MyScore.com non-authorized credit card charges

I have a Green Dot Visa. At first, I and noticed a $1.00 charge back in May. Then, a $10.00 charge a few weeks later. Now, there's a $30.00 charge on my card. All are charged by RPT MyScore out of Nevada. I'm getting the authorities involved with this since Green Dot has the worst customer service ever. Anyone with the same problem please comment below.

I had a charge like that too and I called [protected].

The gave me a refund, no questions at all. They were really nice too.

Try calling [protected] .

MyScore.com Unauthorized and false advertising

I went to this website that advertised for "FREE" Credit report. Once I required all my information to get a free credit report, it ask me to give my credit card information that it is then now $1.00 and that was it. I typed my information and then I decided not to give my credit card information because it said it was free. I backed out of their website and wanted to see if they would give my free three credit reports. None came up that they wanted my information from my card. This is August 6, 2015 and found out since January 2015 they have been taking out every month $39.00 without my authorization. I want to know how I can stop consumers for advertising illegal scams. I dont know how to make them stop stealing my money on a monthly basis and I want all of my monies that they stole and prosecute the company.

MyScore.com Fraud

Withdrew $1.00 from my checking account on 5/26/15, then $9.95 on 6/3/15. I called the number listed on my bank statement, [protected] only to have the woman ask if I had ever applied for a l-o-a-n. I told her of course I had, but not recently and I didn't sign up for any credit reporting service. I was eventually given a "confirmation number" for the refund of $9.95 of T6958439 and after they asked multiple times for the card number I used to create the account (I never created an account and I was not about to give them my full card number) I found out the account was opened in my husband's name, but using MY debit card. ? The woman transferred me to the "refund" dept where I talked to a woman by the name of Breann? Id number 22091. Waited weeks and weeks, no refund. Called again and got "Trudy" ID# 23133 who acted like she couldn't hear me, called back, got the same woman. She couldn't find the account, but when I gave her the account number the first agent gave me, 5827980, she found it. Asked for my card number again. Said the refund was delayed, but we should get in in 5-7 business days. Nope. Still waiting. Called today and talked to a foreign sounding man I could not understand. Asked multiple times to be transferred to a call center within the U.S. that I could understand. He acted like he couldn't hear me and kept asking the same question over and over. Asked him for the company's address, but he said they didn't have it. He said it was in California. I told him he worked for a company that stole from people. His id was 25071. I am beyond mad. We had another company withdraw money from our account and had to get new debit cards. $9.95 isn't going to break me, but it's the principle of it. I want my money back!

I called the right number. It was the number listed by it on my checking account statement. The first time I called, they found it in their system. The second time, they acted as if they couldn't. Funny thing is... about 3 days after I posted this complaint, we were given a refund! Hmmm...

You might have called the wrong number.

I called [protected]. That got me a refund right away.

All they asked for was my phone number to find me in their records. As soon as they did they said "okay, we refunded you."

I see other people on this site mention this number as well. I definitely should get a refund from them guys. Money is money!

MyScore.com Cancelled but still billed

I called and cancelled this service and I still got billed 29.95. I am so angry. The customer service rep I talked to on 7/23 reassured me that I would have to spend no money. It was taken care of. Please report this company. I would really like my money back.

Sounds like you got a bad customer service rep.

I called [protected] and got a refund. You should call and get a refund too.

When I called I explained they made a mistake and they said they were sorry and gave me a refund. No questions at all.

You shouldn't just let them charge you, you should call [protected] and get a refund

This company is a scam and I am with anyone you would like to file a lawsuit against them and get our money back. I have called one several occasions and canceled the account they guarantee me it has been canceled then they charge my credit card again...this is not right...

My husband was doing an application for unemployment benefits and was sent to this website to obtain a credit report that he understood he needed to get to finishing his claim with unemployment they asked for a debit or credit card I had to give them mine from my work . the only reason why I did it was we needed the unemployment benefits. Come to find out we didn't. But I had cancelled, and for a couple months I kept getting an email stating that a charge of 29.95 had been declined, so I never worried about it again I just figured it might take some time for the cancellation to take effect. But this time I noticed it went through so I called my card company to inquired and found out who and have been trying ever since.please help.

