This car place sold my daughter a bad car. They said it was good to go, but it broke down a bunch of times while she was driving, even on the highway. They are not trustworthy. Don't buy from them!

Napoli Motors ain't got good customer service. My 2019 car had water leaks fixed three times but still leaked when I traded it in. When I told the service boss I was unhappy, he said it's hard to find leaks. I think he called me a liar. So I got a 2021 car from somewhere else. I asked Scott, the finance guy, for a refund on my $2,400 warranty. He said it's not his fault, it's the warranty people's fault. But Napoli sold me the warranty, so they should fix it. I can't believe they want me to do their job.

I called Napoli Motors Inc on 3/11 two times and left a message to call me. The first time, I talked to a lady in the finance office and explained the situation. She said she had to pull the file and will get back to me. Later in the afternoon, I called again and left a message for the finance manager, but no response. The next day, I called again and left a message for the finance manager. We bought a car in 2018 for our business and added the *** addendum for extra coverage, which cost $999. We thought it was a good idea because it is the business name. We signed it. The car was totaled on 3/4, and the settlement they want to give us is less than what we owe on the car. I called the *** Administrator, and they said the dealership had us sign the wrong form. This form is not for a commercial car, which they knew because the loan is in the business. We had no idea, so we need the dealership to make it right and pay the difference of the loan to have it be paid off. This is their mistake.

I bought two cars from Napoli Motors Inc in October , each with issues. The salesperson included unwanted add-ons, claiming they were mandatory. Both vehicles developed problems after the seventh payment. By May , one car had a malfunctioning component, and warning lights were activated in the other. The reliability is questionable. Additionally, we were alerted to a recall, and our local dealer discovered multiple defects in one vehicle. On July 20, I contacted Frank in service; he offered repairs at my expense after six months. My experience with Napoli Motors Inc has been unsatisfactory.
