my air app
this app needs to have user input. Each night' results differ and I should be able to correlate my experience with the results shown on the app. For instance...1 night
I threw off my mask when my reservoir ran dry. Another night...my mask whistled and woke up my husband... Another night I was conjested and had a hard time breathing... Another night, my mask was hurting my nostrils after I changed from the night before... on and on and on.. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO HAVE INPUT OF OUR EXPERIENCES ON A NIGHTLY BASIS ON THIS APPLICATION! I will stop using this app soon because I can't track causes.

Frustrating Experience with ResMed CPAP App and Support: App Won't Connect and No Response from Customer Service
I'm having a real hard time connecting the App with my brand spanking new ResMed CPAP machine. I mean, seriously, what's the point of having an App if it won't even connect, right? And don't even get me started on their so-called support hotline. It's like talking to a brick wall! I've called them a bunch of times, but all I get is some useless machine blabbering on about options and pressing numbers. Ain't nobody got time for that!
And if that wasn't bad enough, I've also sent them a bunch of emails, hoping for some kind of response. But guess what? Crickets! Not a single reply. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I mean, come on, ResMed, get your act together!
I just want to get my CPAP machine up and running, you know? I've heard good things about this Myair.resmed thing, but if I can't even connect it to my machine, what's the point? It's frustrating, to say the least.
I hope someone from ResMed reads this and actually does something about it. I mean, it's not rocket science, right? Just make sure your App works and answer your damn emails! It's not that hard. Until then, I'll just keep struggling with my CPAP machine and hope for the best.
