I was told I needed to sign up for my free credit report when I applied for a loan and it asked for my CC#. I tried to skip the CC part but it wouldn't let me so I entered it into the box. I never got my credit report but they charged my account that day for $1.00 three times and the next day they charged my account $28 (that was last week) and they charged me again today. I called the number for customer service and immediately got told (by a computer) to please hold for assistance and then nothing at all. I waited on the line for over 15 minutes and no one ever came onto the line and no automatic messages either. This is bs so I am going to have to get my husband to contact the bank and try to get to them that way. My next step is to file a claim against them for the $70 they cost me in overdraft fees and the amount that they took out. I sure hope this gets my money back!
Update: I contacted them on the phone and they agreed to refund the $28.95 but they they won't touch the now $95 (one of my $5.00 bills came through and couldn't be paid) in overdraft fees that their two transactions costed me. -_- They said they never offer free anything and that people are stupid for signing up for their services without reading the "fine" print. Yeah, real nice business policy there...steal someone's money and then tell them they are stupid. Lesson learned and I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from the company all together as well as filing complaints with my bank and the Better Business Buereau.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am being charged twice for that 29.95 fee twice this month. After I gave my card number, I went back the next day and read the new text message that was sent to me stating that they will be charging me every month. I do not need my score monitored by a company charging me this amount knowing that my score will never change due to the fact that I am on disability. I am disputing these charges. The overdraft fee I want to be reimbursed also. I will not tolerate such unprofessionalism in a such so called business. Stop scamming people!

They are scam artist, I'm on the phone wit my cc co and they are getting my money back, since none of the customer service numbers work, next I'm contacting the bbb, trust me my people they will be shut don, they done ###ed over the wrong one
Did you call [protected] yet? I saw that number and wasn't sure but when I called it I got a refund right away. I didn't have to prove anything, I just gave them my info and I got a refund. It was great. You should try it.

I had the same problem! Agree to be charged the $1 fee, but today was charged $29.95. I called and immediately asked to talk to a supervisor. She was really nice and gave me a refund and canceled my account with them. The number I called is [protected]

So me and my wife have recently discovered that this GLD MyScore has been taking money off of my wifes card since July 2014. Neither one of us remember signing up for no free credit score or anything. We called the [protected] on March 13, 2015 and was told that we could not get the whole amount back but they could refund any fees taken out since December 2014. This is a shared card between me and my wife so we really did not notice the missing amounts on her card. They have taken $271.35 from us and agreed to refund $189.55. I received a cancellation number while on the phone with the representative but I never received an email. Today is March 21, 2015 and I still have not gotten my money back and every time that I call I wind up just sitting on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. Last night I was on hold for an hour. I don't know what is going on but I hope that we get the money back. This is ridiculous.
The credit score company has taken an unauthorized automatic deduction of $29.95 out of my account. I want my money returned on my card I did not commit to any agreement.

My debt card was used by someone to pay for GLD Myscore. I called them. 7 weeks later, no promised refund. Called again and they tell me they can not refund, even though it is their problem not sending the refund because the time elapsed.

Call your credit card company ASAP and report this as a fraudulent charge!
You will have to get a new credit card and number in the process. Most Credit Card companies will investigate this type of charge and have assurances for disputes like this.
I have no clue How I came across this web site i was looking for something for a game I have been playing agreed hey it was only a $1 and waited for the subscription email to cancel it. Never received an email Never received a credit score. I go to get some thing from the store and a little thing such as $10 would not go through my account. Low and behold I have 9 charges the day I "signed up" and one every day since. Hung up on the first agent because she wasn't listening to me. Then the second call helped me out. I got a full refund and my account terminated. I went ahead and called my bank and had my card canceled and sent up a new account just in case. It's kind of sad that the section 8 housing site recommended this. Credit Karma is the way to go. So from now on read every review about the site before applying!
It is 4:25 AM and I received a text update alert for two transactions that occurred from GLD Mysore [protected]. I have never heard of this organization in my life. I have never signed up with them, or authorized any transactions EVER by this group. For everyone that has had this happen to them, this is not only theft, it is also unauthorized use of an access card, access device fraud, identity theft, and larceny. Anyone who is able to trace the IP address, and any domain information of the website should do it and immediately file a report with the FBI, the name of the report is a Ic3 report. This is the report for internet and white collar scams. A report with the FTC and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau also needs to be filed. When this sort of fraud occurs, this means the party responsible has access to all of your personal information enabling them to acquire credit in your name without you finding out until it begins to report on your credit.

I never used this to company for any services or received any products from them. I don't even know what this company is. I was charged $29.95 on October 27, 2015 and $9.95 on October 28, 2015.
On 11/12/2015, this company debited $29.95 from my acct.I contacted them by phone and told them I had not used their service, I didn't need or want their service.I was assured I would be receiving a refund within 5 days.As of today, 12/3/2015, I have received nothing.Thank you for any help you might be able to offer.
I called the supervisor line at [protected] and I got my refund sorted out right then and there. I see other people called it too (I got the number from this message board). Try that, it worked for me and good luck.

HOLY ###! I have a brain jury and they have ripping me off since 2011 29.95 a month though cap one card.
I am sending in a complaint, due to a charge to my credit card of 29.95 on 06/09 at 4:01 am, that I did not authorize, I used the my score once at a charge of 1.00, about a week prior 06/02 and that was the one and only time I had authorized the purchase I am truly upset about you using my credit card again with out authorization, I am requesting a refund back to my card.

These whack jobs charged me 2 times for 29.95. I called them, was on the phone for 45 minutes and NO ONE was able to assist me to refund my money for an account with them that was cancelled. I spoke to 9 different people (all unable to help). I finally called my bank and this fraudulent company used an old card of mine that had been destroyed a year ago (which was when I used their service and immediately cancelled it). Thank God for my bank. They have taken care of the situation for me. NEVER USE THESE FRAUDS. I looked up all of their reviews and none were positive. I also filed complaints and those will be addressed as well.
