My Time Rewards is taking £10 per month from my bank account and I don't know how they got the details as the money is actually coming out of my partners account and I don't have a card for this. I have tried to email twice and tell them I want this stopping but get no reply. I am inclined to contact the police about fraudulent withdrawal of money from my bank.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I can not recall a time when I have subscribed to my time rewards. However, they are currently taking £15 per month from me as a monthly subscription. I did not give my consent to these payments.
Contact them and tell them you've never used their service and want a refund.
I’ve canceled my time rewards membership and was informed that I won’t be debited for subsequent subscription payments. However, I got debited £15 this morning for March subscription and I feel so deceived and upset because I know I DID CANCEL!
I have e.mailed as timerewards have taken from my account without my permission...I want it back ASAP.

I called the fraud team from my bank and they said its from a pop-up add on the trainline app, and if you click on the ad rather than close it, the company takes your details from trainline and sets up a subscription. And apparently it's our own fault and so they csnt refund it, but can block further transactions. It's basically a scam that they can apparently get away with.

Took money from my account without even knowing I had registered , they got my account details through a coach trip I had booked and decided to help themselves to £15 of my money , stay well clear of this company they're an absolute scam and don't seem to pay any rewards whatsoever , reading other reviews it seems no one has a good word to say about them

I called them and said I didnt use their service so I want my money back. They said that will give it back in 3-5 working days.

This is a scam I got £15 taken and now have cancelled it - happens all the time. Disgraceful

I have a serious complain about Mytimereward, l just saw that they took me from my bank account 15£, and l even didn’t do any membership or anything, they took without my permission! This is absolutely insane and unacceptable! I eant to cancel that ASAP and return my money back!

same. i was just checking my statement and have no idea what mytime rewards is, or how they got my bank details. just on statement "£15.00 MyTime Rewards"... so annoyed. and it over a few weeks, twice per month!

They have told me that I had made an order with STUDIO . Paid studio.
Allegedly I had a " free trial ", after the " free trial ", I had " ticked a box?
Which signed me up to MyTime Rewards, £15 per month!.
So far? I have had £15 per month for over 12 months taken by Direct Debit.

i only spend £3 today at the shop and then later when i checked on my card £15 had been taken from it. i have never even seen this website before, let alone subscribed to a membership. i have no clue if i’m going to get my money back
They have taken £15 out of my account and I have never hurd of this company or anything I'm very confused
I have just had same issue this morning. £15 pending payment. Yesterday I had £15 taken from my account for Complete save which both companies are connected to. I sopke to my bank and told them it was not an authorised payment. They gave me the number for these companies and I asked for my money to be refunded. They did a refund for the money they took yesterday and cancelled this 1 from time rewards I told them it was not authorised and they said it was probably a little tick box to opt in or out which was unknowningly to me already done so it was an automatic opt in. I told them I had never heard of these companies before. They are sending me an email with all the details of the cancellation on. Phone the company and tell them you want it cancelled and also want your money refunded. Hope this helps.
I was just prompted to sign up for this having made an online order. I thought it was the same company I ordered with as it directed me there. I've since emailed and asked that they cancel the membership and told them I would be taking further action if unlawful deductions are made from my bank account, which I will.
How do I stop this company from taking payments?
The bank won't help as it is stating pending for the 3rd month without my consent.

15 pounds deducted from my Revolut account. I’ve no idea about this payment and even I don’t know anything about this site.
