I bought a 07 *** Silverado from Napleton Nissan in Schererville. I paid too much and also paid $1,000 for tires. The salesperson said they would change the oil, but the oil light came on before I left. I called him back and he said the fluid needed to flow and the light would shut off. But the light never went off and the temperature gauge was also high. Two days after I bought the truck, I called the dealership and a lady told me to bring it in. I waited a couple of days because I was sick. When I called the salesperson before driving there, he said it was sold as is and there was no record of my call. I told him I hooked up a computer to it and it said the sensor was bad. He assured me it was just the oil light and my transmission was bad. I know I overpaid and the truck was dinged up, but he knew I was on disability and couldn't afford a new transmission. I emailed the manager twice, but haven't heard back. The bank called them, but I'm now going back to the doctor for PTSD. These people have all my information and I haven't owned a vehicle in 10 years. I'm trying to leave an abusive relationship and this man intentionally sold me a bad truck.

We bought the Jeep in June . There were 2 issues with it before we bought it. The sunroof wasn't working when we test drove it with the salesperson. We took it back because it wasn't working all the time, but they said there was nothing to fix. Finally, my husband recorded it not working. Nissan said we could go to any dealer with our warranty, but the Jeep dealer wouldn't cover it. We were charged for them to look at it. We also took the Jeep to the dealer to have the seats looked at since they weren't heating. The dealer said it was because of the leather replacement. We were charged again for them to look at it. We reached out to the GM, but he said he wouldn't help since we took the Jeep somewhere else. The seats wouldn't be an issue if they didn't replace them, and the sunroof was an issue when we bought the truck.

I bought a used 2011 Chevy Equinox from Napleton Nissan, but they sold it to me before it was fully released from the previous owner's lending institution, so the title was delayed. I got pulled over twice during this time, but luckily the officers were understanding. It took many attempts to get this matter resolved, which put me in a bad spot legally. Kenny K ***, the Credit Manager, talked me into an extended warranty, but when I had trouble with the car, the onsite mechanic/repair site manager Frank was never available, and then he left. They were never able to fix my car, despite me dropping it off multiple times and calling in on multiple days. When I tried to cancel the extended warranty, Kenny would not return my calls, and I had to catch him in person on multiple days. In my interactions with both Kenny and Micah P, the Salesman, I experienced harassment in the form of personal comments about my appearance and body, and questions about my preferences and experience. Micah even posted a negative review to my real estate brokerage's Google page in retaliation for my negative review of Napleton Nissan. Currently, my car has been at a repair shop for days, and they do not know what is wrong, so I have no car to get to work.
