Rattan I have received a partially defective e-bike

I have received a partially defective e-bike. The warranty says the fender is covered. Seller will not honor this even though it says explicitly on their site. I can provide additional details if required. I am willing to pay 5 dollars to ship, but this is the second time this has happened and it has only failed under normal wear and tear, no extreme conditions even.

On July 8 I paid $880 to Rattan for a Challenger 2020 ebike preorder. It was to ship on July 20th (and their website said it would only take one day to ship to my location. The bike did not arrive, not did I get any sort of tracking number which I found suspicious. When I contacted the company, I received an email a reasonable two days later saying that there had been a delay till August 15th with a kind apology. I was annoyed that they had not contacted me to inform me of the delay because I have health issues and the bike is a major part of my recovery plan. But with everything going on with covid, I understood there may be some staffing issues and so waited patiently. The bike did not arrive on the 15th, so a few days later I sent them another email asking if my bike had been shipped or not. I did not receive any email, but did get an automated email that my shipping status was updated and the bike was on its way. This time I did get a tracking number which told me the bike would arrive in 2 days. It did not. When I contacted FedEx, they said the bike had yet to be shipped, which still appears to be the case, 34 days after I'd originally expected it. Now, despite emails and phone calls, they are silent. I worry that I felt victim to a scam, as I'm seeing many bad reports on your website I wish I'd checked earlier. Their contact information claims to be 24 hours, but I've noticed it's a 900 number instead of 800 which also makes me suspicious, and their voicemail did not include a personalized message informing me of the name of the company which is another huge red flag. While I really want the bike, at this point, if that is not possible, I at least want my money back as I am unemployed. I appreciate your help if possible.

On 8/10 I received a damaged ebike in shipping. Over 13+ emails and a month later of convincing the company that the package was treated violently during shipping (their own words), they finally sent me a shipping label. The bike was received and signed for by a Rattan employee on 9/16 but I have not seen or heard from them. I have e-mailed them requesting a refund and have all the documentation showing the when and where the ebike was delivered. Their phone number leads to a disconnected number. On their Facebook Social Media Forum "Rattan Ebike Owners" there are many posts of people who cannot get a hold of this company via phone or e-mail, when concerned about a damaged bike and returning it. The customer service has been the worst I have experienced in my days of existence on this planet. I would avoid Rattan and Yamee at all costs, as they are the same company.

I purchased an ebike in November with a 1 year warranty. The ebike stopped working within 3 months and I've been trying to contact the company to honor the warranty. The phone number does not work and the company keeps emailing me back to test the battery. I've responded multiple times (including video and photo evidence), but keep getting the same email messages. I would like the warranty honored and the ebike fixed or replaced.
