Orange headlights
They lied about fit for my year. They won’t respond after the first rude reply.
I told them to refund before it shipped. They shipped anyway. PayPal won’t even help. Both have been worthless and I’m out nearly $600 with useless product. That looks like carp. They fiber glasses the back of the headlight and my children could have done a better job. Looks like patched mud

Bagger kit
The quality is terrible, took a year to be shipped showed up randomly missing half the stuff I ordered. I can't get ahold of anyone from the company. the 6x9 holes were to small, the head unit hole was to big. no mounting hardware for the fairing. The fiberglass is paper thin in spots where it should be strong. the fairing won't go back together because the mold is out the screws were cross threaded that were holding it when it came. The windshield was snapped in half but it didn't fit anyway. It looks like it was cut by a 10 year old out of a piece of plastic the bags sit funny and are paper thin again. no mounting bracket was set even though i paid for it.

I was in the process or ordering extended bags and tank shroud. I had a question about cost. On of the items in the kit was on sale. I was told its not on sale and they forgot to take off website. I asked when it went off sale and the nasty girl refused to tell me, she also refused to let me speak to someone else. She then told me she doesn't care if I didn't buy because they have other customers. Treating a potential buyer like this should warn you about how after sales support would be. I say buyer beware
Desired outcome: Let everyone know how poorly I was treated and they do not honor prices on their website. I have also read the product is sub par as well

Do not I repeat do not order anything from baggerbags.com they r a rip off ans there products r junk like a 4 year old made them once u pay they don't ever respond back and I never get ur money back for POS bags and fender they need about another 700 or more to look even remotely like bags and there so bad I can't find anybody to touch them the lids came from two different molds or something they don't match the one got holes in it I spend 549.66 plus another 200 shipping back and forth and had to fight about that now there no answer

I ordered a batwing fairing on May 30, 2020 I have contacted them over and over and keep getting told it would be next month due to factory shutdown. Well it's been 6 months now... latest I got told will be by end of the year..
Really?... I paid $368.00 and still no product and it is now middle of November. All I get is excuse after excuse.

On 9/22/20 I place an order for fender fillers for my car. Payment was made that same day. The company has not shipped or made any efforts to contact me in response to the messages that I have left them on their website and by phone. I just want my parts or my money back.

Never received my motorcycle fairing I ordered it on 24 june and I should've known something was wrong when I didn't receive a tracking number but when I contacted the company they told me that once the faring was made and shipped they would resend you a tracking number and when I bought the faring I was led to believe that it was the last one in stock and then when I spoke with the company through email on june 29 I was told that it had to be put on the production line which confuse the crap out of me but I said ok figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt I was told that due to covid things were delayed and that I should have it sometime in august that was on july 8 I bought the faring as a gift and I was hoping to have it by the beginning of august when I contacted them to ask if they knew when in august I could be expecting it I was told the end of august that was july 28 on august 14 I asked if they had an estimated date yet I was told no later than 9/6 when I hadn't heard or received anything yet such as a tracking number I asked again when I could expect it and I was told by the end of september I would honestly I would just like a refund I feel that that would be best i've already ordered a fairing from another company

I have ordered a bat wing fairing for my Honda VTX 1800 without holes. They sent me wrong one. I have requested refund via lots of emails. They said they will send me the shipping label. I have waited over one month. Nothing is happening. Even though I get the shipping label, I'm not sure if I can get a refund. I received my bagger kit with the bags looking like the we're not even done the right bags was scuffed up and had a hole in it I didn't receive my led lights for the brakes and turn signal the lid don't even match up my paint is wanting to charge my $1, 400 just to fix them and is starting to charge me storage fee cause the parts took so long o get here now...

I just received a fairing for 06 sportster quality is terrible.No mounting hardware, no instructions, hole for windshield is too low.It falls in crease and acorn nut won't start.It also took 7 weeks to get here.No gel coat black primer only and it is rough as hell.Im scared to send back, fear may not get it back or a refund.This company sucks and should not be in business
I ordered saddlebag rail kit
I ordered Saddlebag Rail Kit from them last month for my Honda. They did deliver in the less time than expected but the Rail Kit didn't fit even after making some adjustments. And reading other reviews on their services I was concerned but after I contacted them, I got to know that I ordered the wrong kit. They mentioned it in the description that the kit is only for R & N MODELS. So I would like to suggest others to learn from my mistake and do read the description before ordering anything.

a bat wing faring
Ordered a bat wing fairing on August 13 they gave me the runaround till December 13th when it finally shipped when I received it and pulled it out of the box the gaps around the whole edges are terrible there's gouges and scratches all through the outside they told me this is normal when I went to go put it on my bike I don't even fit or match up with any bracket to my forks this place is just terrible Their customer service sucks and no one there will call you back they want to email you all the time

Horrible quality.
1 the faring was so gapped there was no way to fix it. There was no brackets to mount on my bike. When I called they told me the 2 alligator clamps were the mounting beakers. When I received the box it was ripped and chips on the faring.
2 the rear fender was so warped and un-even. No mounting holes and it won't even fit my victory Vegas. When I called just a run around.
3 bags beakers looked like they were made by a tweaker. Snot welds everywhere, bars were uneven. Bags them safe were uneven to the bike. The lids were horrible quality.
I called and called, emailed and emailed to complain about return. They waited to contact me back almost 15days. Then it started, disrespectful no good customer service I have emails to prove it. They kept offering free stuff and discounts after I mentioned i was going to contact my attorney. When I ordered I called and placed the order on the phone. I was informed that it was already primered and ready for paint. [censored] far from that. All I gotta say is people are going to know about this rip off no good son of [censored]es baggerbags.com. I'm personally going to see them in a Harley run one day and going to pay them a visit.

poor quality
Upon receiving my bagget kit with overlay fender, i noticed the box it came through Post Office that box was damaged from thr bottom on 7-09-18. Upon opening box i found thst the fender had a piece broken off and further inspected the product to be very fragile and easy to break which resulted in my dissatisfaction of the kit. I immediately notified the maker thru messenger about the discovery since there are no return labels or any othet info relating to a return. I was messaged back saying thst thry didn't do return labels. So i advised nack that i was shipping back on my money since they couldn't tell me otherwise. I shipped back on 7-10-18 due to arrive within 5 days thru UPS. Tracking #K2624433450. I also notified the same people thru messenger that i would not want the fairing kit that was put on another credit card on the same day. It wasn't until 7-23-18 that i heard back from a lady who wanted to know if i had called. Yes! Two weeks ago . I wasnt even aware that there was a customer servic to call or complain about since there are no documents or literature in the sent products. I do not want any of these items due to poor workmanship and bad service from this outfit. I want my credit cards reimbursed to the dollar amount of purchases $550.00 for bag kit and $560.00 for the fairing kit w/radio. The fairing is still in your hands so keep it please!

And here by i would like to inform you that my Luggage Bag have been damaged fully by your team staff which i have attached picture once you can see and even in the flight i thought to use the Toilet but as if out of 4 toilet i have noticed that two where not working and had kept a seal saying not to open. Is this all happening in your airasia flight regularly.

I called an ordered helmet saw it on Facebook advertised for 89.99 plus 10.00 2 day shipping. It's been to weeks still no helmet an they charged my account 109.99 called an called won't answer. So I emailed them an Derek Zeledon emails me back wit a bunch of bs. Saying they are on back order why didn't they tell me that on the phone when I ordered it. Still haven't gotten a refund or a helmet guess they can stiff people an get away with it. Poor customer service advertising stuff they don't even stock an charge for 2 day shipping when they no they can't even send it out. Would say more but don't have enough space.
