MyPilotStore MyPilotStore Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Shipping Policies

I recently made a purchase on MyPilotStore and ordered a total of 17 products. Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered became backordered after I had already placed my order. This caused a delay in the shipment of my other items that were available for immediate shipping. I was disappointed to learn that I would have to wait for the backordered item to become available before any of my items could be shipped.

When I reached out to customer service to inquire about the delay, I was informed that I could pay extra to have my available items shipped separately if I didn't want to wait for the backordered item. I was frustrated by this response and felt that it was unfair to have to pay extra for something that was out of my control.

In my opinion, MyPilotStore should be more transparent on their website about which items are available for immediate shipping and which items are backordered. This would help customers make more informed decisions when placing their orders. Additionally, I believe that if an item becomes backordered after an order has been placed, the available items should be shipped out separately and the backordered item should be shipped separately once it becomes available.

Overall, I was disappointed by my experience with MyPilotStore and would hesitate to make another purchase from them in the future. I hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service and shipping policies in order to provide a better experience for their customers.

MyPilotStore Disappointing Experience with MyPilotStore: Delayed Order and Lack of Communication

I recently made a purchase from MyPilotStore for a lunch bag for my daughter, who works as a flight attendant. I placed my order a couple of weeks before Christmas, fully aware that it might not arrive in time for the holidays. However, when January rolled around and I still hadn't received my order, I decided to give them a call to see what was going on.

To my disappointment, I was informed that the item was on backorder and wouldn't be available until mid to late February. I was frustrated that I hadn't been notified of this earlier, and even more so when I asked if they could offer me a discount for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, they told me that they don't offer any discounts for delayed orders.

What really bothered me was that I had to be the one to reach out to them to find out what was going on. They didn't bother to contact me to let me know about the delay. And to make matters worse, they informed me that they wouldn't charge me until the item was shipped. While I appreciate the gesture, I couldn't help but wonder what would happen if I didn't have the funds available at the time of shipment.

Overall, I was not impressed with my experience with MyPilotStore. This was my first time ordering from them, and it will likely be my last. While I understand that delays can happen, I would have appreciated better communication and some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

MyPilotStore Poor Customer Service Experience with MyPilotStore: Missing Part and Lack of Communication

I recently made a purchase from MyPilotStore and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered a Ram mount on May 22nd and received it on May 26th, but to my dismay, a critical part was missing. I immediately contacted customer service on the same morning and was told that someone would call me back that afternoon. However, I never received a call.

I tried again on May 28th and left my number on their "we'll call you back" system, but still received no response. Feeling frustrated, I decided to try email on May 30th, but again, I received no reply. It wasn't until June 2nd that I finally got a live voice on their service line. The representative assured me that someone would fix the order by Friday.

Today, on Friday June 3rd, I received an email from MyPilotStore telling me that they would "contact the manufacturer" for me if I wanted. However, I know from experience that this will undoubtedly take another 2 weeks. It's worth noting that they advertise the missing part as "in stock", but I can't seem to get them to just send me one.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from MyPilotStore. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's frustrating when a company doesn't take responsibility and make things right in a timely manner. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar situations.

MyPilotStore MyPilotStore Review: Frustrating Experience with Wrong Product and Partial Refund

So, I recently had an experience with MyPilotStore that I wanted to share. I ordered a book from their website, but when it arrived, it was a different version than the one I had ordered. I needed the specific version that was pictured and listed on the website description at the time I bought the book. I contacted MyPilotStore and they confirmed that the website had not been updated to show the new version.

I was a bit frustrated, but I understood that mistakes happen. I started a back and forth with MyPilotStore associates to try and get the issue resolved. It took about two months of emails and phone calls, but I finally was able to get a prepaid shipping label and sent the book back to MyPilotStore.

I waited patiently for two weeks for the refund to come through, but when it didn't, I called them again. This was probably the 10th time I had contacted them about this product. They assured me that they would process the refund immediately. Two days later, I finally got the refund. However, it was a partial refund.

