Refuse to help and is now threatening me
I ordered a electric dirt bike and it showed up faulty. It did not work. This is a one person business. All he did was forward me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer did not help me either. I messaged him shortly after saying I need a resolution soon and he never got back to me. I disputed the charges with the bank and now he is harassing me and threatening me.
Recommendation: Do not buy from here and if he refuses to help you dispute the charges with the bank.
Poor Customer Service and Unfair Refund Policy at ScooterCatalog
So, I was looking for some parts for my scooter and I stumbled upon ScooterCatalog. I ordered the parts I needed, but when they arrived, they were the wrong size. I was pretty bummed out, but I decided to send them back and get a refund. I had to pay to send them back, which was a bummer, but I figured it was worth it to get my money back.
When I asked for a refund, they only gave me a partial refund. They said they don't refund the shipping and handling fees, which I thought was kind of unfair. I told them I didn't care about the shipping and handling fees, I just wanted the full amount I paid when I ordered. But the guy on the phone called me stupid and hung up on me! I couldn't believe it!
I was pretty upset, so I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I think it's important to let other people know about my experience so they don't have to go through the same thing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend ScooterCatalog. They don't seem to care about their customers and their customer service is pretty terrible.
Disappointing Experience with ScooterCatalog: Missing Parts and Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from ScooterCatalog and I have to say, I was not impressed with my experience. I ordered three parts and received an email confirming my order, which included a shipping charge of $8.95. However, when my package arrived, I was disappointed to find that only two of the three parts I ordered were included. To make matters worse, the shipping charge had been bumped up to $15.95, meaning I paid even more than I had originally anticipated.
I was frustrated by this experience, especially since I had authorized the original transaction through Paypal, which allows for transactions to settle above the original authorization price by up to 15%. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive a notification about the increased shipping charge.
When I called the store to inquire about the missing part and the increased shipping charge, I was met with a dismissive attitude and the person on the other end of the line hung up on me. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the customer service I received.
Overall, I would not recommend ScooterCatalog based on my experience. The missing part and increased shipping charge were frustrating enough, but the lack of concern from the store and the poor customer service I received really sealed the deal for me.
Terrible Experience: Wrong Parts and No Refund - Don't Waste Your Time Here
I gotta say, after reading some of the other reviews, I'm in the same boat as most of these folks. It took a hot minute to get my parts, and when they finally arrived, they were the wrong size! I asked for a refund, and they told me to send the parts back to the shipping label they came from. So I did that, but it's been like 3 or 4 months now and I still haven't gotten any help! I've sent them verification that I sent the parts back like 4 times, but still nothing. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. You're better off looking somewhere else for your parts.
Warning: Do Not Trust ScooterCatalog or Peter Mwololo - My Experience and Investigation
I recently had a bad experience with ScooterCatalog, specifically with a person named Peter Mwololo. I had ordered a scooter from them and unfortunately, it never arrived. When I reached out to Peter to inquire about my money, he was extremely rude and told me to "F off". I was shocked and upset by his response, especially since I had spent $1305 on the scooter.
After this interaction, I decided to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to report the situation. They are currently investigating the company and looking into the possibility of shutting them down. I also did some research on ScooterCatalog and found that their "business address" is located in the middle of a road, which seems very suspicious to me.
I was able to find Peter's full address in Arlington, Texas, and it turns out that it's just an apartment. This made me even more suspicious of the company and their practices. I believe that Peter is a scammer and that ScooterCatalog is not a legitimate business.
During our phone call, I recorded the conversation as proof for the BBB. I am hopeful that they will be able to shut down this company and prevent others from falling victim to their scams. It's important to me that others are aware of my experience and that they do not make the same mistake that I did.
In conclusion, I would not recommend doing business with ScooterCatalog or Peter Mwololo. They are not trustworthy and their practices are questionable at best. It's important to do your research and make sure that you are working with a legitimate company before making any purchases.
