I have always been a daily user of My Points for many years with no problems at all. Close to a month ago I went into my account and after doing my daily point items, I decided to cash in some of my points for a $50. Walmart gift card. I went to the gift card screen, chose the amount I wanted and logged in as required. The sceen popped up showing I was about to use points for a gift card but when I hit proceed, I was taken to a screen to log in again. When I tried I was taken to a screen that said my account was deactivated to contact customer service. I contacted customer service and recieved an email from Rachel with ticket number [protected]. This was on November 7th. I then recieved an email that gave me a link I had to log into and it ask for all my personal history including some things I did not want to disclose but I did anyway because I have been with my points for years and wanted my account working again. Next I was sent an email saying my account was reactivated. I went to My Points and was able to log in but when I tried to get my gift card it did the exact same thing and deactivated. I contacted Rachel through the email I had been sent and we have been going in a viscious circle of the exact same thing for this entire month. She says try it, I do, and it fails. Besides not being able to get my points, my account is not showing any of the shopping points I am piling up right now during my holiday shopping. I have asked that my points be moved to a new account since it is abvious they can't fix the one I have so I could continue using the site but got no answer to that. I have looked up the CEO for Prodege and feel that contacting him is my only option left if something is not done quickly. I have every email Rachel and I have exchanged if you need them.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my account fixed or to have them move all my points and history to a new account for me so I can continue to use the site.