I was pretty frustrated at this point. MyPilotStore had sent me the wrong book, and yet I was being penalized with a partial refund. I even took pictures of the receipt with the "part number" of the book I ordered and paid for, as well as the "part number" of the book I received.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with MyPilotStore. While I understand that mistakes happen, it took a long time to get the issue resolved and I was not happy with the partial refund. I hope that in the future, they will be more careful with their product listings and work to resolve issues more quickly.

MyPilotStore Poor Customer Service and Censorship: My Experience with MyPilotStore.com

I recently had an experience with MyPilotStore.com that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had paid for 2-day shipping, but unfortunately, the product I received was defective. I immediately called the customer service line and sent a couple of emails with photos of the issue, requesting a return authorization. However, I found that they were quite slow in responding to my requests, which was frustrating.

To make matters worse, they failed to refund the money I had paid for the two-day shipping, and also withheld the funds for return shipping. I was quite disappointed with the poor customer service I received, and felt that they did not stand by their product or honor their promises to me.

I decided to leave an honest review on their website, detailing my experience. However, I was surprised to find that they had not posted my review, and had even censored it. I had not used any inflammatory language, but had simply shared the truth about my experience. It was disappointing to see that they were not willing to acknowledge their mistakes or make things right.

It's worth noting that MyPilotStore.com has disabled reviews on their Facebook page, which makes me wonder if other customers have had similar experiences. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my own experience.

MyPilotStore MyPilotStore Review: Frustrating Return Process and Limited Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from MyPilotStore in the middle of July. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size suitcase. When I tried to return it, I encountered some issues. It's important to read the fine print carefully, as I learned the hard way. While they do ship items at a reasonable cost, returning them is a different story. I ended up having to pay over $100 to return the suitcase, which originally cost me $221. On top of that, they deducted the shipping cost from my refund, which was $68. It was a frustrating experience, and customer service was lacking. Whenever I called, I was greeted with a recording stating their limited hours. Eventually, I did receive a refund, but it was less than what I had hoped for. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company and won't be using them again.

Instead, I decided to purchase a TravelPro suitcase from their website. It was a much smoother process, and they even offer a 100-day return policy with free return shipping. It was a relief to find a company that values their customers and makes the purchasing process easy and stress-free.

MyPilotStore MyPilotStore Review: Wrong Orders, Refund Issues, and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with MyPilotStore. Let me tell you all about it. So, back on May 19th of this year, I placed an order for some equipment that I needed for my new pilot gig. They charged me $88.49, which seemed reasonable enough. But when the package arrived, it was the wrong equipment! I was pretty frustrated, but I figured it was just a mistake and they would fix it.

So, I contacted MyPilotStore and they said they would send me the correct equipment right away. But when the package arrived on June 4th, it was the wrong equipment AGAIN! And this time, they charged me an additional $101.39! I was starting to get really annoyed at this point.

They finally gave me a return authorization and promised a full refund, including my shipping costs. So, on June 13th, I mailed everything back to them. I even got confirmation from the post office that they received it on June 15th. But then, they denied ever receiving anything from me for over a month! I was so frustrated and stressed out.

Finally, on July 31st, they issued a refund, but it was less $43.90 with no explanation. I tried emailing them and calling them, but they never responded. I did manage to get a guy on the phone a couple of times, but he just lied to me and said someone would call me back. No one ever did.

I even contacted the Arizona Better Business Bureau, and they told me that they've received "quite a few" complaints about MyPilotStore and that they don't respond to their inquiries either. So not only did I have to deal with all this trouble and stress, but they also stole $43.90 from me on top of it all!

