this app needs to have user input. Each night' results differ and I should be able to correlate my experience with the results shown on the app. For instance...1 night

I threw off my mask when my reservoir ran dry. Another night...my mask whistled and woke up my husband... Another night I was conjested and had a hard time breathing... Another night, my mask was hurting my nostrils after I changed from the night before... on and on and on.. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO HAVE INPUT OF OUR EXPERIENCES ON A NIGHTLY BASIS ON THIS APPLICATION! I will stop using this app soon because I can't track causes.

I'm having a real hard time connecting the App with my brand spanking new ResMed CPAP machine. I mean, seriously, what's the point of having an App if it won't even connect, right? And don't even get me started on their so-called support hotline. It's like talking to a brick wall! I've called them a bunch of times, but all I get is some useless machine blabbering on about options and pressing numbers. Ain't nobody got time for that!

And if that wasn't bad enough, I've also sent them a bunch of emails, hoping for some kind of response. But guess what? Crickets! Not a single reply. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I mean, come on, ResMed, get your act together!

I just want to get my CPAP machine up and running, you know? I've heard good things about this Myair.resmed thing, but if I can't even connect it to my machine, what's the point? It's frustrating, to say the least.

I hope someone from ResMed reads this and actually does something about it. I mean, it's not rocket science, right? Just make sure your App works and answer your damn emails! It's not that hard. Until then, I'll just keep struggling with my CPAP machine and hope for the best.

So, I got this link from them, right? Supposed to be some fancy app or something. But guess what? I can't even open it! Like, seriously? What a bummer. I tried emailing them about it, but no response. Talk about frustrating, man. And get this, I paid a whopping $300 for this nonsense. What a waste, I tell ya.

So, I had this problem with Myair.resmed, you know, that website for tracking your sleep apnea stuff. Man, it was a real pain in the neck. I wanted to create a new password, you know, for security reasons and all that jazz. But guess what? It wouldn't let me! Can you believe it? I mean, come on, it's not rocket science, right?

So, I thought, maybe I'll just change my email address instead. You know, try a different approach. But nope, that didn't work either. Why, you ask? Well, apparently, my machine was registered with my previous email, and they wouldn't let me change it. Talk about frustrating, right?

And let me tell you about their help site. Or should I say, lack thereof? Yeah, that's right, there was no help site to be found. I mean, seriously, how am I supposed to figure things out without any guidance? It's like they expect me to be some kind of sleep apnea expert or something. Not cool, Myair.resmed, not cool at all.

And don't even get me started on their app. It was just plain terrible. I mean, it was glitchy, slow, and just overall a pain to use. I expected better, you know? I mean, come on, it's the 21st century, we should have apps that actually work properly.

So yeah, overall, my experience with Myair.resmed was pretty disappointing. I mean, I just wanted to track my sleep apnea progress and all I got was a bunch of headaches. Not cool, Myair.resmed, not cool at all.