Disappointing Experience with ScooterCatalog: Insulting Customer Service and Delayed Shipping
I placed an order for a scooter on December 6th, 2020 from ScooterCatalog (scootercatalog.com). I was excited to receive my new scooter, but unfortunately, my experience with this company has been less than satisfactory.
After placing my order, I received an update on December 9th, 2020 that the label had been created. However, on December 11th, 2020, the tracking information still showed that the label had only been created. I decided to reach out to customer service via email to inquire about the status of my order.
To my surprise, I received several insulting emails back from the customer service team. They told me that this was just how business was done - they create the label, bill for the money, and send the item. They assured me that my item would arrive on time and that I had nothing to worry about.
Feeling frustrated and concerned about the status of my order, I decided to email customer service again on December 15th, 2020. This time, I was told that the item had just shipped, but that FedEx may have forgotten to scan the label.
I attempted to call the company yesterday and today, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ScooterCatalog and feel that I have been scammed out of my money. My order number is ***.
Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a scooter. The lack of communication and insulting emails from customer service have left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that others can learn from my experience and choose to take their business elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with ScooterCatalog: Poor Customer Service and Communication
I recently had an experience with ScooterCatalog that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a bike from their website and was given a tracking number and expected delivery date. However, when that date came and went, I reached out to the company via multiple emails and phone calls, but received no response or reply.
After waiting for some time, I decided to cancel the charges on my credit card and found the same bike for a cheaper price at Walmart. I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in just three days. However, two weeks after receiving the Walmart bike, the one I had ordered from ScooterCatalog finally showed up.
To my dismay, a week later, ScooterCatalog recharged my card, leaving me with the frustrating task of fighting the charges once again. It was a frustrating experience that left me feeling like I had wasted both my time and money.
However, I must give credit where credit is due. After some back and forth with the company, they finally agreed to give me a refund and asked me to return the bike. While I was relieved to finally receive my money back, it still cost me $160 in the end.
Overall, my experience with ScooterCatalog was not a positive one. I hope that they can improve their customer service and communication in the future so that others don't have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.
Disappointing Experience with ScooterCatalog: Unreliable and Untrustworthy
I recently made a purchase from ScooterCatalog for a tail lamp for my scooter. I was excited to find the part I needed on their website, but noticed that it was currently on backorder. Despite this, I decided to proceed with my purchase and agreed to wait until the part was available.
Unfortunately, the due date for my order came and went without any updates from the company. After waiting for a week, I decided to reach out to them via email to inquire about the status of my order. It took a whole week for them to respond to my email, which was a bit frustrating.
When I finally received a response, I was disappointed to learn that my order had timed out and that I would need to place a new order if I still wanted the part. I asked if I would be refunded for my original order if I placed a new one, but never received a response.
It has now been four months since I placed my original order and I have yet to receive my part, a refund, or even a response from ScooterCatalog. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend this company to anyone. It seems like they are running a scam and taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.
In conclusion, if you are in need of scooter parts, I would suggest looking elsewhere. ScooterCatalog is not a reliable or trustworthy company and I regret ever doing business with them. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable seller.
Terrible Customer Service and Outdated Product: My Experience with ScooterCatalog
I recently purchased a scooter x go-cart from ScooterCatalog for my daughter's Christmas present. However, I was disappointed to find out that they sent me a 2017 model instead of a new one. The motor of the go-cart was not operating correctly and it surged really bad. Additionally, the clutch did not disengage, making the go-cart dangerous for my daughter to ride. I have been trying to reach out to ScooterCatalog ever since I received my order, but they have not been helpful at all. They keep telling me to contact the manufacturer, which does not address the issues with receiving a three-year-old unit.
The customer service through ScooterCatalog is terrible. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and would not even give me his name. He went silent for about a minute after I asked for his name and then hung up on me. It was a frustrating experience, and I felt like I was on my own with no help from the company.