As a new pilot, I was really looking forward to getting my equipment and starting my new job. But MyPilotStore really let me down. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

MyPilotStore MyPilotStore Review: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Order Delivery

I recently decided to take up flying again and needed to purchase some supplies to get started. I stumbled upon MyPilotStore and decided to give them a try. I placed an order for about $180 worth of items, including sectionals and a fuel tester. However, after waiting for 10 days, I still hadn't received my order.

I decided to check the website to see if there was an issue with my order and was surprised to see that it was listed as "not processed." I immediately called their customer service line to ask for an explanation. The representative I spoke with didn't seem to know what was going on and suggested that it might be a problem with my credit card. They offered to transfer me to a manager, but after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was told that the manager wasn't available and that they would call me back.

After an hour had passed and I still hadn't received a call, I decided to call back myself. This time, I was told that they didn't know where the manager was. Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to them through their chat app. They told me that the manager would be in touch and charged my card for the order.

Despite my attempts to cancel the order, they shipped it out anyway. The customer service representatives were unhelpful and didn't even offer to upgrade my shipping or reply to my messages. I was disappointed with the entire experience and didn't want the order anymore.

It turns out that I'm not alone in my experience with MyPilotStore. Many other customers have reported similar issues with their orders and customer service. I would advise against buying from them and suggest looking for a more reliable supplier.

MyPilotStore Terrible Customer Service and Extra Charges for Their Mistake - MyPilotStore Review

I recently made a purchase on MyPilotStore for a new straight cord for my Bose A20 headset. Unfortunately, the item was sent to the wrong address. When I called to inquire about the issue, the customer service representative, Nicole McIntire, admitted that they made a mistake and sent it to the wrong address. However, I was shocked when she told me that I had to pay an additional $295 if I wanted the cord set out again right away.

I was not happy with this response and asked why I had to pay extra for their mistake. I suggested that they should send me the new cord immediately since it was not my fault that they sent it to the wrong address. However, Nicole had no answers and refused to connect me with her boss or a manager. She even hung up on me!

I was transferred several times to the same voice mail and got no return call back regarding the issue. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. It was the worst ever! Everyone I spoke with was clueless and highly incompetent.

As of now, they have my money and have not given me any idea when I will receive the item. I have been waiting for about 15 days now and still have no idea when I will receive the cord. I will never order anything from this company again.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from MyPilotStore. The mistake they made was not my fault, yet I was expected to pay extra for their mistake. The customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful and even hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

MyPilotStore Deceptive Practices and Hidden Fees: MyPilotStore Review

I decided to give MyPilotStore a try because they had charts that were a bit cheaper than other places I looked at. Plus, they were offering free shipping on certain items, which was a nice bonus. I ended up getting a current and next edition Philadelphia TAC for a total of $10.60. Since I bought the current edition, I got free shipping on my entire order. I was happy with my purchase and excited to receive my charts.

The next day, I checked my order status and saw that part of my order had shipped, but there was an extra $1.00 shipping fee added. I was confused and frustrated because I had already approved the $10.60 purchase and my new invoice listed $11.60. I had used a prepaid card with only $11 on it, so if I hadn't checked my invoice and the purchase had gone through, I would have been hit with an overdraw fee.

I contacted customer service to figure out what was going on. It was only then that I was told the next edition chart was out of stock and that I was being charged because my new total was under $6. This was frustrating for a few reasons. First, I was never told that there was a $6 minimum for free shipping on their website. I was under the impression that adding an item from a list of items would make shipping free. Second, I was never notified about the extra charge or the item being out of stock before calling customer service. There was no email or phone call, it just quietly changed. Third, I was paying for their mistake. I had authorized a charge, and because they made a mistake in listing an item as "in stock" when it wasn't, they decided to charge me a higher price with no notification. My invoice still lists the out of stock item as "pending," implying that I will eventually be charged for the second chart once it's in stock, along with the first chart and extra shipping fee.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with MyPilotStore. They used deceptive practices to draw in business, and their infrastructure made it hard to spot. I don't think they are trustworthy, and I won't be shopping with them again. There are plenty of other chart suppliers out there that I would rather give my business to.

