Lufthansa found no reference of the CCU-BLR flight in their system saying as per Lufthansa our journey started at BLR, which is false. We had to go through the trouble of getting retested at a cost and suffer from the trouble of exiting the airport, associated uncertainty, and the stress of missing the flight. Although we finally made the flight, we went through a very tense time.
With a business class ticket paying about 3 times the economy class we expect smooth travel with good services. However, Rupendra and her supervisor completely failed to disclose these obvious problems, which as passengers we were kept completely in the dark. This experience will force me look for other agents when I travel to India later in the year and disclose to others.

Flight canceled due to covid-19 and no refund given-plus lies
On 18th Feb ticket from US to Chennai was purchased with insurance for travel on 25th March 2020. After many calls to both MTTI and the Qatar airlines offices, it was determined that MyTicket to India both lied to me about refunding my money, and attempted to get me to pay even more money for a refund. Qatar says that there is no such policy. I'm now out $1485. oo and no idea when this fake company plans to do anything to resolve this issue in a fair legal manor. I will be taking this up with each and every possible contact available to me in an effort to recuperate the funds paid, yet never refunded. This is no way to treat people just because you are in crisis with your business. NEVER use a travel agent! Call airlines or book online with airlines directly. This is just wrong on every level and I do intend to make a very comprehensive push towards getting my money back.

Refund for cancelled flight in India not received
I had made a booking for travel in India through your agency and payment was made using US American Express card. One sector, Kolkata to Guwahati on Spice Jet flight SG 3347 on 27 Jan 2020, PNR GGQBRH was cancelled as this was an evening flight and not suitable for my trip to Kaziranga. This was done through your agents in India and with agreement fro Spice Jet. Spice Jet says they have credited you the refund. I have contacted your agents in India several times starting from 29 Jan to 12 Feb. Talked to several agents, Ajit, Prasanth, Varun, Ravish, Rohit, Tabrez etc to name only a few whose names I have noted down. They all promised call back and resolution. Todate, nothing has happened. I am still awaiting my refund. Please follow up and respond. Thanks.
The above domestic flight in India on 27/1/2020 was cancelled as your agent had booked an evening flight not suited for my travel to Kaziraga. Cancellation was done through your agents in India and with Spice Jet. Spice Jet informed me that refund was made to your agency. On 7/7/2018 I bought a flight ticket from Qatar airways through a travel agency (My tickets to India), the cost was $2050.00. My reservation code is ‘OMFS8E'. According to 1st issued ticket my travel date was October 4, 2018. On 13th of September I was trying to change my travel date on 19th of September 2018 due to some serious medical issue of my wife. One of the travel agents help me to get date changed ticket for 19th of September and asked $1100.00 for that. I paid that money and I got confirmed tickets. Suddenly after two hours I got a mail from same travel agent that airline charged wrong amount for date change you must pay $734.00/ticket which I denied. On 13th of September they canceled my both ticket (4th October/19th September), which cause a serious loss to my wife. Now travel agency denied giving refund and pushing me to take alternate date. According to my wife's doctor we had to fly that week or after two weeks. I asked travel agent to keep my original ticket because date change never happen (according to them). They had no answer, I never got reliable answer about my refund or ticket. Then I bought alternate ticket and flew to India on same day.
On October 2018 travel agency offered me open ticket for same booking, only mentioned date change penalty will be waived off but I must pay fare difference. They made many confusions about open ticket too; they have never answered. Unfortunately, since last year I was very busy for my wife health. I have contacted with them again for that ticket and they were asking me absurd amount to change ticket. I denied paying that much because being a student I do not have much money. At last My tickets to India admit their mistake and ready to pay half amount of fare difference, but no further date change or cancellation will be allowed.
I like to ask few questions in this matter, first, date change is a crime for Qatar? They are superior, so, they can do anything they want. Why I am not able to get refund? Or why they are very strict about that booking, although it was not my mistake. If I asked these questions to travel agency, they are saying airline mistake. If I am trying to contact airline, airline is saying contact travel agency. Can you please let me know where can I go for that misconduct?
Being a student $2050.00 is lot to me, I had to travel to India with alternate ticket for this mistake. Since last year I am in trauma and mental pressure for that. I asked Mr. Girsh Sharma, CEO of My tickets to India which does not works for me. I have all proof of mail conversation which I can provide. Previously travel agent asked me Dr's certificate, which I have provided, but they have concluded that it does not prove that she can't travel on 4th October. This signify that I did a serious crime by attempting date change.
