RUN! RUN! RUN! AS FAR AS YOU CAN!
This company is the most terrible flight company I'v ever had to deal with. I stumbled upon this site through my work because they offered discounts and I thought it was a good deal at the time. So I booked my flight about a week ago and was sent the intinery and booking reference number but not my confirmation and seat number when it clearly stated that it woud take 48-72 hours to receive my E ticket. So I called them and explained the situation to them. First off, the agent was RUDE. He did not give me an explanation but demanded that I give him my credit card info because it didn't "proceess." Not thinking much of it at the time, I gave him my card and he tells me I should receive a confirmation within 1-2 hours. I checked my email the next day and there is no email. I called again twice and each time they told me the same thing. The final time I called, I told the gal on the phone that I wanted to cancel my booking because of the crappy service and run around they've been doing to me and she proceeded to yell at me "it's being processed right now." After telling her FOUR TIMES I don't want her to process it and I want to cancel, she yells at me "I'm canceling it" then hangs up the phone. Within a minute or 2 I get a email stating that my flight was canceled. I checked my statemenet today and there were two charges AFTER he told me the payment didn't go through. I called my credit card and reported them for fraud! Needless to say, I booked through the airlines directly and it was smooth. SPEND THE EXTRA $200. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. THEY ARE RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. RUN RUN RUN!

MyFlightSearch is fraudulent. Please be aware and book your flight tickets through the OFFICIAL AIRLINE COMPANY. I recently booked my flight to London and as a typed my Credit info, the booking was completed. Moments later, I received an email saying that my payment was declined and my booking could not be completed. HOWEVER, I check my bank statement and the transaction was completed. I could not understand how they could not have completed my booking but still retrieve payment from my account.
On multiple occasions, they say that they will issue a refund but never do. They refuse to transfer customers to supervisors/ managers and ultimately have no moral compass. This company is scamming people and need to be stopped.

On April 26th, 2019 I booked a return flight for myself and 2 other adults from myflightsearch.com from Calgary to Winnipeg to attend a family reunion departing on August 9th return August 12th at a cost of $715.44 (US). After a long 8 hour drive to the airport we went to check in with Air Canada for our flights and were told by Air Canada that this flight had been cancelled, that they could not do anything for us and we needed to contact myflightsearch.com. Since this was an early morning flight myflightsearch.com costumer service was not open yet. We ended up leaving the airport and spent the next 6 hours waiting for them to respond, all we wanted was to be on another flight leaving that day. While waiting for them to respond we contacted Air Canada again to see if they had any available flights and if they could do anything for us. They said there were flights available but it was going to cost us $3, 000.00. They also said they tried to contact myflightsearch.com on April 27th several times to let them know this flight had been cancelled but had no response from myflightsearch.com. When myflightsearch.com finally got back to us they said there was no available flights with Air Canada (which was a lie) and was only willing to refund our money. This was unacceptable to just leave us stranded, this was our holiday planned months in advance and we had hotels reserved in Winnipeg. The customer service level that we received from myflightsearch.com was very inappropriate and inconsiderate, the fact that they didn't care about ruining our vacation and leaving us stranded and it costing us thousands of dollars more not to mention how it stressed us out. This was myflightsearch.com error and all we wanted was to be put on another flight that day which they could have done but were to cheap and lied about no available flights because they were more expensive. We, my family and friends will never book another flight through myflightsearch.com, we will make sure that we post this horrible experience in every outlet possible, Trip Advisory, Facebook etc.

deceptive, predatory practice
My mother missed a flight (directly booked with United). She googled United to call and reschedule, and MyFlightSearch came up first in the google search. She called the number, thinking she was calling United, and told them she wanted to rebook her flight she had missed. "George" (x5041) booked her on a flight, not telling her he wasn't with United, and charged her. While she was still on the phone with them, I had been on the phone with United and had arranged for a replacement ticket free of charge. I texted her to STOP the transaction with George, and not allow him to charge her card. He told her he'd already charged her card, and couldn't reverse it (this is all occurring within 10 minutes). She called her bank, and the charge had already gone through.
I called MyFlightSearch directly and was told the charge had been reversed, but they could not provide me any proof of that. They told me the charge should be reversed in "3-4 business days." After calling 6 times (line disconnected each time they were transferring me to a supervisor I requested), I got "Mack" who gave me the transaction number 265137.
They charged the card, yet never provided her a receipt (text or email), and never sent an itinerary for the flight they charged her for.