If you still want to buy from MyPilotStore, I will say that one chart from my order did arrive and it was in fine shape with no defects. However, I would caution you to be aware of their policies and to double-check your invoice before approving any charges.

Ordered e mail gift card but never received it. Joe at MPS tried several ways to send it but nothing seemed to work. One account worked but he wouldn't use that one to attach it. Hmmm. It seemed real strange.

I had bought from them once before and it was a good experience.

MyPilotStore Disappointing Experience with MyPilotStore: Overpriced and Unresponsive

This store, MyPilotStore, claims to offer the best prices around, but my experience with them has been disappointing. I've reached out to them multiple times with quotes and prices from other stores, but they haven't bothered to respond. It's frustrating to feel like they're not taking my business seriously.

I also found that their prices are often higher than what I can find elsewhere. It's not worth paying extra just for the convenience of shopping at one store. I recommend doing your research and shopping around before making a purchase.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend MyPilotStore. Their promise to match or beat prices seems like a fake promise, and their prices are often overpriced. Save yourself some money and look for better deals elsewhere.

MyPilotStore Disappointing Experience with MyPilotStore Shirts: Misaligned Buttons Ruin Look

So, I recently bought some shirts from MyPilotStore and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. The buttons on the shirts didn't line up with the holes (or eyelets, if you wanna get technical) and it made the shirts look all wonky. I mean, I'm no fashion expert, but even I could tell that something wasn't right.

I decided to take matters into my own hands and took some extensive pictures of the shirts to send to the folks at MyPilotStore. I was hoping they would see what I was talking about and maybe offer me a solution or something. But nope. Their response was basically like, "Nah, there's nothing wrong with the shirts. We tried them on and they fit fine."

Now, call me crazy, but I don't think a shirt should be bunched up between the top button and the second button. That's just not a good look. But hey, if that's your thing, then maybe these shirts are for you. Personally, I'll be looking elsewhere for my pilot shirt needs.

MyPilotStore Terrible Experience with MyPilotStore: Defective Headset Return Nightmare

I had a really bad experience with MyPilotStore. I had a defective helicopter headset that I needed to send back, but I couldn't get a shipping label. I tried chatting with customer service, emailing them, and even calling them, but I just kept getting the runaround. It took me four whole days to try and sort this out, and in the end, I just had to send the headset back without the label.

I'm really disappointed with this company. They should have made it easier for me to return the headset, but instead, they just made things more difficult. I'm so frustrated that I'm actually filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I don't want anyone else to have the same problem that I did, so that's why I'm writing this review. MyPilotStore is a disgrace, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

MyPilotStore Mixed Experience with MyPilotStore: Hit or Miss Customer Service and Shipping Issues

My experience with MyPilotStore has been a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes I get my orders on time, but other times there are issues that need to be resolved. Unfortunately, when I do have a problem, it seems like I'm always being passed off to a different department or sister company. It can be really frustrating to have to explain my issue over and over again to different people.

Recently, I ordered an item that was supposed to be shipped overnight. I placed the order on a Friday, but by the following Wednesday, I still hadn't received it. When I contacted UPS, they told me to call back the next day. I ended up having to call two days in a row just to get an update on my package. It was a real hassle, and I felt like I was getting the runaround.

To make matters worse, when I did finally get through to someone at MyPilotStore, they asked for my order number, which I had already provided multiple times. It was really frustrating to feel like my concerns weren't being taken seriously, and that I was just another customer in a long line of complaints.

Overall, I'm not sure if I would use MyPilotStore again in the future. While they do have a good selection of products, the customer service experience can be hit or miss. MyPilotStore Frustrating Return Process and Delayed Credit from MyPilotStore

I recently purchased some uniform shirts from MyPilotStore, but unfortunately, two of them were too big for me. I tried to return them, but it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. They required me to get an authorization to return the items, which took me two requests to receive. It was a bit frustrating, but I eventually got it.

