Myfico unlawfully charges me. They're suppose to review that no communication was recieved and never did. They won't respond to me. They stole money from me.

I purchased myfico service on Feb 8 2020 to view my credit scores and cancelled the same day Feb 8 2020. I was charged $29.95 for the service at that time. Fast forward to march 8, my account should have been cancelled as I did cancel it and I was again charged the $29.95. I contacted customer service and was told they would not issue a refund for the second month that I should not have been charged for and all they could do I cancel my account going forward. At this point I'm debating cancelling my debit card because I cannot be sure I will not be charged a third month.
I cancelled my subscription with my fico several months ago. I was charged for a monthly membership on 9/15 randomly. I contacted support and they refused to refund my money when I never authorized this charge. Stating I only paused and not cancelled my subscription. This company is just randomly charging people when they see fit I have never been so disgusted by a company or had any problems like this before with any other company when I was charged when I wasn't supposed to be. If that did occur they have always refunded!

I asked the rep if I refreshed my credit report (purchased a updated report) will I still be charged on the day my subscription renews. I was told no. Refreshed my report on 3.2.22 ($47.96 see screenshot) However I was still charged on 3.7.22 ($39.95) see screenshot. Called today 3.14.22 spoke with a supervisor named *** he basically told me that I was a liar and refused to issue a refund. I advised *** that I would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com he then acted like he didnt care.

On 1/29 I accidentally purchased a monthly subscription for $29.95. I immediately within 5 min did a cancellation and received cancellation notification with we hate to see you go. I closed on my home and thought no more of it since it had no more importance. Fast forward to July and I just saw where they have continued to *** my charge after charging half the amount in February then going back to $29.95 thereafter. I called and they told me theyd stop and put in an investigation. Well I was then told that theyd not refund my money while saying I had cancelled a free transunion monitoring subscription that made no sense as (1 )this is myfico.com {2) free means free so there would be no reason to cancel something that was free I have the email that was accidentally ordered and then the cancellation 5 min later.

I called to dispute the charges and their first service rep was unhelpful to the point of me speaking to a supervisor. They stated the account was in my name, but would not close it if I could not validate the email and address on file. I explained I did not create the account and could not do so. Their response was I would continue to be charged until I could do so. I asked them specifically "If I call and say my card is being charged without my knowledge, I provide my card info you still refuse to cancel recurring charges because I cant validate information I never entered?" When they responded affirmatively I then posed the following: "The only 2 possibilities are that I created the account and now want it cancelled, or someone else did without my permission. Either way why would you not cancel the account?" Again I was told there was nothing they could do. This is insane.

I signed up for this service in July. Utilized the report 1 time and called to cancle. They continued to charge my card. In November I sent an email to get help because the hold times were outrageous. No one emailed or called me. They charged my card again. I called and got through to a representative who stated the only way to cancel the account is for me to go into the app and view a few items. Now I am not tech savvy so he had to walk me through it, my daughter initially signed me up but only view the report once in July I believe. Now the gentleman says no you cannot get a refund because you had access to the reports. I explained to him that before today and July when we initially signed up I never accessed any reports and I emailed to cancel and he would not help me. He also refused to cancel my account without me entering into the website which leads me to believe he did that on purpose so he can not refund me. I did not use this service and made several attempts to cancel but your department is hard to get in contact with via email or phone.
