Nanrobot D6+2.0
I ordered this item back in November of last year. My order number is #9892. I paid $1,400 for the scooter and an additional almost $50 for international shipping. I bought this item for my nephew and when I received it I was out of town for work. I let the representative know not to ship without a signature because I wouldn't be at home.
When I finally picked the scooter up there were no keys in the box. Immediately when I found out there were no keys I reached out to customer service and I was going back and forth with them because they were wanting to charge me to send me another set of keys. Which is utterly ridiculous! Why would I pay for another set when the one I paid for wasn't in the box?
Either way when I did reach out the rep said they were sending the keys out and that never happened. I work 7 days a week and I totally forgot. When I reached back out I was very upset because I never got the keys, my nephew never go his scooter and this is [censored]!
When I reached out again they tried telling me they were waiting for a response from me and thats why they didn't send the keys. I said what response? You said you were going to send me the keys and I said ok, I waited and they never sent them. I then disputed the charge with my bank, but since it was past 90 days they didn't honor the dispute. I don't even want the damn scooter anymore because of the fact they dont give a [censored] about me as a customer that just spent $1,400, when I could've spent it elsewhere.
I would like a partial refund and keys to my damn scooter if they aren't willing to give me a full refund. I expect at least a 50% refund. I am very unhappy and I would hope that you can resolve this issue. My number is [protected]. Please contact as soon as possible.
Desired outcome: I either want a full refund and they can have it back or I would like a 50% refund and a new set of keys asap!

There was an early controller failure of the NANROBOT Ls7, I've tried several ways but failed to contact actually it was my fault not to contact in right way, I got connected their after sale service team, i got the replacement when i contact through their Facebook group, sorry for previous view on them. There after sale service team is polite and helpful, thanks.

Scooter
I was informed they were out of stock for the item I purchased order# 7575 and I am yet to receive a refund even though they said it was issued. I know this is a lie because I had to file a claim with PayPal for a previous order just to get my money back.
They said 1-7 business days and it has been 2 weeks now. If it's out of stock I don't see why getting my money back is so difficult
Desired outcome: I just want my money back that’s it.

d5+ electric scooter
Purchased this scooter several months ago and tried to get it registered for street usage, but, was told that I couldn't because the scooter didn't have a manufacture label. I tried and sent multiple e-mails, requesting for the label/assistance and all I got was resistance; no straight answers. As it stand right now, I'm left with a $1, 500+ dollar product that I cannot legally ride anywhere without that label. The scooter came only with the Nanrobot logo/sticker; no serial number, no manufacture label. Just about every product sold anywhere, globally, has a manufacture label - why not this scooter?
Resolution: I want the manufacture label properly identifying this product.
