I bought a 2012 vw tiguan from Carolinas Auto Expo on 07/30. The vehicle started out at $5500 but ended up costing me $7397.57 with a deposit of $3500. The salesman, Rodney, sold me the vehicle late on Thursday night around 9pm. He promised to show me the good terms on the computer screen, but when I checked over my terms on Saturday as I was returning the vehicle with a check engine light, he priced the vehicle higher and gave me 23% interest instead of the 13% he showed me on the screen. I texted him on Saturday, but he didn't respond. I told him in the text that I no longer wanted the vehicle. I spoke to the manager, but he said it was between me and the salesman. I also spoke to the finance company, Professional Finance, but they couldn't help me. I returned the vehicle on Sunday and brought the keys on Tuesday. The salesman said it was after the cool down period and he doesn't have to refund me. Overall, I had a bad experience with Carolinas Auto Expo.

I bought a car from Carolinas Auto Expo on March 17th. But on the same day, it broke down in a place called *** Carolina. I had to pay $350 to tow it to Charlotte *** Carolina. I told them about the issue on Monday, March 21st, but they said they weren't responsible for any problems since it was a used car. I paid an extra $2500 for an extended warranty, and they said they would look at it if I towed it to them. They would fix it if the warranty covered it. But it's already May 3rd, and I still don't have my car. They've been giving me the runaround, and I need help. Last Wednesday, they said they would fix it by Friday, but it's already Tuesday, and I still don't have my car. They're holding my car hostage because of a rental dispute.