I would not recommend ordering from ScooterCatalog. They have no customer service, and if you have any issues, they do not care and will not stand behind the products they sell. It's better to go through another company that values their customers and provides better service.
Terrible Experience with ScooterCatalog: Misleading Information, Poor Quality Control, and No Customer Service
Don't even bother with ScooterCatalog. I've had better luck buying straight from China on Alibaba or Aliexpress. I called them up to make sure they had the item I wanted in stock. They said they didn't, but that they would be getting it soon. I waited until they told me it was in and confirmed that it would be shipping from Houston to New Mexico. But after I placed my order, they told me it was actually going to be drop shipped from WISCONSIN. They said it had been inspected for quality control, but that was obviously a lie because it arrived missing hardware and with instructions for a different model. I've tried emailing them to fix the issue, but they haven't responded.
This was a really big purchase for me, and it's been really hard because I bought the scooter to help me get around. I don't have the money to buy another one, and I feel like they took advantage of me.
Warning: Do Not Buy from Scootercatalog.com - Unprofessional, Rude, and Ignorant Company with No Customer Service
This company is a complete disaster! I ordered a scooter on December 9th and from the very beginning, the owner lied about when the item was shipped. I have proof from FedEx that he lied. He never answers the phone, and when he finally did, he hung up on me. When he does respond to emails, he is extremely rude. Finally, on December 27th, the item arrived, but it was damaged. The website says that you can deny the package at the time of delivery, but he set up the label so that no signature was required. I received a text from FedEx that the package was delivered, so I went to the front door as soon as possible. I saw the damages, but I couldn't stop the driver. The website also states that if the item is damaged, you have three days to notify the company. I took pictures and emailed them right after we received the package. On the very same day, I emailed to let him know that the item was damaged and sent photos with proof. However, he is still arguing about returning the item. He says that the photos don't show any damages, just damage to the shipping box. This shipping packaging isn't made out of metal! It's obvious that the metal is damaged. I have attached photos, and once you look at them, you will understand what an unprofessional company this is with no common sense of customer service. Before I placed the order, I emailed asking if the scooter was new, and he answered yes. So if I ordered and paid for a new scooter, why would I want a damaged scooter?! It seems logical to me. He hasn't even offered to exchange the scooter. I haven't opened the box since you can clearly see the damage, and I know that if I opened the box to see how bad the damages are, he'd argue that I opened it. I wish I could attach every email, every photo, every FedEx notice, every auto text that came through every time I tried calling him, but it's just not possible to attach all of them. I have sent approximately 50 emails, made approximately 15 Fed Ex phone calls, sent texts and complaints, and made approximately 5 calls to my credit card company to dispute this charge (I'm still dealing with the credit card company to send documents, photos, etc.). I have spent hours reviewing and complaining to the BBB, Google, Site Jabber, and anywhere else I can warn consumers not to buy from Scootercatalog.com. This is the worst, most unprofessional, rudest, and most ignorant company I've ever dealt with!

Disappointed with Scootercatalog.com: Received Used Part Instead of New
i ordered a part from scootercatalog.com and was pretty disappointed when i received it. turns out, they sent me a used part instead of a new one. i wish i had read the reviews before ordering, because i definitely would not have gone through with it if i had known. the part itself seems to be working okay, but it's just not what i was expecting. i don't think i'll be ordering from this site again in the future.
Warning: Scam Alert! My Experience with Scootercatalog.com
i was so excited to buy a dirt bike from scootercatalog.com, but boy was i wrong! i never got my bike and now i'm out a lot of money. i wish i had read the reviews before i made my purchase. it's clear that this website is a total scam and they're just trying to take your money. i wouldn't recommend this site to anyone, and i'm warning all my friends to stay away too. it's really disappointing that there are people out there who would do this kind of thing, but unfortunately it's true. don't make the same mistake i did and avoid scootercatalog.com at all costs!