I returned the items in their original packaging, just as they instructed me to do. I sent them back using two-day priority mail with insurance, and USPS confirmed that the delivery was made on January 28. However, it's now February 13, and I still haven't received my credit. It's quite disappointing, and I feel like I've been ripped off.

Overall, I'm not very happy with my experience with MyPilotStore. It's been an unnecessary load of aggravation for me, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again. I'll probably go back to Crew Gear or Tally Ho for my future purchases.

MyPilotStore Poor Customer Service and Communication: MyPilotStore Review

My experience with MyPilotStore was not a good one. I decided to purchase a travel pro lunch box from their website, but unfortunately, I never received it. I was disappointed and decided to reorder the product. To my surprise, two lunch boxes were delivered to me. I received an email from the company acknowledging their mistake, but they refused to pay for the return shipping. I tried to contact them through five emails and a phone call to "Joe," but unfortunately, he was not very helpful. I found him to be dumber than a drawer of hammers. The company has not offered to make their mistake right with me, and I am very disappointed. Their customer service is terrible, and their communication skills are lacking. I will not be buying from them again.

MyPilotStore MyPilotStore Review: Unreliable Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with MyPilotStore and I have to say, I was not impressed. Their website claims that if you order before 3pm MST, your items will likely ship the same day. Well, let me tell you, that is not always the case. I ordered my item a few hours before 3pm EST, which is way before 3pm MST, and my item did not even have a shipping label printed until over 50 hours later. That's over 2 days!

To make matters worse, I had ordered this item for a birthday and now the day is here and the item isn't even due to be delivered for another 4 days. I was really counting on this item arriving on time and now I am extremely disappointed. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were of no assistance at all.

I am beyond frustrated with this experience and I would not recommend MyPilotStore to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient online store, I suggest looking elsewhere. Don't believe everything you read on their website, because it seems like they ship whenever they feel like it. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

MyPilotStore Shady Return Policy: Buyer Beware at This Store

This store ain't the best if you're thinking of returning stuff. They say they'll ship your order to you for free, but if you gotta send something back, they'll hit you with a shipping fee (which is what they actually paid for shipping). So your refund will be less than what you paid. And that's not even counting the cost of sending it back and getting insurance. They kinda mention this on their return page, but it's not really clear. It's a pretty shady way of doing business if you ask me. I reckon I'll just stick to buying charts and pubs from them. But if I need to return something more expensive, I'll go somewhere else.

MyPilotStore Disappointing Customer Service Experience with MyPilotStore: A Warning to Potential Shoppers

I recently had an experience with MyPilotStore that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had ordered a flight jacket for my granddaughter, thinking I was being proactive by shopping early. However, it turns out that this was not the best idea when it comes to shopping with this particular store.

Now, I am left with a useless item and a negative impression of MyPilotStore. I would not recommend shopping with this company, as their customer service left a lot to be desired. If you are looking for a reliable and accommodating retailer, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

MyPilotStore Unpleasant Experience with MyPilotStore: False Information, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund

So, I recently made a purchase from MyPilotStore and I must say, it was not a pleasant experience. I was in the market for a flight jacket and decided to call their customer service line to get some recommendations. The person who answered the phone seemed friendly enough, but unfortunately, she didn't seem to know much about the products they sell. Based on her recommendation, I ended up purchasing a flight jacket that was way too big for me.

I was pretty disappointed with the purchase, so I decided to return it. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the return shipping myself, which was a bit of a bummer. However, I did receive confirmation that they received the jacket back. That was over three weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund.

What's even more frustrating is that I left a negative review on their website about my experience and they ended up deleting it. It seems like they only want positive reviews on their site, which is pretty shady if you ask me.

Overall, I would not recommend MyPilotStore. They give out false information, don't take responsibility for their mistakes, and make you pay for their errors. Plus, they won't even give you a refund. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
