We booked a flight with www.myflightsearch.com and this experience has been an absolute nightmare! We booked a flight July 7, 2017 going from Richmond, VA to Boston, MA, and we were to receive an email confirmation with the e-ticket. We received an email saying our fare had expired and that the price had went up. The price went from $161 to $240. We called and asked concerning this and Sam with agent i.d #3050 said it in fact went up but even higher from the email we had just received. He told us the flight would be $269 for Richmond going to Boston, and after much conversation, we said to book our flight for that price and for the flight coming from Richmond to Boston. We then received and email with the eticket for this flight, and it was wrong. He booked the flight for a whole other city, and for a price that was not quoted. We then called and spoke to him again, and he would not correct the flight or fix the error! He told us he would cancel it, and we would have to rebook the flight and that would be $223. He was very rude, and he had a problem with cutting off our conversation! He told us there were no supervisors working at night to help and that we would need to call in the morning. So, we cancelled the flight and did not book with them. Sam let us know that we would get an email with the refund information. When we received the email, it stated that there in fact was a refund that was supposed to come back to us, but, it was for TWO prices, $161 and $240! We will be calling the bank but DO NOT book with them! It is a scam and they are taking peoples money by booking them multiple tickets because of a so called fare expire and booking error! Please be aware and save yourself the trouble, don't book with them!

On June 20th I decided to go online to locate a great deal for an airline company. After going online I stumbled onto the company, Myflightsearch.com. That was the biggest mistake of my life. The company makes false accusations and never delivers on their promise. I was promised a price of 420.20 for 6 on way tickets. I was given a booking number and never an actual confirmation, which I thought was very wrong already. The next day I received an email stating the price went up for an additional $100. I called the company and after waiting on the phone for over 2 hours, I was finally promised again another deal. Then another email appeared and another promised was given the next day. For three days I was promised deal after deal and waited on the phone hour after hour to get nothing in the end. I will never choose this website again and hopefully no one else will have to deal with my heartache after clicking this website.

My flight was cancelled and MyFlightSearch promised me a refund.
I bought a ticket via their service and they assured me that there was nothing to worry about. First they said that it can take up to two weeks, but when that time came there was still no money. Then one month later I received the same promise and that moment I finally realized that something was not right!
I contacted MyFlightSearch again and they said that they need more time to refund and when I asked how much time they told that they had no idea. And again they said that it was better for me to be more patient and not worry. Terrible service, I want my money back!

We ordered all our flight and shuttle reservations for 4 people. When we arrived in Las Vegas we went to SHowtime shuttle service to catch our ride to Westgate. We were told that our reservation was for 8 people. There has only been 4. We asked for a refund and that was a nightmare and is still not resolved. We need a check for $62 for the overage charged to us. I have the receipt from My Flight showing the overage and I have documentation that the reservation was only for 4. Please advise how to resolve this. The credit card used for these tickets is different now as we have new cards. That is why a check would be best to resolve this problem.

I booked a flight and three days later they charged extra $50 from my card! When I contacted MyFlightSearch customer service they said that price had changed so they charged more. Are you kidding me? That was a total mistake and even if price really increased that had nothing to do with my booking. I often travel with planes and I know how things work there. They just tried to scam me! I never expected something like that from MyFlightSearch! I will not use their service ever again, they disappointed me a lot.

I bought a flight ticket from MyFlightSearch and must say that these guys gave me nothing but headache! They are the most unprofessional, beyond ridiculous, terrible company I have ever dealt with!
When I got my ticket it was full of mistakes! My name was written with a mistake, my date of birth was incorrect and even the departure date!
I contacted MyFlightSearch and demanded to fix everything and they asked me to pay for that! These people made all those mistakes and had a nerve to ask for more money! Are you kidding me? Don't use MyFlightSearch!

These people are very well trained liars and scammers! When I booked my flight I had no idea that most of the things they said were just lies.
So I booked a flight via MyFlightSearch and they took the money. The next day I noticed another charge of $100 and contacted them immediately to see what was going on. Their rep claimed I agreed to pay extra for the service but no one ever told me anything about that! I had no idea MyFlightSearch had this service fee! I asked them to cancel my flight and refund the whole amount but they said that I have to pay for the cancellation! They also told that service fee was not refundable! Total scam! Do not use MyFlightSearch!