I called that number and got a refund. It looks like a lot of people on this site called that number and got a refund instantly. You should try it too.

I suggest you call [protected], since that number worked for me.

MyScore.com unauthorized charges

They charged my card 29.99 twice. I did not authorize these charges nor did i ever receive my "free" credit score! I need my money back. I am a stay at home mom wirh a, special needs who has had 25 surgeries to date! Prescription cost are out of control there is no way i would have authorized these charges!

I don't understand why this credit score thing keep taking money out of my bank account ? I never signed up for anything about me paying for a credit score, I use a free website to do so, is it possible for a refund ? & I would like them to stop because it's making me late paying bills.

MyScore.com unallowed bank withdrawal

I was trying for a loan so those people wanted my credit score and got it from a credit score which they say would only charge me $1 and the next thing I know not only that thinkcredit charge me but another one myscore also charged me $1. 3 days later I got charge again$ 29.95 by both. I called thinkcredit they say I signed papers I never did 1) I only talk to a so called loan agent over the phone who never told me anything only insisted it would only be $1. But never mentioned any other company. As for myscore.com I have noe phone number, no way of contacting them. Their website is not functional

MyScore.com Unwanted charges

This company has charged my debit card for unwanted charges and has been told to cancel the account as of 4/21/15. While trying to close the account the man was trying to keep my business after I told him several times I didn't want the services. He finally said the account was closed, but after reading other complaints about this company, I am concerned they may try to charge more on my card.

I got a refund from them and it worked great, so [protected] is a good number to call them at. Calling them I think should help.

MyScore.com Non working number to cancel

I was filling out an application online and it advised me that I needed my credit score to proceed with the application. the site redirected me to this (what appears on my bank statement) as GLD My Score. I was given the option for a 7 day trial period or a monthly membership. Surely I only needed the trial so I took down the phone number to call and cancel. Well I call today and it is a non working number! Also checked my e-mail today and I have an e-mail that has my ss#, place of employment, name and birthday! Cash Advance America! No such business! Tells me I owe 708.00 and if I do not pay within 24 hours they will contact my employer, garnish my wages and I will receive a court summons for a civil hearing in the amount of $8, 3000! I also received this same e-mail last year. Last year they provided a phone number. It was a man with very broken English claiming to work for an attorneys office. However they could not look up this so called loan with their case number! Police say they can do nothing because no crime has been committed until I send money! Be Careful where you put your info and what you're singing up for!

MyScore.com cancellation

I cancelled before the trial period ended and thought it was over, I was told that I could not use their services for another 6 months. I then received a withdrawl for $39.90 and cancelled a second time. AGAIN I was billed for for the same amount. Finally I took the matter to my bank and they said I needed to change my account number so they could not bill me any more. Unfortunately they could not stop this third billing, which means I cannot pay for an important bill. They are trying to get all the payments back.

MyScore.com billed without my joining or my permission

I never signed up for this "Rpt Myscore", however it appears twice on my latest bank statement - first time for $1.00, I presume to check to see if it would work, then for $24.95. I have no reason to sign up for them, I use a different credit reporting site which is free.
I went to Wells Fargo and was told I had to go online and submit a dispute form. This is a ripoff, and I've never heard of them before.

Well i had a card from walmart prepaid card, and i put some money into it for $ 29 to 30 dollars, and i never used it i was saving it for buying similac for my baby, and then i went to the store today and it was declined and this rpt my score took $ 29 from it. . I don't remember doing purchasing anything from them. . This was my emergency card but now i closed it because of this company and i want a refund send to my mailbox cause i cancel the card

I don't know this company and never heard of it, but they withdrawal $12.00 from my account without my permission. This made me have a cancellation on my car insurance. I would like my money back.

MyScore.com unauthorized charges on my credit card

I noticed a discrepancy in the balance on my ssa card and the amount deposited, and once I had a few minutes I called and had my card company go over all transactions, and as I went over my emails at the same time, was able to verify that indeed, a new company had come up showing they were somehow giving me an offer-when they apparently already had my information, and from some other company, had gotten hold of my mothers name and decided to put two and two together on this card and put charges for their company on my card. I had to make numerous phone calls to try to get through to someone without staticy voices blocking the person on the other end talking to me, then a disconnect, several times; Then, when I finally got through to someone and got through all the information, she verified it and then said she would get me a cancellation code-put me on hold, and never came back on the line. I am involving the FBI in this matter, so they are forced to return my money.