Disappointing Service from ScooterCatalog: Parts Not in Stock, Delayed Delivery, and Poor Customer Service
So, I was looking for some parts for my scooter and I stumbled upon ScooterCatalog (scootercatalog.com). I saw that they had the parts I needed in stock, so I placed an order. However, when I waited for my order to arrive, I found out that they didn't actually have the parts in stock. They told me that the parts were in a container and that I would have to wait for three more days. I was pretty frustrated because I needed those parts as soon as possible.
To make matters worse, I still didn't receive a tracking number after those three days. I decided to call them to see what was going on, but I didn't get a satisfactory answer. I was really disappointed with their service, so I decided to cancel my order altogether.
Overall, I would not recommend buying anything from ScooterCatalog. Their customer service was not up to par and they didn't deliver on their promises. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to getting those parts for my scooter.

Terrible Experience with ScooterCatalog: Order Still Not Delivered After 71 Days
I was really excited to order from ScooterCatalog (scootercatalog.com) because they had a great selection of scooters at affordable prices. I placed my order and was told that it would arrive at my house in just 7 days. However, it has now been SEVENDY FIRST day and my order still hasn't arrived. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience.
I have tried contacting their customer service multiple times but have not received any response. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all. I am starting to think that my order might not even come at all. I would strongly advise against ordering from this website.
Overall, my experience with ScooterCatalog has been a complete disaster. Their website is messed up and their customer service is non-existent. I would never buy from them again and I urge others to avoid them as well.
Disappointing Experience with ScooterCatalog: Faulty Battery and Poor Customer Service
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from ScooterCatalog. I ordered two batteries for my son's scooter as a birthday present, but unfortunately, one of the batteries had a bad cell and wouldn't charge properly. I tried to return it, but it was a hassle and I just kept getting the runaround. It's frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers. I feel like I wasted my money and my son was disappointed on his birthday. It's a shame that there are businesses out there that don't take responsibility for their products. I hope others will learn from my mistake and avoid this company.
Disappointing ScooterCatalog Purchase: Struggles with Inclines and Bumps
I bought a scooter from ScooterCatalog on May 6, 2015. At first glance, it looked pretty cool. However, I have encountered some issues with it. The scooter struggles to go up even a slight incline. I have a small bump to go over when entering my garage, and if I stop just before entering, the scooter will not go over the one-inch raise. It's quite frustrating, to be honest. Even when I stop in the yard, I have to give it a little push to get started.
I'm not sure if this is a common issue with this particular model or if it's just my scooter. I have tried contacting ScooterCatalog for assistance, but I have not received a response yet. I hope they can help me resolve this issue soon.
Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase from ScooterCatalog. I was hoping for a reliable and efficient scooter, but it seems like I got a lemon. I would not recommend this particular model to anyone who needs to go up inclines or over small bumps.
Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Experience with ScooterCatalog
ScooterCatalog ain't the best place to order from, if you ask me. I reckon you should go to a more reliable place like Amazon. I tried to get in touch with them, but it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They only responded when I threatened to write a bad review. And when they did, they straight up lied about my product. And to top it off, they wouldn't give me my money back. I had to go through my bank to sort it out. Don't bother wasting your time with them, mate.
ScooterCatalog: Misleading Product Info & Poor Customer Service
So, I was looking for a center stand for my scooter and I came across ScooterCatalog (scootercatalog.com). Their website said that the center stand I wanted measured 8.5" between mounts, so I went ahead and ordered it. However, when I received the center stand, it measured 9" instead of 8.5". I was really disappointed and frustrated because I had to make it work somehow. I tried calling and emailing them many times, but they just told me to make it work. Can you believe that? After many more phone calls and emails, they finally agreed to give me a RMA# to return the center stand. But guess what? They won't pay for the return shipping even though it was their error. I feel like they scammed me and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them.
Scam! scam! scam! dispute the charges with your bank and you will get the money back. Peter mwololo's business address doesn't even exist. Beware!