Booked a flight with this third party on May 10th. I required a flight change 1 month prior to my RSVP date, so I called MyFlightSearch directly. I was greeted by a rude and exhausted sounding representative, who happily said there were no changes, period.. thanks for calling! I asked if I could speak to a representative that may be able to advance my concern and was told "I am senior leadership, there isn't a level past me" (or something to that effect). I contacted West Jet directly to see what could be done about my flight, they were gracious and helped rectify the issue. West Jet reiterated, that MyFlightSearch was a third party and they have no control over MyFlightSearch representatives.
This service overcharged me by $100! and were absolutely useless when I required assistance. I called back to the service after I spoke with West Jet to discuss my concern and was I received by a VOICEMAIL!
This company isn't a service, it is a FRAUD. Save yourself the hassle and upset, book with the airlines directly.
flight booking and changing without notice
Hi there, After talking to at least 5 different people over the span of four hours I am left feeling defeated and cheated. A few friends and I booked flights from Vancouver to New York in January. We received a confirmation email with the flight itinerary on it after booking. We arrived at the airport to check in and were informed the flight had changed and was already gone. It would have been nice to receive at least an email that the flight itinerary changed but that was never recieved. We were told by the airline to contact myfligtsearch to change the flight tomes. It took over 30 mins to be connected with someone over the phone. At that point I was told I would receive a call back from an agent in about an hours time. No call was ever done. I had to call back to request more information and again was told they would call me back within 30 minutes. Again no call was ever received after repeating my number to the agent multiple times. I was then bounced back from multiple agents through the span of three hours and when I requested to speak to an authority each person gave a different excuse. I even offered different flights after speaking to a WestJet representative that myflightsearch could have booked for us. I am very dissapointed with the lack of or no customer service provided by the representatives. You can pull up the phone records and give yourself a headache about the run around each representative gave me. I am left feeling scammed and still have no compensation for having to book the flight myself. I have also missed a day and a half of my vacation that was planned in advance with no compensation of the hotel that will not be slept in tonight. All I can say is I will never be booking through this company again (if you could even call it a company) and will ensure everyone else I know will not either.

We booked a trip to Italy Oct 2018 through MyFlightSearch, received a confirmation email with etickets and dates of travel. Had a great vacation until we got notification from Air Canada to get our boarding passes one day early? After 3 hrs of arguing with MyFlightSearch, they admitted they made a mistake on return date, and we had to leave one day early. We lost out on an extra planned day in Rome, Almafi Tour, and hotel rooms (2) non refundable, amounting to $1800 CDN. They said there was nothing they could do, apologized for their error, and promised a $600.32 refund (which was their booking fee). To this date, there has been nothing. Everything they have said through multiple phone calls enquiring, just give the run around. This is a ridiculous, very frustrating way to treat people. This company is terrible. Absolutely terrible. No one should use them, Please let people know, they are dishonest.
layovers and flight release
When checking in at Alaska Airlines we asked if there was a way to get an earlier flight ro Dallas from LAX. The assistant said she could not do anything until myflightsearch released the flight so she could accomodate us. We called myflight and was told in order to release the flight it would be another $200 per person to release due to " airline regulations". As for the layovers we had one that was 18hrs in SFO, the other coming back at LAX will be 19hrs.
inept service no refund
My wife booked a flight. She arrived at the airport and found out it was never booked. Have sent 3 emails which were not responded to. Have called multiple times over 3 months. The refund was "processed" in June. I have yet to receive it. After reading so many other bad reviews it is apparent this company needs to be dismantled. Wife booked a flight from Milwaukee to Dallas for September 21, 2018 last Friday. Received an email tonight (August 14th) from them stating that they cxl'd her booking based on "an agreement that was reached through a conversation they had" and gave her a phone number to call. There was no "Conversation or agreement " of any kind. She called the phone number, and some dude who could barely speak english was asking her for all of this demographic information to verify her original reservation. I had her hang up the phone prior to giving out any crucial info. Her CC wasn't yet charged from the original booking, so I had her book directly through the airline itself (which actually had a cheaper flight available anyway). I then had her call her CC company and report myflightsearch.com as a fraudulent company who may try to charge her card. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! THEY are FRAUDS!

Our flights tickets and we have told that we are getting our money back between 7 and 14 days and they double charge us after we canceled and then we have a negative overdraft for $376 so they supposed to give us $957 back, but theycharged an extra $529 . I had a already booked flight from Lubbock to Houston and then to London and then to South Africa, I am using United airways, I have to go back earlier, I don't know how I got hold of them, I googled the number for United Airlines and got the number, but now when I google, there is no info of them(myflightsearch.com) Only the correct numbers of United airlines is on the internet, very strange for me.The charged me 825 dollars, but the first time it declined, the second time as well and the third time, that's what they said, but all 3 charges have gone through, now they say it will be reversed after a day, but it is now 3 days and still not reversed.

Total joke company. I booked three flights from NY (JFK) to Miami (MIA) for my family. Gave me a price and sent me some BS email/link to authorize payment then they claimed my bank wasnt letting the transaction go through when I had already spent thousands on a cruise an hour or two earlier. THEN they asked me for a copy of my ID (front and back) as well as a picture of the front and back of the Credit Card being used!?!? This is total BS. The purpose of using your card and doing it online is to protect the consumer the merchant is the middleman in the transaction and for this company to ask for such things is incredible. Ending up paying like $200-$275 more than I was quoted in total to shop elsewhere but guess what, I'll happily pay it because this company seems shadier than a 5 o'clock shadow. STAY AWAY - YOU'VE been warned!