I am having the same exact problem with this company. when my bank statement showed a $1.00 and $29.95 debt off my ssa benefit security card, I called the # and was told Id get my refund in 3 to 5 business days. this was on 08/03/2015. on 08/11/2015 I called back I was told there was a delay on my refund but did not give me a reason for it. once again said 3 to 5 business days. now it is 08/15/2015 I call and the # is no longer in service. I am legally blind and on disability therefore on a fixed income. I need my money how do I get my money back that they wrongfully took? ps. each time I spoke with someone it was also very staticy. donna seay

I was charged the past two months $30.00 and it made an over withdrawal on my account which I barely have any money as a college kid so I have had to pay and this is after giving my debit card number. The money is mine and I need it back because I am getting bank charges on it which makes me mad.

This company has stolen $29.95 from my Visa acct. unauthorized by me & I understand will do it again unless I cancel my card. Let it be known that I never gave them the 3 numbers from the back of my card so I don't know how this is possible. I am appalled that a scam like this is allowed to go on unabated.

MyScore.com They overcharge and impossible to get any replies from them

I started to use the services of the company GDL Myscore. I paid them for the provided services, but these ### continued to take money from me. I have no idea for what they took such large sums, but I cancelled my card and decided to reach these scammers. They never replied to my emails and no idea what to do next. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they deal with such dishonest people.

They charged me $29.95 i was told it wud be cancelled and this was back in August 2015. Now they just charged me again after i told them to cancel. My bank told me i would have to get another card then i can file a complaint which is inconvenient because my work checks get direct deposit. I wonder if there is a way to sue them

I responded to a "check your credit for free" ad.

Nothing with this racket is free. I cancelled the same day, after they required my cc information
to proceed to my "free" report! this was in september.

On october 16th, there was another $29.95 charge!

my experience was the same as the one posted above...After being given my "cancellation confirmation" i was transferred to another individual who did actually speak english (amazing!) her name is meeshell (pron), agent #27021. She works for a third party outfit doing c/s for my credit score dot com.

She said she saw they had "made and error." that my refund would take 3-5 business days.

I guess i'll find out this week if i've been lied to...Once again! what a scam.

Don't evvvvvver do business with these crooks!

I have never heard of or signed up for this company's service. i have been charged twice now by them 29.95 and it's amazing how it just happens at some random times of the month. I will be closing the card they are billing immediately. I don't even know how it's possible for these people to do this.

When I cancelled I was told I would no longer receive any charges - liars - it has been an uphill battle to get them to stop so I closed my bank account as it was the only resource to take so they can no longer invade my funds on a bi-monthly basis. These criminals need to be stopped and it is sad that more than likely they don't even live in the U.S. as so many scam rings are from other countries. Wise up Americans.

This company charged my account $29.95. I had no idea who they were and told them they needed to refund the money ASAP! I was told they would and it would take 3-5 business days. That time went by and no refund. I called back and was told the refund was never submitted so they were doing it then. Another 3-5 business days go by and still no refund. I called again and they claimed it was submitted today. I will wait another 3-5 business days but if I don't see my money I will not only file a formal complaint but I will threaten to find them and TAKE my money back! I'm not afraid to go back to jail.

i applied for a Night Audit part time position posted on Craigslist. I pasted the response from this job opening which ended up a scam using this credit score company. I have notified the FTC and will be notifying other agencies as these two companies are the same scam company seeking employees.

MyScore.com Charge on my Credit Card

Dear Sirs, I was charged $29.95 on my charge card, by GLD MYSCORE, when I called to find out what it was for, all I got was a recording of "please wait for the next operator", I waited 10 to 15 minutes and never heard anything else. I would like to know why I was charged for something I didn't authorize. Marvin Hallford

I was charged $29.95 and9, 95 and then again the next day to $9.99 & 29, 95 okay I talked to them and cancel it got verification number and everything they dare do that to me again report them to the Better Business Bureau

Marvin, I do not think that ComplaintsBoard is the same company as GLD MyScore. I suggest you try calling them at the number I just copied and pasted from their website [protected]. Good luck!