I was trying to book a flight to Florida, Had checked the box that I was flexible on dates/ times, but chose a flight for the dates I had originally wanted. When the booking was complete the dates had completely changed and it was going to send me to florida only to return the next day, called to cancel and get a refund until I could get the ticket I actually wanted, the site says 100% guarantee on cancellations and refunds, when I called it was an entirely different story, got the run around and told that all tickets are final sale and that mine were in fact stand-by and that there wasnt even a guarantee that I'd be able to get onto this flight. argued with this man for a bit and told that speaking to a supervisor wouldn't change the outcome, if i wanted to change my ticket i could do so with him and i would be charged a bit over $200 more. after having to beg and persuade he finally put me on the phone with someone else, after threatening to report them to BBB and telling her that this was clearly a scam she quickly cancelled and refunded my money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SITE! unless you want a whole lot of headache.
This company is a huge scam! I had a death in the family and had to book last minute travel. I booked two round-trip tickets NY-FL and immediately received a booking receipt number with the flight information, etc. After two hours and not having received a confirmation, I called the 800 number and was told that the confirmation and check-in information would be emailed within the hour. SIX HOURS later, I had not yet received the confirmation, so I called again and explained the circumstances of our travel, only to be told that the confirmation email would be sent within 4 hours. We headed to the airport anyway and on the way to the airport I received a call saying that the tickets were no longer available, but they could put me on the next flight for an additional $600 each! I'm an attorney and informed them of this and told them I would be reporting them to the BBB and threatened legal action if my card was charged. Within minutes I received four back-to-back cancellation emails. This is a disgrace.
This company is NOT legitimate. They are registered in Las Vegas, but are working out of call centers in India. They have false American names. They are a scam. DO NOT USE this company. I am still waiting for a promised refund of $600 due to an error made during booking resulting in us having to leave a day early, costing $2000 in refundable hotel bookings and excursions. They just apologize and make up another excuse... "refund has been approved please wait 1 to 2 billing cycles, not sure why the delay, cannot process it back on card, technical error, will mail a cheque, please allow 10 days". NOTHING.

This happened to me. Frontier cancelled by flight, I tried this site and the departure city switched from my initial booking. I called right away to cancel and got the run around trying to book another flight, finally telling me they would refund this ticket and have not yet. This has been a nightmare for me as I am begging Frontier to pay for the other airline I had to book. So I've had to pay for 3 tickets.

This is a bad website, so please stay away and choose other places for booking.
The fact that you booked the tickets doesn't mean you control the situation. What I mean is that they can set the wrong dates or simply cancel your order without notifying you. And if you find it out long before the flight, you may be lucky to exchange the tickets, but the problem is that their price will be much higher. So they are very sneaky and you should think twice before booking tickets from them.
But I think, it's still better to use different websites for doing this.
Bogus booking fee charged
I called what I thought was JetBlue to search fares for a flight for my son to come back from Florida before IRMA hits. When I told the rep "Ricky" I was going to call Southwest to check fares he insisted he could do that for me. He basically quoted the same price but because I use Southwest most of the time I said okay to them. He then told me he would send me an acknowledgement that I had to accept to get the flight. There was no breakdown on the fare just the one price. However, when I tried to acknowledge the system would not accept the acknowledgement. He proceeded to call me back several times insisting that I acknowledge. He even wanted me to stop driving my car to acknowledge. I ended up emailing. However, I now see two charges on my account one for the flight and another, $201 for their booking fee? This was never communicated to me. It was lumped in with the total fee. This is a deceptive company and I am requesting a refund of the excessive booking fee.

This site is the single worst booking experience we have ever had... Watch them because they search the cheapest flights anywhere near the dates you enter and then you get booked on the WRONG DATES without knowing it... Then when you call them, they tell you the rates are almost double of what they are on their website. The guy on the phone had the audacity to say that the airline website was WRONG and he was charging the correct amount.Now completely frustrated, we tell them to cancel the whole thing and they say, sure we'll credit your money back in 10 business days! We called back within an hour (upon receiving the confirmation and catching the mistake) and they still need 10 days to return something they took in a few moments. This site is not on the level... stay away!
I expect nor want nothing from this website other than for them to correct their perceived devious business practice. Buyer beware...

You ruined my vacation. Gave the wrong date for my vacation to American Airlines which cost me 700. I had no idea this company was a fraud until I tried to check in with my etickets, they informed me that I was scheduled to leave the next day. Could not get help on the phone, which left me in a quandary. Very disappointed. Would NEVER use this company ever again! I want a full REFUND for the inconvenience and stress.
